Abstract

The development of information technology has developed rapidly from year to year. The use of the Internet as a very useful addition to mediation communications but still has weaknesses in its security. Ecosystem service assurance is one unit of work on solution division convergence PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. cannot be separated from the use of networks and the Internet for Operational work Units. Kendall faced by the few employees Units Ecosystem Service Assurance often gets assignments meetings and training outside of town. Sometimes employees get into trouble when had to send the data documentation of meetings and training to upload a file in a web application portal Unit Ecosystem Service Assurance by using email, copy and save the file first before uploading, this method is not very safe and effective. needed a way to connect the mobile intranet access with the existing LAN network at the central office in order to perform data access easily and safely. Solutions that can be used for this problem is to build a network Wide Area Network (WAN) technology with Virtual Private network applications that can use Open VPN Access Server. Abstract

Heart disease is one of the world's deadliest diseases. Heart disease occurs due to narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries caused by the buildup of fatty substances (cholesterol, triglycerides), more and more and accumulates beneath the inner lining of the arteries. Several studies have been conducted to diagnose patients is not yet known but the exact method to predict heart disease. This study uses support vector machine and support vector machine-based method particle swarm optimization to get the rules for the prediction of cardiovascular disease and provide a more accurate value of the result accuracy. After testing two models of Support Vector Machine and Support Vector Machine -based Particle Swarm Optimization and the results by using Support Vector Machine get accuracy values 81.85 % and AUC values 0.899, while testing with Support Vector Machine -based particle swarm optimization to get accuracy values 88.61 % and AUC values 0.919. Both of these methods have different values of 6.76 % and the difference in an AUC value of 0.02.

Abstract

The number of problems in learning activities such as the personality and behavior of students who are less good towards the teacher and there is still many students who are confused in their personality in deciding to continue their studies with a department in accordance with their education or personality. So the author aims to create one expert system that can help counseling and student teachers in determining personality and good behavior for students who are not good or to determine in continuing college studies with one of the knowledge that can help humans in making decisions, namely expert systems. Expert system (Expert System) is a part of artificial intelligence that contains knowledge and experience that is input into the knowledge base. In designing this expert system, the author uses a forward chaining technique because problem-solving is done by collecting data and then drawing a conclusion. The results of this expert system are able to help psychology or Counseling Guidance teachers in analyzing student behavior to improve quality human resources by testing the diagnosis of student behavior and personality with expert system applications to produce solutions that meet their needs with a percentage above 90%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by gaps in teaching and learning at Nusajaya Vocational School, Tangerang. This study aims to make Cooperative Learning Type Team Learning Games based on E-learning that can increase student interest and learning attitudes at Nusajaya Tangerang Vocational School. The results of this study are e-learning that can attract students' interests and attitudes to learning. In e-learning not only contains learning material content but there is a menu for interaction with students and an interesting menu for students, then this research is a Research and Development (R & D) research on the application quality testing process using Black box testing. So that the testing of this system shows results that are very feasible to use, after being used in two-stage learning, namely cycle 1 is 68.53% and cycle 2 gets results that increase 12.94% on student interests and attitudes to 81.47%.

Abstract

In the medical and health world it is very necessary to predict one of his cardiovascular diseases in patients. On this occasion, there were 220 datasets used in the study and 220 attributes. Prediction is done by using a neural network algorithm. Then do a calculation using Rapidminer from the cardiovascular disease dataset. The dataset will be predicted and analyzed with two trials at Rapidminer to determine the optimal level of prediction. The results of the first trial at Rapidminer are 68.81% accuracy with a prescription value of 65.85%, 79.41% recall and, AUC value of 0.745 and the second trial result is 77.27% accuracy, with a precision value of 77.14%, 79.41% recall and, AUC value of 0.764.

Abstract

The SEBLAK application "Regarding Accident News" based on android is present to provide news and information validly to the families of victims, with the use of features in the application that contain clear information. The stage of making the application starts from the preparation of the data needed and used tools Unified Modeling Language (UML) in designing diagrams such as ERD, Usecase, Activity Diagram up to Sequence Diagrams, then designing or designing systems and applications, implementation and testing applications. Hopefully with this application the victim's family will get valid information about the accident that befell the victim. Of course this application is very helpful in finding information on families of victims who have had accidents in South Jakarta in particular

Abstract

Payment of tuition as one of the sources of funds, plays an important role in the sustainability of the operations of higher education. The problem that arises is that students are not often late to make payments in a timely manner. One of the factors causing the many cases of late payment of tuition fees due to lack of policy and decisive action on the part of the campus when students are late in making payments, besides the factors of parents and students also have an influence on the delay. The purpose of this study is to classify students who are late and timely in making SPP payments using the C4.5 algorithm. From the total sample used then divided into 4 partitions, partition 1 for 90% training data and 10% testing data, partition 2 for 80% training data and 20% testing data, and partition 3 for 70% training data and 30% testing data, and partition 4 for 60% training data and 40% testing data. The classification results of the C4.5 algorithm are evaluated and validated with a cross-validation and confusion matrix to determine the accuracy of the C4.5 algorithm in predicting late SPP payments. Based on the comparison of the results of evaluations and validations conducted, it shows that data partition 2 has a better level of accuracy than the other partitions, which is 75%.

Abstract

The pattern of drug and medical device needs at Mayapada Hospital in South Jakarta has a tendency to be repeated and similar in a relatively long period of time, especially in one particular department, because the cases found are often similar or even similar. Ensuring the availability of stock in each department's deposit is very vital, because the procurement of medical equipment must go through a certain process and time, so there are often cases where there is a critical resus but the equipment needed in the deposit does not meet the needs or escape from inventory and must indent first. By calculating the tendency (Apriori Association) demand patterns in the relevant departments, especially in the radiology department at Mayapada Hospital, South Jakarta, a rule was formed that resulted in a pattern of dependency between itemsets that had supporting criteria in the form of support of 33.3% and Confidence by 85%, where the items that appear are items with a high frequency of appearance and association, so they can be taken into consideration to ensure the availability of drugs and medical devices.

Abstract

Indonesia has much cultural diversity which not all are known and understood by Indonesian themselves. So that instead of strengthening the nation character's identity, sometimes this will only weaken the nation's character. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to develop Indonesia Satu application. Namely, mobile-based applications that integrate cultural diversity in Indonesia by combining Augmented Reality (AR) technology. This application was developed by referring to the waterfall model. The Indonesia Satu application has also gone through a black-box testing method based on system testing, performance testing, installation and load testing also easy use testing. The test results show, in general, this application has been feasible for used. However, for further development, we need to consider data storage so that this application can be optimized.

Abstract

SMK Al-Kautsar Kebayoran Baru Library is a library that supports the teaching and learning process, many of the students and teachers of AL-Kautsar Vocational School want to buy books in the book library, and the service is slow because the system is still conventional. Therefore the AL-Kautsar Vocational Library needs an Information System that is able to solve all the problems needed above. Then made SIIPETAKA or SMK Al-Kautsar Library Information System. SIIPETAKA is a system designed to facilitate the recording of data in the Al-Kautsar Vocational Library, SIIPETAKAN was designed using the Waterfall method or model, the Waterfall Model is one of the models used to use Information Systems. Every step in the waterfall method is easy to follow and using the Waterfall model the program design documentation is well documented. With SIIPETAKA, it is expected that problems that occur such as data loss, it is difficult to find member data and book data can be resolved properly.
