Abstract

The development of technology makes human work easier and more effective. Technology has penetrated almost every field, both in everyday life and in the field of human work. The role of technology in various aspects of activities can be understood because technology can facilitate the resolution of a problem by using a computer system, especially using a decision support system. Technological developments have entered institutions such as the Sultan Sulaiman hospital institution. The existence of technology at Sultan Sulaiman Hospital can assist the hospital in making decisions based on existing data. This study discusses the determination of the promotion of employees at the hospital. Sultan Sulaiman with Profile Matching Method. In this study, 10 samples of honorary employees at the Sultan Sulaiman Hospital were used to be used as candidates for promotion. The data used consists of Full Name Using Title, Gender, Place, Date of Birth, and Job Description. This system is built using the scripting language PHP and MYSQL as the database. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that the names of the employees who will be promoted to the position of the medical team leader are Arbaiyah, Amd.Ft (A2) with a score of 8.87778 who is ranked 1st and Citra Dewi Nasution, Amd (A7) with a score of 8.86 which ranked 2. The level of accuracy of the profile matching method is quite high. The program that is built is dynamic.

Abstract

Competition in the business world, especially in the increasingly difficult printing world, requires developers to find strategies to increase orders for printed products ordered. An increasing number of order data every day can be used to develop marketing strategies if processed correctly. A priori algorithms include the type of association rules in data mining. One of the stages of association analysis that attracts many researchers to produce efficient algorithms is the analysis of high-frequency patterns (frequent pattern mining). The importance of an association can be known by two benchmarks, namely: support and confidence. Support (support value) is the percentage of the combination of these items in the database, while confidence (certainty value) is the strength of the relationship between items in association rules.

Abstract

The election of the Head of the Study Program is very important to consider the maximum results of services to students. In the process of selecting the Head of the Study Program at STMIK Pelita Nusantara, they usually directly appoint those who occupy the position with several elements. Determination of the Head of the Study Program is very necessary by making some general and specific criteria and expertise in their fields. The system that is needed is the Decision Support System for the Head of Study Program Decision. Abstract

Sesuai dengan peraturan yang sudah ditentukan oleh pihak Kantor Lurah Mangga untuk memperoleh Bahan Pangan Bersubsidi, maka diperlukan kriteria-kriteria untuk menentukan siapa yang akan terpilih untuk menerima bahan pangan bersubsidi.Pembagian bahan Pangan bersbsidi dilakukan oleh kantor lurah mangga bagi warga yang kurang mampu ataupun miskin. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima bahan pangan bersubsidi maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk Sistem Pendukung Keputusan adalah dengan menggunakan AHP (Analytical Hirarchy Process). Pada penelitian ini akan diangkat suatu kasus yaitu mencari alternative terbaik bedasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan mengggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hirarchy Process) untuk melakukan perhitungan metode pada kasus tersebut. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu yang berhak mmenerima bahan pangan bersubsidi berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu warga miskin.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah memungkinkan orang bercocok tanam tidak di atas lahan tanah. Rumah tanpa halaman atau pekarangan pun masih bisa menyalurkan hobi bertanamnya. Secara prinsip, bertanam merupakan kegiatan memberikan nutrisi bagi tanaman. Nutrisi ini terdiri dari berbagai unsure mineral yang dibutuhkan tanaman. Namun jumlah nutrisi ini hanya sekitar 10 persen dari kebutuhan tanaman. Selebihnya tanaman banyak membutuhkan air. Pembahasan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah perancangan dan pembuatan sistem pakar rule-based untuk permasalahan defisiensi nutrisi pada tanaman hidroponik. Pembuatan sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode inferensi forward chaining, yaitu proses inferensi yang memulai pencarian dari premis atau data menuju pada konklusi. Permasalahan pada menanam secara hidroponik ini yang dibahas tentang defisiensi nutrisi pada tanaman hidroponik. Tujuan dari software ini adalah membuat sistem pakar yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosa dari gejala-gejala defisiensi nutrisi yang akhirnya memperoleh diagnosa dan cara penanggulangannya. Pembuatan sistem pakar ini dilakukan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: menganalisa permasalahan tentang defisiensi tanaman hidroponik dengan melibatkan para pakar atau ahli, mengimplementasikan desain dalam program komputer dan melakukan uji coba.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infection caused by acid-fast bacilli (AFB). Tuberculosis is an infectious disease apat affect anyone over the air. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease berbahaya.Tuberculosis a chronic or chronic disease that can strike between the age of 15-35 years. How to diagnose tuberculosis is by way of the expert of experts interviewed then test sputum samples using a lab to determine the positive or negative tuberculosis disease so it takes a long time. Therefore it takes an expert system with Bayesian methods to facilitate the penykit diagnosing tuberculosis. This expert system developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as well as by using Microsoft Access 2010 database.

Abstract

This study discusses the determinationĀ  college students the best graduates, the process of determining college students the best graduateĀ  is a problem that involves many criteria being assessed, so in the completions required of theĀ  decision support system. The process of determining the best graduates students at University is still constrained because there is no effective method and the assessment criteria are only aware of the value of IPK.In designing this system, researchers use Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method as the weighting method used.Four basic criteria used are ipk value, scientific papers, outstanding achievements / capabilities and English. The AHP method can display the priority value of the criteria that can be used as an alternative to determine the best graduate student. Application of decision support system determination of the best graduate students is made with desktop-based programming language that is Visual Basic 2010 and MySQL as the database. The built system is able to provide a rating recommendation of the number of values sorted by the highest weight. With this system is expected to provide an alternative for decision makers to determine the best graduate students at University

Abstract

Along with advances in science and technology, especially in the field of medicine, more sophisticated medical equipment will be produced in fighting disease or making early detection of disease so that treatment can be faster. One of them is digestive disorders in humans. The purpose of this study is to build an expert system application that is able to diagnose digestive disorders in humans based on the symptoms experienced by implementing the Certainty Factor method. The development of an expert system uses the waterfall model, which consists of the stages of analysis, formulating problems, collecting data, and testing. The implementation of the Certainty Factor method in this expert system is used to generate a level of confidence in the diagnosis of the disease. The expert system was tested through 3 stages of testing, namely blackbox test, validity test and user test. In the blackbox test, the system functions run as expected. In the validity test, the system is declared valid for use. In the user test, respondents gave the criteria of "Eligible". From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the system is able to provide a trust value and can diagnose digestive disorders based on the symptoms entered by the user. Because the system is still limited, it is hoped that there will be system development with other methods so that it is more useful for users

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sikap peduli, empati mahasiswa dan kondisi keberadaan masyarakat terhadap perekonomian dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup dan pemenuhan obat tradisional yang berasal dari tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA). Kegiatan akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan perpaduan antara metode pemberdayaan masyarakat, diklat dan pendampingan dengan melibatkan Mahasiswa Peserta Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di Desa Sampurtoba. Langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pemberdayaan dan Pendampingan kepada masyarakat khususnya ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki lahan pekarangan untuk TOGA di Desa Sampurtoba. Kelompok masyarakat yang memiliki TOGA diberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan Tanaman Obat Keluraga (TOGA). Tahapan berikutnya adalah upaya dalam Pembuatan Jamu instant di sertai dalam pengawasan penggunaan jamu instant terhadap masyarakat Desa Sampurtoba Kecamatan Harian Kabupatenm Samosir Target akhir dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat ini adalah melakukan pemberdaayan kepada ibu rumah tangga dalam sentuhan ilmu dan teknologi bagi dosen mahasiswa dan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan sebagai basis ekonomi local masyarakat.
