<![CDATA[The community service activity is targeted to an organization of Rajagukguk family member in Kisaran, Asahan. It is aimed to provide the kokedama skill training to make decorative plants in which this skill will be able to give knowledge and skill to decorate the house yard or area more beautiful. The community service activity is held for two days, 24th-25th April 2020 through online learning media as in COVID pandemic condition, the government has declared to do stay at home and social distancing. Then the method used is to make a video of how to make kokedama and then share the video to the community of Rajagukguk family member. All the members responded positively to this training activities provided.]]>

<![CDATA[Sales performance evaluation is a stage in conducting an examination and assessment of information seeking performance or work results of employees / workers in the sales field of a company, this is done in an effort to streamline the company's operational costs because a salesperson is the peak in the achievement and turnover of an operational cost. company, carried out by a salesperson where a salesperson certainly sells products produced by the company or organization with a predetermined sales level, so it is necessary to conduct an assessment or evaluation of sales performance in order to appoint and find out the quality level of sales performance, to reward good sales performance will increase motivation and enthusiasm for sales work achievement so as to be able to streamline operational costs, a systemized selection is made using the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis) method. in measuring sales performance evaluation so that the implementation process is more structured and runs honestly and fairly. The results obtained in the study that alternative A1 is a sales that has the best performance with a value of 0.546616.]]>

<![CDATA[Noodles are a food requirement that is a favorite food by the people of Indonesia. Mie Mawar is one of the actors (MSMEs) engaged in the food business that provides yellow noodles or wet noodles without preservatives so that they are healthy for consumption which distinguishes them from other noodle businesses. In the last period, there has been instability in orders for Mie Mawar due to competitors and the marketing process which has been carried out only through word of mouth, so that information dissemination is limited, plus the Covid19. Reports of sales or orders on Mie Mawar still do manual bookkeeping so that it is possible for errors or recording errors to occur and even lose other important transaction files. Therefore Mie Mawar requires Electronic-Customer Relationship (E-CRM) in a strategy to increase the order of Mie Mawar which is more creative to provide solutions to existing problems. The system created will make it easier for customers to process noodle orders more efficiently in order to increase orders and profits for business people. By making three efforts in providing CRM strategies including strategies in Acquiring (Getting customers), Enchancing (Strengthening relationships), and Retaining (Maintaining Customers). With the implementation of E-CRM on Mie Mawar, there was an increase in orders of 51.23% in January 2022. It will continue to increase along with new customers at Mie Mawar.]]>

Employees are the main assets of companies that become planners and active actors of organizational activity. In some companies, the process of receiving new employees is still not done professionally. So often we find new employees coming into a company only survive in a short time only. The main reason is the recruitment error. To solve these problems required analytical techniques that can assist corporate management in making decisions to determine new employees at PT. Indah Jaya. The method used in this research is TOPSIS (Techinique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method which is one of the methods in Decision Support System (SPK). Through the application of this method, researchers can compare each prospective employee based on the criteria that determine the prospective employee is considered qualified. <![CDATA[Entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive influence on entrepreneurial motives. Therefore, the motivation is very suitable given at school age. Children of school age who have an entrepreneurial education background are one of them is in SMK Negri 6 Tanjung Balai which has a Marketing Department. So this kind of motivation is suitable for students who have the jurasan. Motivational ways are: Providing an understanding of Technopreneurship and Entrepreneurship, Providing motivation about starting entrepreneurial activities in accordance with good entrepreneurial characteristics, Explaining about e-commerce in an effort to deepen technopreneurship, Explaining the virtues of e-commerce applications and tools so as to help budding business people by using several examples. <![CDATA[This community service activity was expected to add knowledge of PKK ladies. The knowledge of how to use the e-commerce, marketplaces and social media were regarding the marketing of household handicraft products more effectively and efficiently. This community service activity was conducted for 2 (two) days, namely on February 26 and 27, 2021 at the village hall of Limau Manis Batubara plantation, with different materials. The training was conducted in accordance with the agreement between the implementing team and the PKK group of Limau Manis Batubara plantation village. At this stage, the PKK group of Limau Manis Batubara plantation village can directly practice applying the material delivered. Then the team provides assistance to monitor the progress of marketing activities on the app account that has been created during training. Participants can interact directly or through chat messages with the organizing team if there were difficulties in operation. <![CDATA[Abstract: Food is the most important foodstuff needed by humans, in addition to consumption, the production of food crops can also be used as a source of business in the economy. This study aims to predict the production of food crops in the Agriculture Office of Asahan Regency. Based on data on food crop production from 2012 to 2019 at the Asahan District Agriculture Office experienced ups and downs, food crop production sometimes does not meet the consumption of people in Asahan Regency (devisit) and sometimes overproduction (surplus). So far, the Agriculture Office of Asahan Regency has predicted the production of food crops only with estimates so that the results are not accurate. Based on these problems, a proper forecasting system is needed so that it is able to predict the production rate of food crops quickly and accurately. Applications are built using Visual Basic Net 2010 and MySQL databases and use the Single Moving Average method. The results of this study can help the Agriculture Office of Asahan Regency in predicting the amount of food crop production in the next period according to the needs. Keywords : Forecasting, Production, Food Crops, Single Moving Average Abstrak: Pangan merupakan bahan makanan paling utama yang di butuhkan oleh manusia, selain untuk dikomsumsi, hasil produksi dari tanamana pangan juga dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber usaha dalam perekonomian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan prediksi produksi tanaman pangan pada Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan. Berdasarkan data produksi tanaman pangan dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2019 pada Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan mengalami naik turun, produksi tanaman pangan terkadang tidak memenuhi konsumsi masyarakat di Kabupaten Asahan (devisit) dan terkadang kelebihan produksi (surplus). Selama ini Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan melakukan prediksi produksi tanaman pangan hanya dengan perkiraaan-perkiraan saja sehingga hasilnya tidak akurat. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sistem peramalan yang tepat sehingga mampu meramalkan tingkat produksi tanaman pangan dengan cepat dan akurat. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan Visual Basic Net 2010 dan database MySQL serta menggunakan metode Single Moving Average. <![CDATA[Abstract: The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a government program that provides cash to Very Poor Households (RTSM) based on the terms and conditions that have been established by carrying out their obligations. The purpose of the PKH is to reduce the number and break the poverty chain, improve the quality of human resources, and change behaviors that are less supportive of improving the welfare of the poorest groups. Determination of PKH aid recipients in the Coal Regency Social Service so far there are still shortcomings including not on target because the data of poor people is not up to date and the determination of criteria that have not been referred to the criteria that have been determined. For that, a system is needed that can help the process of determining PKH assistance recipients using the AHP and TOPSIS methods easily, quickly and precisely. This research aims to build the application of the decision support system of recipients of Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance in DinSos Coal Regency using AHP and TOPSIS methods. The results of this study can provide the best value based on predetermined criteria. Based on calculations using the AHP and TOPSIS methods, the decision was obtained that Rahmadan with a value of 1 and Nurul Ha with a value of 0.48 that deserved to be recommended as a recipient of PKH assistance. Keyword: AHP; TOPSIS; Help; Family Hope Program Abstrak: Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupakan suatu program pemerintah yang memberikan uang tunai kepada Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM) berdasarkan persyaratan dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan dengan melaksanakan kewajibannya. Adapun tujuan dari PKH tersebut untuk mengurangi angka dan memutus rantai kemiskinan, meningkatkan kualitas SDM, serta mengubah perilaku yang kurang mendukung peningkatan kesejahteraan dari kelompok paling miskin. Penentuan penerima bantuan PKH pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Batu Bara selama ini masih terdapat kekurangan diantaranya yaitu tidak tepat sasaran yang disebabkan data warga miskin tidak up to date dan penentuan kriteria-kriteria yang belum mengacu pada kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem yang dapat membantu proses penentuan penerima bantuan PKH menggunakan metode AHP dan TOPSIS dengan mudah, cepat dan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan penerima bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) pada DinSos Kabupaten Batu Bara menggunakan metode AHP dan TOPSIS. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan perangkingan nilai terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan TOPSIS didapat keputusan bahwa Rahmadan dengan nilai 1 dan Nurul Ha dengan nilai 0.48 yang layak direkomendasi sebagai penerima bantuan PKH. <![CDATA[Abstract: The Mandiri Computer Education Course (LKP) Institute, Asahan, North Sumatra, is a training institution that provides Information Technology training packages. During this time the training carried out by tutors only featured internet or existing people's blogs without teaching them to create blogs. Then the Community Service Team (PKM) STMIK Royal Kisaran providing training to students of the LKP as an addition to the deepening of blog material that is felt necessary to be given to students LKP. Implementation is done by direct practice accompanied by presentations and discussions and using computers to provide direct understanding to students LKP. The material of activities given to participants can be used and used directly by students in creating a blog in accordance with the concepts that exist in creating a blog. Maka tim Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) STMIK Royal Kisaranmemberikan pelatihan kepada siswa LKP tersebut sebagai penambahan pendalaman materi blog yang dirasakan perlu untuk diberikan kepada siswa LKP. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara praktek langsung disertai dengan presentasi dan diskusi dan menggunakan komputer untuk memberikan pemahaman langsung kepada siswa LKP.
