Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture, leadership and compensation on motivation, organizational culture, leadership, compensation and motivation on organizational commitment, and the influence organizational culture, leadership and compensation on organizational commitment mediated by motivation. The Population of this research was 137 people. Meanwhile the samples of this study were 102 respondents which were determined based on the slovin formula. The data used in this study is the primary data with data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires, and to prove the result of this research using Structure Equation Modell (SEM) with a program tool namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research showed that organizational culture had a positive but not significant effects on motivation, leadership and compensation had significant positive effects on motivation, organizational culture, compensation and motivation had significant effects on organizational commitment, leadership had a positive but not significant effects on organizational commitment and organizational culture and motivation had significant positive effect on commitment organization and are fully mediated by motivation. The empiric finding, indicated that to increase organizational commitment need to pay attention to factors that influencing organizational commitment such as motivation, organizational culture, leadership and compensation.

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the effect of (1) pedagogic competence on entrepreneurship character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru students, (2) family environment to entrepreneurship character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru students, and (3) jointly pedagogic competence and family environment on student entrepreneurship character MAN 1 Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The population in this study was 118 students in MAN 1 Pekanbaru academic year 2017-2018, with a sample of 91 students. Sampling using Probability Sampling technique with simple random sampling type. Data collection techniques used is questionnaires. The prerequisite analysis test includes normality test, linearity test, multicolinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis technique with F test and T test.The result of this research shows that (1) there are positive and significant influence of Pedagogic Competence on Entrepreneurship Character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru students with t arithmetic (1,718) bigger than t table that is (1,671) and significance value less than 0,05 0,002, by 41.80%. (2) there is positive and significant influence of Family Environment on Student Entrepreneurship Character MAN 1 Pekanbaru with t count (1,767) bigger than t table (1,671) and its significance value less than 0,05 0.000, while its influence equal to 56,80% and together (3) there is a positive and significant influence Pedagogic and Family Environment Competence on Student Entrepreneur Character MAN 1 Pekanbaru with F arithmetic (15,530) is bigger than F table (3,110) and its significance value smaller than 0,05 i.e. 0,000 . The major contribution of Pedagogical and Family Environment Competencies simultaneously on Entrepreneurship Character is 24.4%.

Abstract

This research conducted at PT. Tiga Serangkai in Riau province. The goal is to know the direct effect of product quality, price, and promotion to purchasing decision and consumer loyalty. The population is 369 consumers. The sample was taken as many as 192 consumers. Variables used are product quality, price, promotion of purchasing decision and loyalty. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which operated through AMOS 20 programs. The results showed that there is influence of product quality, price and promotion to purchasing decision and consumer loyalty. But there is no positive and significant influence between promotion variable to consumer loyalty. There is a positive and significant influence between the purchase decision variable on consumer loyalty, the better the consumer purchasing decision will increase consumer loyalty consumers.

Abstract

This study was aimed to analyze the influence of corporate image and satisfaction to trust. To analyze the influence of corporate image and satisfaction to loyalty and influence of farmer's confidence to farmer loyalty at palm oil mill Sei Galuh.The population of this research is 4.000 farmers. The sample size that will be used is 364 people. Data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used by the authors in this study are by using Questionnaire. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative. Descriptive is used to provide an overview of the data. Quantitative, i.e. analysis by collecting, categorizing and tabulating data, using the WarpPLS approach. Data analysis using WarpPLS approach.WarpPLS is an alternative approach that shifts from a Covariant-based SEM approach to variance-based.The results of this study show the image of the company affects the trust. These results prove that the better the image of the company then the confidence of farmers to the company will increase. Satisfaction affects trust. This proves that the better the satisfaction of farmers, the farmer's confidence in the company will increase. Corporate image affects loyalty. These results prove that the better the image of the company the higher the loyalty of farmers to the company. Satisfaction affects loyalty. This proves that the better the satisfaction of farmers, the loyalty of farmers to the company will increase. And Trust affects the loyalty of farmers. These results prove that the higher the confidence of farmers to the company, the higher the level of loyalty of farmers to the company.

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine and analyze the influence between Leadership, Competence, and Talent Management on Career Development BPJS Health Division II Regional Performance as a variable Mediation. The population of this study were all leaders in BPJS Health Division II with the level of manager and assistant manager who totaled 121 people. The sample in this research is 99 people obtained by disproportionate stratified random sampling method. The instrument used for data collection is by ordinal scale model questionnaire. To test the hypothesis used descriptive analysis and PLS analysis.The result of data analysis shows that (1) the leadership has a significant positive effect on career development, (2) the competence has a significant positive effect on career development, (3) the competence has a significant negative effect on career development, (4) talent management has no significant positive effect on the development (5) leadership has a negative effect on insignificant to career development, (6) competence has no significant positive effect on leadership performance, (7) talent management has significant negative effect on leadership performance, (8) leadership performance is not a mediation variable between leadership career development, (9) leadership performance is not a mediating variable between competence on career development, (10) and leadership performance is not a mediating variable between talent management towards career development.
