Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and competence on motivation and performance. The research was conducted at PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia Pekanbaru Riau. This research uses quantitative methods, with the aim of analyzing the performance of 82 employees in the HR department. Method of descriptive analysis is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and hypotheses using the relevant statistical tests. The variables used are organizational culture and competence as independent variables, motivation and performance as dependent variables. Data analysis in this study conducted out by steps of WrapPLS-based structural equation modeling. The results of this study concluded that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. On the other hand, organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance, but competence has a significant effect on employee performance. The organizational culture and competence do not affect employee performance through motivation indirectly. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap motivasi dan kinerja. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia Pekanbaru Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja 82 karyawan di bagian HR . Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik responden dan hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistik yang relevan. Variabel yang digunakan adalah budaya organisasi dan kompetensi sebagai variabel bebas, motivasi dan kinerja sebagai variabel terikat. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah pemodelan persamaan struktural berbasis WrapPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Di lain pihak, budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara tidak langsung budaya organisasi dan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi.

Abstract

Individuals with high job satisfaction will tend to involve themselves with the organization and accept the whole organization more positively as part of the individual's commitment to the organization. This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of Competence and Training on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The population in this study were employees of the One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office of Riau Province. The number of permanent employees working at the Riau Provincial One-stop Investment and Integrated Services Agency is 118 in 2019, the method of selecting samples is the census method, where the population is sampled. In this study using the path analysis method. The results in this study that Competence and Training have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Competence, Training and Job Satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Competency and Education indirectly through job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. Individual dengan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi akan cenderung melibatkan dirinya dengan organisasi dan menerima keseluruhan organisasi secara lebih positif sebagai bagian dari komitmen individual tersebut terhadap organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung mengenai Kompetensi dan Diklat terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Riau. Jumlah pegawai tetap yang bekerja pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Riau sebanyak 118 orang ditahun 2019, cara pemilihan sampelnya adalah metode sensus, dimana populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil dalam penelitian ini bahwa Kompetensi dan Diklat berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompetensi, Diklat dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai.Kompetensi dan Diklat secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The need for health services, especially hospitals, is experiencing rapid growth, with health care accommodation being hospitals both public and private hospitals. The initial findings in this study were the inability of Aulia Hospital to be able to control the market in type C hospitals in Pekanbaru, even though it had provided excellent service quality, and was promoted by the marketing team. This study used the Partial Least Square approach with a population of patients who received the benefits of inpatient services in the amount of 100 people, and became saturated samples in the study, which gave responses to question items in the research instrument in the form of research questionnaires. The results revealed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer image and trust, while promotion has a positive and not significant effect on the Company's Image, but has a positive and significant effect on Patient Trust. The research also found results that showed that the image had a positive and significant effect on trust, and mediated the relationship between service quality and promotion of consumer trust. So it is recommended that the Hospital maintain or improve the Hospital Image in order to gain more trust from the patient. Kebutuhan akan jasa layanan kesehatan khususnya rumah sakit mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat, dengan akomodasi pelayanan kesehatan tersebut adalah rumah sakit baik itu rumah sakit milik pemerintah maupun swasta. Temuan awal pada penelitian ini adalah belum mampunya Aulia Hospital untuk dapat menguasi pasar pada Rumah Sakit type C di Pekanbaru, walaupun telah memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang prima, dan didiorong promosi yang dilakukan oleh tim pemasarannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square dengan jumlah populasi yaitu pasien yang menerima manfaat layanan rawat inap sejumlah 100 orang, dan menjadi sampel jenuh pada penelitian, yang memberikan tanggapan atas item pertanyaan pada instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner penelitian. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra dan kepercayaan konsumen, sedangkan promosi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Citra Perusahaan, namun berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Pasien. Pada Penelitian ini juga ditemukan hasil yang menunjukkan Citra Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan, dan memediasi hubungan Kualitas Layanan dan Promosi terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen. Maka disarankan agar Rumah Sakit mempertahankan atau meningkatkan Citra Rumah Sakit agar dapat memperoleh kepercayaan yang lebih dari Pasiennya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were 1) To know and analyze the effect on the performance leadership through employee organizational commitment at Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Riau. 2) Was there a leadership influence on performance through employee organizational culture at Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Riau. 3) Was there any influence of leadership on organizational commitment through organizational culture at Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Riau. 4) Was there any influence of leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment partially to employee performance at Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Riau.The use of quantitative approaches in research in a way to build / acquire knowledge that is based on objectivity and controls that operate with strict rules. The method used in this research is survey method with path analysis techniques. The population in this study were all employees of the Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Riau totaling 440 people. The sampling technique in this research is to use a proportional stratified sampling. Determination of the number of samples is done by using the formula specified slovin with a precision of 5%. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 210 employees Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Riauwere drawn at random, the data collection techniques used in this study is based on variables studied were the questioner. Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of training, job satisfaction and teamwork on employee performance and the role of leadership as a moderating variable. The population of this research is the leadership employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V numbered 509 people with a sample of 120 respondents using the Slovin formula and the probability sampling method. Hypothesis testing uses moderated regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that training, job satisfaction and teamwork have a significant positive effect on employee performance. And leadership acts as a moderating variable that can strengthen the effect of training, job satisfaction and teamwork on employee performance. The company must pay attention and continue to improve the dominant factors in the formation of the variables examined in this study in line with efforts to improve other related factors. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, kepuasan kerja dan teamwork terhadap kinerja karyawan dan peran kepemimpinan sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan pimpinan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V berjumlah 509 orang dengan sampel 120 orang responden menggunakan rumus slovin dan metode probability sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan, kepuasan kerja dan teamwork memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan kepemimpinan berperan sebagai variabel moderasi yang dapat memperkuat pengaruh pelatihan, kepuasan kerja dan teamwork terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pihak perusahaan harus memperhatikan dan terus meningkatkan faktor-faktor yang dominan dalam pembentukan variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini sejalan dengan upaya untuk meningkatkan faktor-faktor lainnya yang berkaitan.

Abstract

Performance is not only a tools to acknowledge employee’s achiever but also to motivate the employee, so that the employee can work better and give more performance. This research’s finding show that PT.Permodalan Siak, has a problem in bad debt collection, that hypothetically caused by lack of employee’s motivation and leader’s leadership. The lack of motivation and leadership make the employee’s collection performance decrease.The population of this research is PT.Permodalan Siak’s employee, amount of 108 employee, and also as research’s sampel. The collection data using questionnaire, and analyzed by Multiple Regression Analyze Method.The result of this researchshow that leadership is positive and non-significant to Employee’s Performance, so it suggest that PT.Permodalan Siak has to have high intelligent, manner, and a good communicant, by good selection. This research also conclude that compensation’s effect is positive and significant to Employee Performance, so that PT.Permodalan Siak has to have a reliable compentation structure, to motivate the employee. Penilaian kinerja bukan hanya dipakai sebagai alat ukur pencapaian kerja, namun juga sebagai alat untuk memberikan motivasi kepada karyawan, sehingga dapat bekerja lebih baik. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa PT.Permodalan Siak, memiliki masalah kinerja dalam hal penagihan terhadap kredit yang telah dikucurkan, namun pada proses penagihan mengalami kemacetan, yang diakibatkan oleh tidak termotivasinya karyawan dan tidak optimalnya kepemimpinan sehingga kinerja penagihan kredit menjadi terhambat.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 108 orang karyawan PT.Permodalan Siak, sebagai responden penelitian, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuestioner penelitian, dengan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan semakin efektifnya kepemiminan akan cenderung meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, walaupun dampaknya tidak nyata, sehingga disarankan agar pemilihan pimpinan haruslah mengutamakan assessment atas kecerdasan dan kematangan sikap serta dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa struktur kompensasi agar diberikan peningkatan sehingga efeknya akan dapat dirasakan langsung oleh karyawan, dan menjaga agar karyawan bekerja dengan tetap termotivasi dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of Leadership and Competence on Job Satisfaction and its impact on Employee Performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Riau Province Transportation Agency Office using Path Analysis. The sample of this study used Slovin so that the sample in this study was 110 employees. The results in this study that Leadership and Competence have a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Leadership, Competence and Job Satisfaction have a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Leadership and Competence affect Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. The agency must pay attention and continue to improve the dominant factors in the formation of the variables examined in this study in line with efforts to improve other related factors. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung mengenai Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Dinas Pehubungan Provinsi Riau dengan mengunakan Path Analisis. Sampel penelitian ini mengunakan slovin sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 pegawai. Hasil dalam penelitian ini bahwa Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja. Pihak instansi harus memperhatikan dan terus meningkatkan faktor-faktor yang dominan dalam pembentukan variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini sejalan dengan upaya untuk meningkatkan faktor-faktor lainnya yang berkaitan.

Abstract

Employee's performance is one of the parameters to assess the success of a company's management in terms of determining policies and achieving goals that have been set in a certain period. Things that support human resources for good performance, one of which is an organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and Citizenship (OCB) behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on performance mediated by the Behavior of Citizenship (OCB) on employees of PDAM Tirtauli Pematangsiantar, North Sumatra Province. Data was collected using a questionnaire given to 190 employees using simple random sampling technique. The descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and research hypotheses using the relevant statistical tests. The variables used are organizational commitment and job satisfaction as independent variables. As bound variables are Citizenship (OCB) behavior and performance. Data analysis in this study was carried out by PLS-based structural equation modeling steps using the SmartPLS program. The results showed organizational commitment and job satisfaction both directly and indirectly had an effect on performance through OCB positively and significantly. OCB is also proven to be able to mediate organizational commitment and job satisfaction with performance. Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu parameter atau tolak ukur untuk menilai keberhasilan manajemen sebuah perusahaan dalam hal menentukan kebijakan dan pencapaian tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan dalam periode tertentu. Hal yang mendukung sumber daya manusia untuk kinerja yang baik, salah satunya adalah komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan Perilaku Citizenship (OCB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh Perilaku Citizenship (OCB) pada karyawan PDAM Tirtauli Pematangsiantar, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 190 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik responden dan hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistik yang relevan. Variabel yang digunakan adalah komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerjasebagai variabel bebas. Sebagai variabel terikat adalah Perilaku Citizenship (OCB) dan kinerja. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah pemodelan persamaan struktural berbasis PLS dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui OCB secara positif dan signifikan. OCB juga terbukti mampu memediasi komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

This study was aimed to analyze the influence of corporate image and satisfaction to trust. To analyze the influence of corporate image and satisfaction to loyalty and influence of farmer's confidence to farmer loyalty at palm oil mill Sei Galuh.The population of this research is 4.000 farmers. The sample size that will be used is 364 people. Data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used by the authors in this study are by using Questionnaire. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative. Descriptive is used to provide an overview of the data. Quantitative, i.e. analysis by collecting, categorizing and tabulating data, using the WarpPLS approach. Data analysis using WarpPLS approach.WarpPLS is an alternative approach that shifts from a Covariant-based SEM approach to variance-based.The results of this study show the image of the company affects the trust. These results prove that the better the image of the company then the confidence of farmers to the company will increase. Satisfaction affects trust. This proves that the better the satisfaction of farmers, the farmer's confidence in the company will increase. Corporate image affects loyalty. These results prove that the better the image of the company the higher the loyalty of farmers to the company. Satisfaction affects loyalty. This proves that the better the satisfaction of farmers, the loyalty of farmers to the company will increase. And Trust affects the loyalty of farmers. These results prove that the higher the confidence of farmers to the company, the higher the level of loyalty of farmers to the company.
