Abstract

Alleged links Breakwater Beach area of ​​the building as a shelter Matras fish are lots of cracks and cavities of a pile of stones that are still submerged in sea water can be overgrown with algae and the coral recruitment and attended alge fish species and fish-eating predators. This study aims to assess the area of ​​the building Breakwater of the area protected fish species, determine the species composition, abundance of fish by category type and feeding habits of fish and fish community structure which was implemented in April 2019 in the area of ​​the building Breakwater and Non Breakwater in Matras Beach Bangka. The method uses a combination of visual census and gill nets to take fish of data. The results of the study recorded the number of individual fish in the area as many as 3741 individual Breakwater building consists of 22 species from 14 families and Non Breakwater much as one individual, namely the species Carangoides plagioenia of the family Carangidae, Category types and feeding habits of the fish in the area at the Beach breakwater buildings consist of 14 species of fish targets and 8 major fish species, while the eating habits of the fish listed nine types of herbivorous fish species, 11 types of carnivorous fish species, two species of omnivorous fish types. Fish ecology index showed an unstable community with dominance index which tends to be low and fish species are spread relatively evenly and Non Breakwater showed that depressed communities with dominance index tends to be high and fish species are not evenly distributed.

Abstract

The swimming crab is a type of sea crab whose abudance is distributed almost evenly across Indonesian waters. There are aspect that need to be considered in the use of swimming crab resources, namely biological technical, and economical aspect. So, taht it can be done without endangering the sustainability of the resources. The research was conducted from April through July, 2018, in Puding Beach, South Bangka Regency. The primary and secondary data were obtained using 3 method of analysis, namely analysis of maximum sustainable yield (MSY), analysis of utilization rates, business analysis, and SWOT analysis. The result suggested that the MSY value was of 1,319.059 ton/year and the foptimum was 23,877.356 trips/year. This suggests that overfishing has taken place ang that the utilization of swimming crab resources has surpassed the limit of TAC. the fishing gear used by fisherman for catching swimming carbs in Puding Beach is the collapsible trap with the operating principle of one day fishing. Based on business analysis, it was found that the activity is profitable for the fisherman and tah business if feasible. The researchers also formulated 12 alternative strategies for crab meat business development in Puding Beach.

Abstract

Anchovies is one of the diversification products (product diversity) of anchovy. The research objective was to analyze the anchovies production business and to analyze the marketing channels of crispy anchovies production in Belitung Regency.This research was conducted in May-June 2019 in Belitung Regency. The method used is descriptive method. The data obtained are revenue, income, profit, B / C Ratio, Break Even Point, Net Present Value (NPV) and Return On Investment (ROI) of anchovies marketing channel. Based on the results of the study, anchovy used is a type of black anchovy (Stolephorus commersonii) using a boat chart fishing gear. The crispy anchovy product in Belitung Regency has eligibility criteria with a PBP value of 0.52 years, NPV of IDR 1,401,926,475, B / C ratio of 1.94, and ROI of 98%, BEP of product 7,842 kg and BEP of receipt of IDR. 784,214,786. The average NPV value is IDR 1,451,926,475 and the average B / C ratio of entrepreneurs is 1.94. The NPV and BCR values ​​are> 1, so the anchovies business in Belitung Regency is feasible to be implemented. There are 2 types of marketing channels for anchovies in Belitung Regency, namely: 1. Producers - end consumers and, 2. Producers - big traders - end consumers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Aditia (2021611001) The Community Structure of Fish in Lulak Stream and Gendir Stream of West Bangka Regency. (Supervisors: Wahyu Adi, S.Pi.,M.Si dan Andi Gustomi, S.Pi.,M.Si) The waters of the stream in west Bangka nowadays facing the threat of the deforestation or the fragmentation of the alteration of land function such as for the plantations, agriculture mostly for the program of rice field print that makes the forest area and the watershed threaten the fish habitats, for instance the Lulak stream and gendir stream in Kelapa, West Bangka regency. The goals of this study is to examine the diversity of the fish, examine the community structure and examine the relation between the waters quality with the fish diversity in Lulak Stream and Gendir Stream. The data was took and conducted in February 2020 using the gill net and dip net. The result showed that the diversity value has the index with the amount is 1,948 for Lulak Stream and 1,881 for Gendir Stream with the category is moderate. The community structure of fish in Lulak stream and Gendir stream was dominated by Cyprinidae with 5 species from 14 species based on what was found in both of the stream. There was 14 fish with 12 of fish species found in Lulak stream and 11 fish in Gendir stream that dominated by cyprinidae ( Puntius binotatus, Puntius lineatus, Cyclocheilichthys apogon dan Rasbora chepholataenia). The Physic and Chemistry factors in Lulak Stream and Gendir Stream supports the survival life of the cyprinidae that dominate both of the river. Abstract

Freshwater fish is a part of aquatic biodiversity that has not been thoroughly exposed and become the potential that has not been fully utilized. Many attempts have been made to obtain freshwater fish, one of it is domestication. The domestication of freshwater fish aims to tame animals that live in the wild. This study aims to determine the composition of the food that became the eating habit of it fish, to determine the growth pattern and to analyze the relationship between the length interval and the composition of the food. This research was conducted in December 2019 - February 2020 at Sungai Lenting, Kemuja Village. Bangka Regency. The sample of Keperas fish was taken by using the purposive sampling method. Data collection is divided into 3 stations : upstream, mid-river and downstream. The results showed that Keperas fish is the omnivore. The biggest precentage of food composition in both males and females were Microstella norvegica with amount of index of preponderance were 21,36% and 26,13 respectively. The growth pattern of Keperas fish was Negative Allometric, but in February the male fish had a Positive Allometric growth pattern. The food indek based on the range of the length for males and females is dominated by zooplankton with the species was Microstella Norvegica

Abstract

Air Remuding River is a river which located in Pangkal Niur Lama Hamlet, Riau Silip District, Bangka Regency. Air Remuding River is ± 1 km from Pangkal Niur Lama Hamlet. This study aims to analyze the structure of the fish community in the Air Remuding River and to analyze the relationship between the physical and chemical factors of the waters to the species composition of the fish in the Air Remuding River. This research conducted in the month of January 2020 in the waters of the Air Remuding River, Pangkal Niur Lama Hamlet, Riau Silip District, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The results of this study indicate that the most common fish caught in the Air Remuding river we're 2501 fishes (Rasbora bankanensis). Diversity Index (H '), Air Remuding River fish with a range of 0.66-0.72. included in the criteria of moderate diversity, while the Uniformity Index (E), Air Remuding River fish were high uniformity and the Dominance Index ranged from 0.19 to 0.23. The composition of fish species in the Air Remuding River correlates with DO, depth, current velocity and nitrate.

Abstract

This Research Is For Analyzing The Structure Of The Plankton Commmuity Also Analyzing The Quality Of The Water And Also The Relationship Or Connection Between The Plankton Against Environment At Upang River, Tanah Bawah Village, The Sub-Disctrict Of Puding Besar. Time And Place Of This Research Was Done In January 2020 At Upang River. Sampling Was Choosen By Doing A Method Called Purposive Sampling That Was Divided Into 3 Research Stations. Plankton Data Taking Was Done By Filtering The River Water 100 Litres Using A Tool Called Plankton Net. The Output Result From Anaylzing The Structure Of The Plankton Community Was 4 Classes And 10 Species Of Plankton That Was Found At The End Of Upang River, Tanah Bawah Village. And The Species Were: Acicular Sp, Navicular Sp, Bacilaria Paradoxa, Isthmia Sp, Pactylococcopsis Sp, Spirulina Laxxissima, Lingbya Agardh, Chrysophyta Sp, Spyrogyra Sp And Asterionela Formosa. The Abundance Of Plankton Itself Between 792-1325 Ind/L. Diversity Index (H’) Is Classiefied In The Diversity That Ranges From 1,41-1,83. Low Index ( D ) Is Dominated Around 0,19-0,33 And Uniformity Index ( E ) Is Also Dominated Around 0,68- 0,83. The Result Of Analysis Between Plankton With Environment Was Done By Using Pca That We Got By Analyzing The Plankton That Has High Correlation Against The Nitrat Parameter, Current And Depth Of The Water And Low Correlation Towards Light, Bod, Tss And Do. Highly Correlated Relationship Means That The Abundance Of Plankton Is Very Influential Towards The Paramater Itself, Otherwise Low Correlated Relationship Means The Abundance Of Plankton Is Less Effective Towards The Parameter. Abstract

Koto Petai Village is one of the villages near Lake Kerinci, especially in Danau Kerinci District, fishing activities in Koto Petai are carried out in the morning and evening according to the fishing gear used by the local community. The fishing gears found in Koto Petai village are tangkul / pesap, gill nets, nets, stick charts and traps.The aims of this study was to determine the differences in the catch of tilapia and to determine the composition of the catch in the form of weight, number and type of fish caught against the soaking time of the traps.The research method used is the experimental fishing method and the data analysis used in this study was a completely randomized design analysis (CRD). The results of the analysis of variance show that soaking time treatment had a doesn’t significant effect on the average weight to the whole catch,Meanwhile, the catch of tilapia does not significantly affect the immersion time and result of Duncan test showed that the weight of the catch of immersion for 8 hours10 hours and for 12 hourswas not significantly different (P >0.05) .Based on research that has been done inconclude that long ago soaking iron fish trap for 8 hours resulting in a more optimal catch the most caught fish is tilapia.

Abstract

Bumang River is one of rivers which located in district of Mendo Barat, Bangka Regency. construction of dams and construction of reservoirs at the river that lead to decreasing of the quality of the environment, especially for the biodiversity of fish. The aim of this research was to investigate the diversity of fish, similarity index and domination index of fish in Bumang River, district of Mendo Barat, Bangka regency. The method used was survey-sampling method by placing two observation stations in way of purposive sampling. It was divided on certain stations, such as up and down stream station. The data collected was chemical and physicalwater parameters and fish sample by using gillnet. The result shows that 8 fish species in Bumang River in District of Mendo Barat, Bangka Regency.composed of 7 genus and 5 families were found. The diversity of fish population and species in Bumang River indicating on low and average range and was not dominate by certain species. Taken together, the populations of fish in Bumang River were uniform

Abstract

The Mendo River utilizes the local community for washing and bathing (MCK), rice fields, tin mining and fisheries. Sngai Mendo is included in a large river basin (DAS) so that it has the potential for various freshwater fisheries. The research objective was to analyze the diversity of fish found in the Mendo River, Bangka Regency. The research was conducted in February 2020 on the Mendo River. This study used a purposive sampling method at 3 Mendo River stations. The fishing gear used for sampling fish is the trap and net fishing gear (gillnet). The results showed that 9 species were found in the Mendo River, namely Baung (Mystus nemurus), Betok fish (Anabas testudineus), Cork fish (Channa striata), Kelincah fish (Belontia hasselti), Kepatung fish (Pristolepis grotii), catfish (Clarias sp.), Seluang fish (Rasboraca epholotaenia), Sepat fish (Trichogaster trichopterus) and giant prawns (Macrobrachium rosenbergii). The structure of the fish community in the Mendo River is still within the criteria of moderate diversity, which means that their habitat is in optimal condition and in accordance with the biota. The diversity index value of fish using traps ranged from 1.41 to 1.91 while the index value of fish diversity using gillnet fishing gear ranged from 0.61 to 1.31.
