<![CDATA[Penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem peramalan jumlah wisatawan asing di Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan sistem terkomputerisasi. Pariwisata termasuk salah satu peranan penting dalam sektor ekonomi di Indonesia. Peranan wisatawan baik lokal maupun asing berpengaruh dalam perkembangan dunia wisata di Sumatera Utara. Namun dalam kenyataanya masalah transportasi, persiapan pelayanan (tempat hunian) dan kepadatan jalan sering sekali menjadi kendala utama bila terjadi peningkatan jumlah pengunjung yang datang ke Sumatera Utara. Untuk menghindari terjadinya masalah yang telah dibahas diatas diperlukan suatu sistem untuk meramalkan jumlah wisatawan. Regressi Linear Sederhana adalah metode yang dipilih dalam proses peramlannya dan sistem dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman Visual Studio 2010 dan untuk penyimpanan data digunakan Microsoft Access. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sistem peramalan jumlah wisatawan asing di Sumatera Utara berdasarkan data historis 10 tahun terakhir menunjukkan bahwa wisatawan asing yang akan datang berkunjung pada Januari tahun 2016 di Sumatera Utara adalah 16.937 jiwa.]]>

<![CDATA[Business in the business world, especially in the increasingly difficult printing world, requires developers to find strategies to increase orders for molded products. More and more daily order data can be utilized to develop a marketing strategy if processed correctly. Printing items, the longer the order increases. To find out the most orders required a priori algorithm to be able to know and with the help of tools tanagra, the product with the most orders can be known. Algorithm a priori including the type of association rules on data mining. One phase of association analysis that attracts many researchers to produce an efficient algorithm is the analysis of frequent pattern mining. The importance of an association can be identified by two benchmarks, namely: support and confidence. Support is the percentage of combinations of items in the database, whereas confidence is a strong inter-item relationship in association rules.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat demokratisasi kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja kepala sekolah. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ; Pertama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat demokratisasi kepemimpinan dengan kinerja kepala sekolah. Kedua, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja kepala sekolah. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat demokratisasi kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja kepala skolah. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) adanya hubungan yang sinifikan antara tingkat demokratisasi kepemimpinan (X1) dengan kinerja kepala sekolah (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,475 dan (2) adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional (X2) dengan kinerja kepala sekolah (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,560 (3) adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat demokratisasi kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja kepala sekolah dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,51. Persamaan regresi ganda adalah Ŷ = 41,12 + 0,02 X1 + 0,54X2, dengan demikian semakin baik tingkat demokratisasi kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama-sama berakibat semakin baik kinerja kepala sekolahKata Kunci: Budaya Kerja Guru, Kredibilitas, Manajemen Konflik]]>

<![CDATA[File compression is an important aspect in the development of information technology. The exchange of information today requires speed in the delivery of information. The speed of delivery depends on the size of the information. One solution to the above problem is to perform compression compression. There are many methods of data compression that exist today, but in this paper will be discussed the working principle of Arithmetic Coding algorithm with implementation using VB Net 2010. Analysis of the performance of this algorithm aims to find out the performance of this algorithm in audio files berformat * .MP3 and on video files * .Mp4. In this system there is a compression and decompression stage. The compression stage aims to compress the audio / video file size, while the decompression stage aims to restore the size of the audio / video file to its original size.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the determination college students the best graduates, the process of determining college students the best graduate is a problem that involves many criteria being assessed, so in the completions required of the decision support system. The process of determining the best graduates students at University is still constrained because there is no effective method and the assessment criteria are only aware of the value of IPK.In designing this system, researchers use Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method as the weighting method used.Four basic criteria used are ipk value, scientific papers, outstanding achievements / capabilities and English. The AHP method can display the priority value of the criteria that can be used as an alternative to determine the best graduate student. Application of decision support system determination of the best graduate students is made with desktop-based programming language that is Visual Basic 2010 and MySQL as the database. The built system is able to provide a rating recommendation of the number of values sorted by the highest weight. Employees are the main assets of companies that become planners and active actors of organizational activity. In some companies, the process of receiving new employees is still not done professionally. So often we find new employees coming into a company only survive in a short time only. The main reason is the recruitment error. To solve these problems required analytical techniques that can assist corporate management in making decisions to determine new employees at PT. Indah Jaya. The method used in this research is TOPSIS (Techinique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method which is one of the methods in Decision Support System (SPK). Through the application of this method, researchers can compare each prospective employee based on the criteria that determine the prospective employee is considered qualified. <![CDATA[Archives have an important role in an agency or company and used in supporting administrative processes or activities undertaken in the company. If poorly owned archives can result in the difficulty of finding information that has been stored and can ultimately impede the next stage of the work process. Therefore, archives should be managed using a good archive management system. In this study discussed how to design, implement the system as well as maintenance and security of documents so as to avoid the damage. the system created using mysql php application with the purpose of web-based document archiving is done to help and prevent a very long process in storing and searching a required document at a fast, precise and detailed time. Therefore this system is very helpful to the human resources in Perumnas Regional - I Medan in doing the job effectively and efficiently. Data collection method in this research is literature study, interview, observation, and document. Based on the discussion of web-based document archiving at Perumnas Regional-I Medan, the researcher hopes that the system is made to assist and facilitate the human resources in the process of storing, searching and documents that are not easily lost or scattered. ]]>

<![CDATA[In the world of text mining is familiar with the term classification, which can perform grouping of text that has been given weight. one of the most commonly used algorithms for classification of text weights is the Support Vector Machine (SVM) and for weighting text using Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF).This research will use the algorithm to classify and weighting which will be implemented into android-based applications that will be used by users to classify articles on the internet. From the results of the test using 108 hoax articles and 132 articles not hoax, the accuracy level obtained by using the calculation of Cross Validation with 10Fold is 95.8333% with support vector that is owned by the model is 14 support vectors.
