Development and human resource development (HRD ) as the challenges and demands in the era of globalization which makes change very rapidly, an urgent need. Human Resource Development conducted and produced through education and training programs ( training ) which is a very strategic way of improving the quality of human and dignity, dignity and well-being. In the process of training in Pusbangtendik Pre-service participants consisted of 3 types of them; leadership training ( Echelon 3 and 4); Pre-service training and technical training. All employees who would be prepared civil servants in order to better understand the procedures and policies. SAW method is often also known as the term method weighted summation. The basic concept of the method SAW is looking for a weighted sum of the rating performance at each alternative on all attributes. SAW method requires a process of normalization a decision matrix (X) to a scale that can be compared with all the rating alternatives which exist.

Management Systems ATK (Stationery Office tools) in the Financial Services Authority ( FSA ) is currently still done manually, thus still frequent occurrence of error information. With this information errors, report creation has slowed plans for the use of goods budget submission next year. How the management of inventory data can be integrated with both the master data, transaction data, and reports? How to design a system that can give information about the classification code of the goods so as to facilitate the administration of the Head in managing data items? How to design a system that can provide a warning when approaching the limit stock inventory minimum? How Kasubag can obtain information in the form of a complete report as required in the master data and transaction data each period? Intranet-based information systems that can provide information on the activities demand ATK (Stationery Office Tools) from each directorate or department. The development of information technology has developed rapidly from year to year. The use of the Internet as a communication mediation in addition to very useful but still has flaws in its security. PT. Valdo International to build a computer network to facilitate the conduct of operations, such as Rejuvenation application systems and other purposes. we need a way to connect to the intranet access existing LAN network at headquarters and branch offices in order to be able to access data easily and safely. , Data information is not safe to be in the public network because it can be intercepted by unauthorized parties. Therefore PT. Valdo International build VPN (Virtual Private Network) using the PPTP MikroTik with lines and can perform other operations in private in the public network, with connections an economical and secure data security.

In this time Data Communications have very required by business sector, especially company in the business sector having many branches in Indonesia or other states. In this time a lot of company integrating its information system which centrally like Enterprise Resources Planning ( ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Technological of Wide Area Network (WAN) become the solution for the communications of its data, there is a lot of solution which on the market service provider access to connect the this Wide Area Network, like a solution of Leased Channel, VSAT, DSL, etc. The solution of Virtual Private Network ( VPN) one solutions of the service provider and now selected by the company, because can become the peaceful and cheap alternative for the communications of its data WAN company. VPN of a technology WAN overcome in public network of Interne,t but its data is wrapped, encryption and overcome by tunneling at the time transmission on the Internet. VPN represents the alternative solution which can be selected by the company for the interconnection of to other offices.

Network problems are often experienced at the National Sar Agency is often Downtime (Slow Time Access) on a computer network, the National Sar Agency itself has not been any applications used to monitor traffic and bandwidth management of computer networks, therefore monitoring the computer network in the transfer Downtime Data on the Board of the National Sar is in need is by way of Monitoring Traffic and Bandwidth Management Agency Network on National Sar. To be able to Maximize performance Internet network at the National Sar Agency. Therefore the application PRTG is in need of the Agency for National Sar as a function of monitoring the host server or router, so that each host can be monitored at any time in order to facilitate the performance of administrators in monitoring every existing host central office and branch offices.

Sistem koneksi jaringan kabel pada PT Pertamina Marketing Operation Region III belum memiliki mekanisme keamanan yang dapat memastikan pengguna jaringan yang terhubung adalah pengguna yang memiliki hak akses kedalam jaringan perusahaan. Sistem otentikasi, otorisasi dan akunting akan sangat membantu dalam menjaga keamanan jaringan perusahaan, karena ketiga point tersebut berguna untuk memeriksa dan memastikan pengguna jaringan yang terkoneksi ke dalam jaringan perusahaan, sehingga berguna untuk meminimalisir kemungkinan tindak kejahatan dalam operasional teknologi informasi yang dimiliki perusahaan. RADIUS server adalah perangkat server yang menyediakan sistem otentikasi, otorisasi dan akunting bagi pengguna jaringan. Pemanfaatan RADIUS Windows 2008 Server yang dimiliki PT Pertamina Marketing Operation Region III untuk otentikasi pengguna jaringan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan sistem keamanan perusahaan.

In this study will be used back propagation neural network method to predict the monthly inflation rate in Indonesia. In the results of the data analysis is concluded that the performance of back propagation neural network that formed by the training data and validated by testing data generates prediction accuracy rate is very good with a mean square error (MSE) is 0.0171. By using a moving average to forecast the independent variables obtained the rate of inflation in the month of July 2014 is 0.514, by using exponential smoothing to forecast the independent variables obtained by the rate of inflation in the month of July 2014 is 0.45, and by using seasonal method to forecast the independent variables obtained by the rate of inflation in the month of July 2014 is 0.93.

Today.. the psychology test has become a very difficult problem, especially for the first time which done it, although there are many books with a variety of questions have been provided to try the ability to follow the psychology test but it cannot be guaranteed. Difficulties in spelling matter to get a high score is to make participants are desperate to keep practicing work on the problems and get a high score, so a lot of those who fail to follow. This can be overcome by recognizing the diverse forms matter. Now has a lot of methods to learn or practice of psychological tests. This phenomenon was the inspiration for the writer to help those who want to follow psychological tests to the buld application that are used to try out in psychology test. The application built using the merge sort algorithm than use to find the correct answers stored in the database answers with the answers given by the user. With the advancement of technology today, especially in the development of devices and limed gagget busy time time for everyone to learn to allow these aplications are used to practice psychology test with the aim to oncrease score psychological test

Pengetahuan akan ilmu elektronika dasar sangat penting dan berguna, baik untuk masyarakat umum ,pelajar SMK jurusan elektronika, pelajar SMA fisika dan SMP, Mahasiswa jurusan elektronika, jurusan teknik komputer, bahkan sampai teknisi reparasi TV serta teknisi yang berhubungan dengan perangkat elektronika. Dengan berkembangnya ilmu teknologi di bidang software terutama sistem operasi maka masyarakat umum beralih dari mengakses informasi data secara manual menjadi mengakses informasi data secara digital. Bahkan kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah saat in icenderung lebih banyak belajar melalui media berupakomputer, laptop, dan gadget dari pada buku. Salah satu gadget yang menjamur saat ini digunakan masyarakat adalah handphone berbasis android, maka dengan ini penulis ingin mengedukasikan pengetahuan tentang elektronika dasar kepada masyarakat umum serta mempermudah cara belajar bagi pelajar SMK elektronika, SMA fisika, SMP, serta mahasiswa jurusan elektronika dan teknik komputer bahkan dengan aplikasi yang penulis buat memudahkan teknisi di bidang elektronika dalam hal pengecekan komponen elektronika. Tentunya aplikasi yang dibuat penulis berbasis android.Aplikasi pengetahuan dan perhitungan komponen elektronika dasar ini berbasis android dengan menggunakan program bahasa java dan software eclipse indigo. Adapun perancangan desain sistem software yang digunakan adalah UML (Unified Modelling Language) yang terdiridari activity diagram, usecase diagram, sequence diagram, dan Deployment diagram.

Dewasa ini semakin banyak cara untuk mempermudah pembelajaran. Berbagai metode telah diterapkan untuk mencapai hasil pembelajaran yang lebih maksimal. Penggunaan teknologi merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat digemari oleh semua kalangan, dan dapat diterapkan ke semua aspek terutama pendidikan. Dari segi teknologi game selain sebagai media hiburan, sepatutnya dapat juga menjadi pendekatan bagi pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Genre game RPG-Adventure bisa menjadi pendekatan yang sangat tepat untuk diterapkan sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis permainan pada teknologi. Game berjudul "Petualangan Titan" merupakan salah satu cara untuk memperkenalkan kepada semua kalangan terutama anak-anak tentang bagaimana proses pembentukan madu didalam perut lebah. Perancangan game ini diawali dengan analisa kebutuhan, perancangan story board, pembuatan desain, pengkodean, dan pengujian white-box dan black-box. Hasil pengujian white-box menunjukkan bahwa ketika aplikasi dijalankan, terlihat bahwa salah satu basis set yang dihasilkan linier dan terlihat bahwa simpul telah dieksekusi satu kali. Berdasarkan ketentuan tersebut dari segi kelayakan software, system ini telah memenuhi syarat. Sedangkan hasil pengujian black-box menunjukkan bahwa pengujian yang meliputi input, proses, dan outpun dengan acuan rancangan perangkat lunak telah terpenuhi dengan hasil sesuai dengan rancangan. Penerapan RPG-adventure untuk pembelajaran proses pembuatan madu diharapkan dapat mencapai hasil yang optimal jika didukung dengan pendekatan dan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai. Pada game petualangan Titan ini dapat dikembangkan lagi tingkat kesulitan dan penjelasan yang lebih interaktif.
