Computer networks are widely used in company and campus. The company uses a computer to provide working facilities. Campus use the computer lab at each campus student practice. On each computer network takes a minimum of a network administrator to manage every device that is connected in it. One important task is to ensure that all devices can be actively connected to other devices in the network. Basic commands to check the relationship of each device is a basic ping command by typing in the DOS Prompt window. This command is done manually one by one on each device. If you want to check some groups of devices that remain to be done manually as well. It takes a long time plus waiting time for a response from the device checked. The hypothesis formulated proven true that the visual application can perform an inspection of the active IP address directly to a group of devices connected in a computer network quickly, easily and better view. The design of the application that created it can save typing time and waiting time results of active or non-active of a device connected to a network and look better when compared with the usual command manually with basic ping command on the DOS Prompt window. Black box testing methods are used to test the application by entering the data field to determine the outcome is appropriate or not in accordance with pre-determined. Contribution of this research can help the network administrator to determine a group of devices is active or not by much faster and easier.

Heart disease is the occurrence of partial or total blockage of a blood vessel over, as a result of the self blockage deep chemical energy supply to the heart muscle is reduced, resulting in an impaired balance between supply and in predicting heart disease have been carried out by several previous investigators. In this study will be done for heart disease prediction algorithm using a neural network and improved the performance of the neural network algorithm is implemented on the data of heart disease patients. From the test results by measuring method using a neural network based, it is known that neural network algorithms yield accuracy values 91.45%, precision 92.79 %, recall 94.27% and AUC values obtained 0.937. by looking at the accuracy, the algorithm based neural network into the category of groups is very good, because of AUC values between 0.90 – 1.00.

Spanning Tree Protocol is a protocol that is networking switch that allows all devices to communicate with each other in order to detect and manage redundant link in the network, Spanning Tree Protocol can overcome a broadcast storm, in other words, the Spanning Tree Protocol to prevent repetitive data transmission the same package, so the user is not a lot of existing broadcast process.

In this study, the authors attempt to explore these data more useful and can give you information and knowledge for the company. Data to be explored is the data on sales, ie how to use transaction data available on the company can figure out the pattern/behavior of consumers towards a product that is bought by the method of determining customer buying patterns of your kitchen appliances. To be able to produce accurate information is required in determining spending patterns of historical transaction data processing with data mining techniques. In this research can be done by applying the algorithm associated with the use of apriori. Apriori algorithm is able to analyze and discover relationships between the similarity of thegoods purchased items. Apriori algorithm can be evaluated by applying a minimum value ofsupport and confidence, using software RapidMiner results from the application of a priorialgorithm is proven accurate in determining the pattern of spending your kitchen appliances.

General elections are a means of implementation of the sovereignty of the people in the unitary state of Indonesia based on Pancasila and 1945 Constitution. Elections held in Indonesia is to choose the leadership of both the president and vice president, member of parliament, parliament, and the DPD. The related research of general election usually using decision tree algorithm neural network algorithm. Each of the methods has strengths and weakness, but a neural network algorithm can solve a problem in the decision tree algorithm. The accuracy using a neural network algorithm in predicting the election has less accurate. In this study created a model neural network algorithm and neural network algorithm model based genetic algorithm to get the rule in predicting the outcome of legislative elections and provide a more accurate value of accuracy. After testing the two models namely neural network algorithm and neural network algorithm based on particle swarm optimization, the results obtained are the neural network algorithm produces an accuracy value by 98,50% and the AUC value of 0.982, but after the addition of neural network algorithm based on particle swarm optimization value of 98,85 % accuracy and AUC value of 0.996. So both methods have an accuracy rate of 0.35 % difference and the difference in the AUC of 0.14.

The election results should be predicted accurately because of an impact on various aspects of social, economic, security, and others. Based on these problems we need a model that can accurately predict the outcome of the election. C4.5 algorithm model is a model that is easy to understand and has a good degree of accuracy. By using the C4.5 algorithm models the obtained results are of high accuracy values for the election results in the amount of 97.84% and the AUC value obtained is 0.970 with a diagnosis rate Excellent Classification

Current technological developments to make a change from several sides. As in telecommunications are now developed with incoming. One of them is VoIP. VoIP is a technology capable of passing voice in packet form. With this VoIP technology, one can make telephone communication via the internet. To use this VoIP one can use the handphones are connected tolapop or PC. However, the use of VoIP has a disadvantage that can be done tapping at the time the conversation is being conducted. VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a way of creating a private network are using a public network / Internet. With a VPN network, a user as if connected by point to point that they are not. Consists of VPN-management protocols that can perform encryption and tunneling as PPTP (Point to Point Protocol), L2TP (Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol) and IPSec(Internet Protocol Security). With the capabilities of the VPN is expected that the wiretapping of conversations being conducted by the user can be prevented.

Identifying talents of children as early as possible as parents will surely find it helpful because parents can directly lead and guide so that their interests and talents can flourish. So it is with the child, the child can explore talents honed better and also can fill the days in its path with an activity that is meaningful to him and certainly liked it. Therefore needed an expert system application that can help figure it out. Application of expert system is an expert system that created the interest and talents of children elucidation web-based. The system uses a forward search method (Forward Chaining) to determine the child's interests and talents. The theory used is the theory of multiple intelligences (Multiple Intelligences) by Professor Howard Gardner. Expert System Application Determination interest and Kids Talent is expected to help in knowing the interests and talents of children as early as possible. So with a system of this application, parents can maximize skill children, so that children can be multitalented.

Different kinds of fish in Indonesia is very much known to exist more than 80 species of fish caught in the waters of Indonesia. To find out which type of fish caught necessary analysis of the data pattern catches so as to know what kind of fish are caught. Search pattern or associative relationships of large-scale data that are closely related to data mining. Analysis of the association or the association rule mining is a data mining technique to discover the rules of associative between a combination of items. In the association rule method, there are two processes, namely the process of generating Frequent Itemset and trenching association rules. Frequent Itemset Generation is a process to get itemset interconnected and has a value of association based on the value of support and confidence. The algorithm used to generate the frequent itemset is Apriori Algorithm. Apriori algorithm has a weakness in the appropriate feature extraction that is used to attribute causing rule that formed a research a lot in based applying apriori algorithm principal component analysis to obtain a more optimal rule. After experiments using apriori algorithm with a magnitude Φ = 30, min Support 80% and 80% Confidence min rule formed results totaled 82 rules. While the second experiment was done by using an algorithm based on principal component analysis prior the magnitude Φ = 30, min Support 80% and 80% Confidence min formed results amounted to 12 rules to fully lift the ratio of 1
