Along with the increasing need to used existing resources in the development of computer network technology has led to the emergence of the network itself. Availability of resources will be inversely proportional to the level of need are now demanding networking technologies floated a new technique that can resolve the issue. Load balancing is a technique that can harness routing multiple resources to be used simultaneously. However, there are various methods that can also be used, including methods of NTH, PCC load balancing and Fail Over. This study discusses the PCC Load Balancing Methods In Autentification are accessing the web, which is considered as needed. The implementation of load balancing so that resources are used optimally.

Information systems are complete and easy access is a necessity that a company owned. With the company's information system is its credibility to go public and to better known by the general public. In line with the development of information technology very rapidly, sometimes in actual access to the system failure can also occur due to the failure happened server side. Failure caused by the server itself dies and there is no backup from another server when the primary server directly replaces dead or can also occur overload Access on the server so that the server can be crushed or down. One way to improve the quality of services will be increasingly large data is to divide the workload on the database server access in order that all requests from users can be served well. In this research design to optimize the performance of the database server using load balancing mechanisms clusters with MySQL Cluster technology. MySQL Cluster where there is a feature that can perform database replication and there is also a system that is able to cope with the failure of the database system itself.

In line with the development of information technology very rapidly, the intensity of use of the internet network through a transmission cable and wireless increased even very dense. As a result, felt all right to slow internet connection due to the limited bandwidth available. To address these problems required an increase in quality of service (quality of services / QoS). One way to improve the quality of service (QoS), Internet usage is by separating the connection based on the goals that will be accessed by the user whether or International IIX connections, while providing bandwidth sharing with different limits according to user needs. To deal with this problem weneed a separate tool or application to connect at the same time melakuakan International IIX and bandwidth allocation more efficient use of bandwidth in order to simplify network managementand Internet in particular is connected to a LAN. Tool or application that can support the function of the separation of traffic and bandwidth sharing is a router, Mikrotik Router Os is one of theoperating systems that provide separation of traffic and bandwidth sharing. On Mikrotik RouterOS will be implemented separation IIX and International traffic with bandwidth sharing, in this study proved to be dealing with the problem by splitting the traffic bandwidth IIX andInternational.

Jaringan Campus Area Network (CAN) atau jaringan area kampus dibentuk dari gabunganbeberapa komponen teknologi informasi seperti hardware, software,dan perangkat jaringan ataunetwork device yang terhubung dengan koneksi internet dengan tujuan menyediakan fasilitas bagicivitas akademik untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran.Koneksi internet yang baik dan memadaimutlak diperlukan supaya para pengguna atau user dapat menikmati teknologi secara efisien danefektif. Khusus untuk pengguna internet pada Campus Area Network harus benar-benar dilakukanSalah satu alat atau device yang sudah terbukti kehandalannya untuk menjalankan metodecontrolling dan limitation tersebut adalah Router.Secara umum router didesign dan didistribusikandalam bentuk hardware maupun software.Pada penelitian ini router yang digunakan adalah RouterOS dengan sistim operasi linux yang disebut dengan Mikrotik Router OS . MikroTik Router OSmerupakan sistem operasi yang dirancang khusus untuk network router.Didesain untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi penggunanya.Administrasinya bisa dilakukan melalui Windows Application (WinBox).. Pada Mikrotik Router OSlayanan bandwith control ini diimplementasikan dengan metode Hierarchical Token Bucket(HTB) dan Queue Tree atau antrian. Metode Queue Tree atau antrian pada router Mikrotik dapatmemberikan jaminan kualitas layanan bandwidth (Quality Of Service) yang efesien bagi client atauuser yang bisa dikelola oleh pengelola aringan dalam hal ini adalah para administrator jaringan(network administrator) itu sendiri. Kedua Melalui implementasi teknologi ini sebuah institusiatau lembaga pendidikan mampu menuju cyber campus yang berdasar pada konsep InformationComunication and Telecomunication (ICT)dimana dalam penelitian ini terbukti dapat diatasidengan metode Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) dan Queue Tree berbasis PC Router OS.

Pincher ID is a local startup that engaged in the education sector especially for providing training classes. For now, Pincher ID based on a mobile application that causes only a third party (Google Play store/ App Store) who can access it. Furthermore, mobile application Pincher ID is not indexed by search engine so it makes difficult for people to find it. In this research, training information system web-based with web service technology and framework Laravel will be built. Web service technology applied to the system for data integration so data can be stored centrally. The architecture of web service used in the system is REST because accessing REST with URL address on browser application, give easy access to the application. In this research, prototype method used to develop an information system based on a website that can be used by Pincher ID. The test result showed that the training information system worked well and in accordance with the user’s wishes.

Currently, there are many kindergartens that way of delivering lessons with the method of lectures / conventional. Sometimes explaining learning materials to children aged 5-6 (five-six) years or below kindergarten students is not easy. Such as Tadika Puri kindergarten which was established in 1977 and to this day still use the method of a mirror. The process of understanding students who are slow in capturing learning materials in because lessons taught less interesting. Therefore required new media and support methods for the learning process becomes more effective teaching with interactive multimedia-based learning applications. The research method used in this writing is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that is equipped with research using questionnaires and interviews with the respondents who have been predetermined. The result of the interactive animation design of basic knowledge of language and mathematics can help students in understanding the vocabulary of language and mathematics easily because it is conveyed with an interesting accompanied by interactive pictures and sounds.

PT. Telkom sebagai salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia, haruslah meningkatkan kualitas layanan terhadap pelanggan yang setia terhadapnya. Kualitas memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Kasus atau masalah yang sering terjadi sehingga pelanggan komplain kepada customer service atau customer care diantaranya seperti pelayanan kurang cepat, kurang ramah serta kurang memberikan kepuasan pada pelanggan, dan terlalu terburu-buru melayani pelanggan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Fuzzy Servqual (Service quality), untuk melihat seberapa jauh perbedaan antara harapan atau ekspektasi dan kinerja atau persepsi pelanggan atas pelayanan yang mereka rasakan di PT. Telkom. Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan pelayanan, sehingga memberikan kepuasan layanan kepada pelanggan dan memberikan pelayanan yang prima sehingga pelanggan tidak merasa dilayani seperti raja.

In the current era of globalization, the development of the intellect of a child must be cultivated from an early age. This is because brain absorption is very good at age 1-5 years. One of the things that can support a child's brain absorption is through education, yet still, very much children who do not understand and know about the animals that live in habitats such as land, air, and sea. Incomprehension of the child to knowledge might be due to what is being taught less attractive so that the curiosity children are reduced. One of the things that can support the development of a child's brain is through interactive education. Therefore need a learning tool based interactive animation introduction of animals which aims to introduce the animal to early childhood education. In the writing of this thesis, an interactive animation created by the method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall that provided the software life flow approach in sequence starting from the analysis, design, coding, testing and supporting stage. Information technology-based learning methods through interactive animations have many advantages from the conventional method of learning in children ages 1-5 years, display interactive animation in education can help students in the delivery of the material and more communicative so that it can more easily remember the lesson material.

This study discusses how the process of analyzing the warehouse inventory system in PD Gentong Mas palm sugar town of Garut and test how effective research model variables Iklila Muzayyanah by testing using Amos Application version 22. Results Analysis of the warehouse inventory system in PD Gentong Mas palm sugar is effective for production with a medium size (S), this is evidenced by the results of testing the validity indicator S<--- Production 0.385 and 0.76 are in the reliability test. While testing how effective Variables Research Model IklilaMuzayyanah, if it is used to test the warehouse inventory system in PD GentongGarut Mas palm sugar, is not fit. Based on the test results are known fitness model Probability values less than the recommended value, which is less than 0.05. K

A deaf person is an individual who has a hearing impediment in both permanent and not permanent. In each teaching for deaf children, teaching aids needed to visualize the material presented, making it easier to understand. Mathematics learning models can be appropriate tools in teaching math to deaf children. This learning model is intended for students in 4th grade of SDLB B. This application presents mathematics material that is explained using animations, pictures, text, and videos. By using this application, teaching and learning activities become more enjoyable and can shorten the time of teaching. The research shows that deaf person more focused on his learning material comparing with conventional teaching. This method makes people learn 40% faster than the conventional method.
