Abstract

PT. Indo Teleglobal is one vendor that specializes in infrastructure and internet service providers. Customer or Client in Sorong and Jayapura need internet service to send data or information to the central office in Jakarta where they are constrained by geographical conditions and do not allow for the use of optic fiber (FO). Overcoming the problems it is given the service of Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT). In addition to sending data or browsing, VSAT is also used to communicate with headquarters in Jakarta by using voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) that the system connections through satellites. Compared with a terrestrial data communications network, data communication network via satellite has many advantages, among them capable of handling a wide area communications network. The author uses research methods that include requirements analysis, design, testing, and implementation.

Abstract

Rat is one of the pests is quite disturbing, especially in warehouses to store food or items that are favored by the mice. Automatic rat trap is designed so that it can be used to catch mice with more than one rat. This tool uses a Passive Infrared Sensor (PIR) to detect the presence of rats. An automation tool is controlled by a microcontroller Atmega 16, which receives inputs from sensors Passive Infrared (PIR). Based on input from the PIR sensor, then the microcontroller will move the entrance to the trap through the DC motor. The design of the tool is expected to be one of the solutions to reduce the rat population that is in the food storage warehouse or other goods. From the results of the experiment, mice trap that the tool is very effective for catching rats with the number more than one, depending on the area reservoir trap.

Abstract

TrueCare Information System Web-based Telkom CSR on Service Division PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia. The results showed the application of Information Systems Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the company in view of the technological and business concepts that are used to run its business processes through interactions with customers. The interaction that occurs between the customer and the company not only through service of course but also through sales and marketing. In addition, the implementation of CSR Information Systems, supported by information systems and technology infrastructure as supporting its success. Broadly speaking, the application of Information Systems Customer Service Representative (CSR) can members an enhanced service to customers through existing developments, such as the standardization of patterns of Customer Service Representative (CSR), one-stop service, utilization of information systems, and the development of service time due to time efficiency through a number of process automation services.

Abstract

Inventory data processing still using the book out and book incoming goods which have been provided by the company. Reporting is done by copying the data inventory of books into Microsoft Office Excel Search files that have been saved and retyping existing report requires a long time in the delivery of information. Each monthly reports in Excel format should be sent via email. The system can not know the make inventory data updates per day. existing inventory must be balanced with the need because the inventory is too much will result in the company bears the risk of damage and high storage costs in addition to the cost of investments. The purpose of the research conducted: Solve problems that arise in the inventory system, giving the proposed computerized system to inventory system, and the administration gets applications that can be used in the recording, processing, and storage, and reporting of IT goods in and out relatively accurately.

Abstract

The principle of this research is unavailability of secure data exchange lines, as well as the lack of authentication for users who join the PT network. Anugerah Tunggal Mandiri. To ensure the security of the VPN, the need for an authentication process in which the adoption of restrictions on who is allowed to enter a network. A protocol that supports VPN authentication process on one of which is Service User Authentication Dial-In remote (RADIUS). This protocol is also often used for authentication of the wireless network, Ethernet switches, and other devices. Application of VPN technology allows data exchange can be run safely and smoothly, as supported by the encryption technologies and tunnels. the RADIUS server is used as centralized user management, which has the capacity in terms of authentication, authorization, and accounting. The results showed the data sent through the VPN pass through a special line known as the tunnel name and therefore can not be detected by sniffing program.

Abstract

A good infrastructure, which can handle hundreds or even thousands of requests from the client and have zero downtime, absolutely necessary by each institution. Clustering is a technique used to improve the performance of a site, whereby using this method, the workload on a site will be divided into any existing server farm behind him. The purpose of this research report is to build a system of clustering and performance tested by performing a stress test cluster and non-cluster. Metologi used in this study is to conduct a needs analysis has been established by the company in the form of a quick response from servers and availability of data (availability). Then the author of designing architecture and implementation of the web server clustering system. Performance of the test has been done, the author concluded that the response time and availability much greater clustering techniques both from a single server.

Abstract

The high rate of motorcycle accidents, especially in adolescents is increasing, which at that age adolescents tend to neglect the factor of safety of himself and others. Disciplinary problems in the use of safe driving (safety riding) bad traffic is a phenomenon that occurs in large cities in developing countries. To the knowledge of safe driving, known as Safety riding a provision which must be held before the start of driving on the road. The difficulty of finding material about proper riding safety for teens make teenagers difficult to understand the contents of the content material on safety driving. Based on these problems, the authors create an interactive animated educational program to facilitate teenagers riding safety in understanding how to drive safe and comfortable which is expected to develop discipline in driving especially among teenagers.

Abstract

Problems are often encountered in the provision of credit is to determine lending decisions to someone, while other issues are not all credit payments can run well. Among the causes are errors of judgment in making credit decisions. In this study will be used back propagation neural network method to analyze the feasibility of providing car loans. From the test results to measure the performance of the method is to use testing methods Confusion Matrix and ROC curve, it is known that the method of back propagation neural network has a value of 89% accuracy and AUC value of 0.831. This shows that the model produced, including the classification is quite good because it has the AUC values between 0.8-0.9.

Abstract

Determination of the majors a process that occurs at the time the class- X will go up to class- IX, this is because the addition proses are carried out must be based in the interests and talent of each student’s.In addition, this process is done by Bp/Bk, witch this assessment process based on value evaluation of each subject’s flagship from each Department, to major in Science related subject (biology, physics, chemistry, mathematics), to social sciences Departement (economics, sociology, geography, history), and for the Departement of IPB (Indonesian Language, English, Germany Language).In this reaseach, FCM Clustering can assist and improve value for Determination of the majors' process 72%.
