Abstract

Koto Petai Village is one of the villages near Lake Kerinci, especially in Danau Kerinci District, fishing activities in Koto Petai are carried out in the morning and evening according to the fishing gear used by the local community. The fishing gears found in Koto Petai village are tangkul / pesap, gill nets, nets, stick charts and traps.The aims of this study was to determine the differences in the catch of tilapia and to determine the composition of the catch in the form of weight, number and type of fish caught against the soaking time of the traps.The research method used is the experimental fishing method and the data analysis used in this study was a completely randomized design analysis (CRD). The results of the analysis of variance show that soaking time treatment had a doesn’t significant effect on the average weight to the whole catch,Meanwhile, the catch of tilapia does not significantly affect the immersion time and result of Duncan test showed that the weight of the catch of immersion for 8 hours10 hours and for 12 hourswas not significantly different (P >0.05) .Based on research that has been done inconclude that long ago soaking iron fish trap for 8 hours resulting in a more optimal catch the most caught fish is tilapia.

Abstract

Technological developments have brought changes to payments in the form of cash in conventional metal and paper forms, which have now developed in the form of electronic payment instruments. The use of non-cash payment electronic money (FLAZZ) besides being able to facilitate transactions can also cause losses to the owner if the FLAZZ is lost or stolen. Transactions using e-money can be carried out without going through an authorization process such as a PIN (Personal Identification Number) so that e-money can be used easily by unauthorized persons. Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 20/6/PBI/2018 contains regulations related to financial compensation but are not clear and detailed, so these unclear regulations lead to different interpretations between institutions. The purpose of this paper is to find out the legal arrangements for electronic money owners in the event of a loss on an e-money card and to find out the responsibility of the bank as a provider of non-cash payment instruments for losses suffered by e-money. - the owner of the money card. The research method used in this paper is normative legal research method. Studies show that electronic money compensation can only be made if there is damage from the issuer. The bank is not responsible for losses to e-money owners due to user negligence that violates consumer protection principles. Banks as issuers of electronic money are not responsible for losses to FLAZZ owners where this rule violates the principle of consumer protection.

Abstract

This service aims to introduce a hydroponic vegetable cultivation system using the wick method in Sungai Pagar Village. The environment in Sungai Pagar Village is characterized by sandy soil due to the accumulation of peat soil, so plant cultivation activities are still limited. In this context the wick method is adopted as a relevant solution. Training activities were carried out through several stages, including field surveys, delivery of materials, sowing seeds, making AB mix nutrition, making a hydroponic wick system from used plastic bottles, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the training showed an increase in participants' knowledge about hydroponic cultivation and their abilities in caring for hydroponic plants. Each training participant succeeded in making a hydroponic wick system using used plastic bottles and was given a hydroponic cultivation package to continue cultivation at home. In order to improve food security and the community's economy, this training made a positive contribution by introducing an environmentally friendly and hydroponic vegetable cultivation system. efficient. In conclusion, this training was successful in introducing and training the public in hydroponic vegetable cultivation using the wick method.

Abstract

Human resources who work in an organization or company have the ability to improve thequality of their performance, so that every employee who works in an organization mustreally be able to carry out factors that can help employees get the title with good qualityperformance. To achieve satisfactory employee performance, professional skills are neededto achieve it through several stages, in the world of organizations paying attention toemployee performance is something that is very important to do in achieving anorganizational goal or in increasing competitiveness and maintaining sustainability. researchsamples are employees of PT. Indo Metro Surya Andala Metro City. The research design is aquantitative research method used in this study is a survey and questionnaire. The populationand sample of this research are employees of PT. Indo Metro Surya Andala Metro City with apopulation of 70 and a sample of 56 employees. Data collection techniques using aquestionnaire. The analytical tool used is Regression Analysis. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation and workstress on employee performance moderated by employee work motivation. This study appliesquantitative research that measures the variables of financial compensation, work stress,employee performance, and work motivation using a questionnaire through a Likert scalescoring of 1-5. This study involved a population of 32 employees. The sampling techniqueused in this study was saturated sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire and dataanalysis using Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study indicate thatFinancial Compensation has an effect and is significant on employee performance. Theaspect that has the most effect on financial compensation on employee performance is thecompensation applied by the company and the weakest is the applicable regulations. Workstress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The aspect that has themost effect on work stress is physical demands and the weakest is task demands. Workmotivation can significantly strengthen the effect of financial compensation on employeeperformance at CV MT Tani. Work motivation can strengthen the effect of work stress onemployee performance.
