Abstract

AbstractThe spread and increase in the number of COVID-19 cases has occurred very quickly and has even spread in various countries including Indonesia. With the increase in the spread of this virus, it has an impact on various sectors, one of which is the weakening of the economy marked by the high number of layoffs (PHK). In a difficult situation like this, the role of business institutions is needed. For example, through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. For example at PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sungai Pakning through donation programs (charity), capacity building and community empowerment. The technical data used in this research is the SOAR model which is analyzed qualitatively based on interview data and literature review. The results of this study indicate that PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sungai Pakning through the Citronella Instant Hand Sanitizer community empowerment program is able to move the economy of the local community, especially lemongrass farmers. This shows the existence of CSR efforts to develop the capacity of fostered partners by maximizing the potential of local wisdom in the current pandemic situation.AbstrakPenyebaran dan peningkatan jumlah kasus COVID-19 telah terjadi sangat cepat dan bahkan telah menyebar di berbagai negara termasuk Indonesia. Dengan meningkatnya penyebaran virus ini, berdampak pada berbagai sektor, salah satunya adalah melemahnya perekonomian yang ditandai dengan tingginya angka PHK (PHK). Dalam situasi sulit seperti ini, peran institusi bisnis sangat dibutuhkan. Melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sungai Pakning melakukan program donasi (amal), peningkatan kapasitas dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Data teknis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model SOAR yang dianalisis secara kualitatif berdasarkan data wawancara dan tinjauan literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sungai Pakning melalui program pemberdayaan masyarakat mampu menggerakkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat, khususnya petani serai. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya upaya CSR untuk mengembangkan kapasitas mitra binaan dengan memaksimalkan potensi kearifan lokal dalam situasi pandemi saat ini.

Abstract

AbstractReligious sosial movements can occur in any context in society. Space and time influence the orientation, patterns and strategies used. The complexity of society demands the development of a movement that is relevant to the conditions and needs of society. Religious socio-movements must be able to innovate and be creative in the context of adapting to the complex sosial situations of society. Innovations and creations of religious elites make socio-religious contributions able to take place in various sosial and institutional spaces.This research is focused on the problem of dynamics in Cirebon society, from spiritual, sosial, economic, moral and political issues, therefore the role of religious elites in driving, not only religious elites as kyai, Islamic boarding schools but also religious elites as community guides, Developers who are able to synergize in all circles in moving the religious sosial in society.This research is a type of field research research using a qualitative exploratory approach as the method. The collection of data and information was carried out by means of observation, interviewing and documentation of respondents using purposive and snowball sampling techniques for further processing of data findings and theoretical analysis using Actor Theory in the Talcot Parsons sosial system and supported by Anthony Giddens' theory with sosial movements.The findings of this study include the first, religious elites in Cirebon are not only Kyai, teachers of the Koran in Islamic boarding schools but also movers in Cirebon society. also driven by changes in society in the religious, sosial, economic, political and moral sectors of the Cirebon community. second, the existence of religious elites as sosial activists in society. Then, there is a synergy between religious elites and entrepreneurs in Cirebon in sosial movements, supported by the Cirebon people who are open to everything. Third, the implications of sosial movements carried out by religious elites. Achieving a contribution and community independence on sosial, political, economic and moral issues in society.AbstrakGerakan sosial keagamaan bisa terjadi dalam konteks apapun dalam masyarakat. Ruang dan waktu mempengaruhi orientasi, pola, dan strategi yang digunakan. Kompleksitas masyarakat menuntut pengembangan gerakan yang relevan dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Gerakan sosial keagamaan harus mampu berinovasi dan berkreasi dalam rangka adaptasi dengan situasi sosial masyarakat yang kompleks. Inovasi dan kreasi Elit agama menjadikan Kontribusi sosial keagamaan bisa berlangsung dalam ruang sosial dan kelembagaan yang beragam.Penelitian ini difokuskan pada persolan Dinamika Dalam Masyarakat Cirebon, Dari Persoalan Spritual,Sosial, Ekonomi, Moral dan Politik,Karena Itu peran Elit Agama dalam sebagai Penggerak, bukan saja Elit Agama sebagai Kyai, punya Pesantren akan tetapi Juga Elit agama Juga sebagai Pembimbing Masyarakat, Pengembang Yang sanggup mensinergikan Pada semua kalangan dalam Menggerakan Sosial Keagamaan pada Masyarakat.Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian field research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif sebagai metodenya. Pengumpulan data dan informasi dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap responden dengan teknik purposive dan snowball sampling untuk selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan temuan data dan analisis teoritik dengan menggunakan Teori Actor dalam sistem sosial Talcot Parsons dan di dukung Teori Anthony Giddens dengan Gerakan sosial.Adapun temuan penelitian ini di antaranya pertama, Elit agama di Cirebon Bukan hanya Kyai, Guru Ngaji di Pesantren Melainkan Penggerak di Masyarakat Cirebon. juga dorong oleh perubahan Masyarakat Pada bidang keagamaan, Sosial, Ekonomi, Politik juga Moral Masyarakat Cirebon. kedua, Adanya Elit agama Sebagai Penggerak Sosial dalam Masyarakat. Kemudian, Adanya Sinergitas elit Agama Dengan Para Pengusaha di Cirebon dalam Gerakan Sosial, Di dukung dengan masyarakat Cirebon yang Terbuka dalam segala Hal. Ketiga, Implikasi dari Gerakan sosial yang di lakukan elit agama Tercapainya satu Kontribusi dan Kemandirian masyarakat pada persoalan sosial, politik, ekonomi dan moral bermasyarakat.

Abstract

AbstractPhilanthropy is a good deed or charity setting aside a portion of one's assets in order to help the poor. This research will look at the implementation of the Philanthropy program carried out by YAUM Cirebon both during normal times and during this pandemic situation. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation study. Researchers found that the implementation of the philanthropic program carried out by YAUM Cirebon is divided into five major programs, namely humanitarian social donations, educational donations, public da'wah donations, donations for health and YAUM donations for the people. besides that, there are special programs carried out during the pandemic. Assistance in the form of basic necessities for poor people who need PPE, masks, hand sanitizer, and boots to several medical institutions in the Cirebon area.Abstrak Filantropi adalah perbuatan baik atau beramal menyisihkan sebagian hartanya dalam rangka membantu masyarakat dhuafa. pada penelitian ini akan melihat implementasi program Filantropi yang dilakukan oleh YAUM Cirebon baik ketika masa normal maupun ketika situasi pandemi ini. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Peneliti menemukan bahwa implementasi program filantropi yang dilakukan oleh YAUM Cirebon terbagi menjadi lima program besar yaitu donasi sosial kemanusiaan, donasi pendidikan, donasi dakwah keumatan, donasi untuk kesehatan dan donasi YAUM untuk umat. selain itu ada program khusus yang dilakukan ketika masa pandemi. Bantuan berupa sembako bagi masyarakat dhuafa yang membutuhkan dana bantuan APD, masker, hand sanitizer, dan sepatu boots kepada beberapa institusi medis di wilayah cirebon.

Abstract

The objective of this study is describing tourism village development based on social empowerment. By using qualitative approach, data was collected and presented descriptively. This study assumes that the development of the tourism sector can provide income potential to families in the village and complement each other with agriculture sector. Tourism is a sector that has experienced rapid growth over the last few decades while contributing to poverty reduction in rural areas. The tourism sector is considered as a potential means for socio-economic development and regeneration of rural areas. This study seeks to contributes an understanding of the tourism village development strategy formulated and implemented. The results are as follows social empowerment is a required for developing a sustainable tourism sector. Based on that thing, tourism village development strategy must consider several factors, including; participatory tourism planning, capacity building and empowerment, also the usefulness of rural tourism for the community.

Abstract

Covid-19 began to enter Indonesia in 2020. The virus is increasingly spreading in various regions in Indonesia, including the city of Cirebon. Many people have been exposed to the virus, so there are also many Covid-19 survivors in the Cirebon area. For survivors, acceptance from the community is critical to the recovery process. However, due to the spread of hoax news about Covid-19, most people have a negative stigma towards Covid-19 survivors, so this has limited social space for survivors in the community. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, where interviews with survivors are one of the techniques of data collection. This research shows that the stigma of society towards Covid-19 and the survivors creates various negative perceptions, so that the survivors who should get more sympathy or care, are the opposite. Many survivors are ostracized, ridiculed, shunned, some even feel they have lost their self-esteem.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) carried out by PT. Pertamina (Persero) Tanjung Gerem BBM Terminal regarding the community empowerment of the Hydroponic Plant Cultivation program through the construction of a Green House in Gerem Village, Grogol District, Cilegon City after an assessment of the impact of social investment using Social Return On Investment (SROI) has had quite good results. Based on the calculation results obtained SROI ratio of 1,160 which means each investment of Rp. 1,- get an impact or benefit of Rp. 1.16. If viewed from the socio-economic side, it can be said that it is feasible to continue, although there must be improvements in several activities such as business groups

Abstract

This study looks at the empowerment strategy carried out by the Wringinputih Village Economic Center (Balkondes). The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the strategy carried out by Balkondes Wringinputih is in the form of awareness transformation, capacity building, and capacity building. These three things have been done. Transformation of awareness by involving the community in various events. Capacity building by involving the community in training and capacity building events by providing opportunities for the community to provide opinions. Balkondes is also used as a display case for local wisdom in Wringinputih Village, besides that, it is also used as a place to promote the village's superior products.

Abstract

The children who live in the orphanage are not all orphans, but there are some children who are being cared for due to lack of financial funds to get an education. There are various problems in the lives of foster children, ranging from social problems, psychological problems, and religious problems. One of the solutions provided by the orphanage is to provide an approach to strengthening religious guidance in the form of memorizing the Al-Quran which is guided by the caregivers at the orphanage. This Al-Quran memorizing activity, apart from being a religious guidance activity, is also a means to take a psychological approach to children with religious values. The research method that the researchers did was qualitative descriptive research. This study uses a qualitative approach. Efforts to EmpowerChildren Through Memorizing Al-Quran Activities at the Muhammadiyah Lima Kaum Orphanage in Tanah Datar Regency are carried out by the foundation, namely with the target of memorizing 3 juz of Al-Quran in 3 years, providing caregivers for foster children, and also providing Al-Quran facilities that help foster children in memorizing and applying rules and regulations and are also given rewards or prizes to facilitate children's memorization.

Abstract

Suranenggala Lor Village, Suranenggala District, Cirebon Regency has a fairly dense population with the majority of its citizens working as farmers. There are several problems in Suranenggala Lor Village, one of which is the accumulation of garbage on the side of Jalan Syekh Magelung Sakti. This is due to the lack of understanding of residents in processing and classifying waste. Therefore, it is necessary to take real action to the community by providing empowerment programs that are in accordance with their needs. However, because of the PPKM due to Covid-19, community empowerment activities in the form of waste recycling activities using a procedure text are carried out online on the social media page. This study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of research to determine the implementation of community empowerment programs. The results of the study indicate that there is an increase in the knowledge and ability of the community regarding processing and classifying waste so that these problems can be resolved.

Abstract

This article aims to examine strategies for empowering rice farmers in increasing crop yields in Karangjambu Village, Balapulang District, Tegal Regency and the policies taken to resolve these problems. The method in this study uses a qualitative research approach, the source of the data obtained is the result of direct observations and interviews with farmers in Karangjambu village and the focus of this research is the strategy of empowering rice farmers in the strategy of increasing farmers' yields in Karang Jambu Village, Racingulang District, Tegal Regency. that the factors for increasing crop yields come from How are the strategies used in empowering farmers to increase crop yields, the driving factors for rice farming, and the inhibiting factors for rice farming.
