Abstract

E-billing system is a new challenge for taxpayers in the fulfillment of tax obligations in accordance with Director General tax(DGT) Regulation No. PER-26 / PJ / 2014 on the Electronic Tax Payment System.In fulfillment of tax obligations (paying taxes) using a new technology that will provide behavioral responses and perceptions vary by each taxpayer that ultimately can be considered for the development of future such systems.This research analyzes the behavior of corporate taxpayers on KPP PratamaMerauke as the e-billing system using the technology acceptance model (TAM).The research aim to investigate the factors (variables) that influence the behavior of taxpayers acceptance of the application of e-billing system at the Tax Office (KPP) PratamaMerauke.Population and sample in this research is a registered taxpayer in KPP PratamaMerauke, number of samples in this research of 100 taxpayers.The sampling technique used is incidental sampling.Sampling is incidental sampling technique based on chance, as taxpayers who by chance / incidental been to KPP PratamaMerauke on during the period January to February 2017.Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. The results research indicate that the perception of usefulness and perceived ease of significant positive effect on the attitude; perceived usefulness, attitude, and experience significant positive effect on behavioral intention to use; The experience had a significant positive effect on the perception of usefulness.

Abstract

Smartphone is a communication tool that is often used as a means of accessing information. Nowadays many Smartphones that can be used to record voice, take a picture and make a video with good quality. On a Smartphone, there are a wide variety of operating systems such as Symbian, Blackberry, Android, and iOS.Android is a Linux-based operating system for mobile devices that open source. Android also has many versions such as Gingerbread, ICS, Jelly Bean, KitKat and the latest Lollipop. Not all samrtphone working optimally so harsher costum rom in order to maximize the ability of the smartphone.Remastering is a technique to change, add, delete application packages that are on an operating system. Remastering aims to make new android which has been optimized. The android operating system for multimedia can provide functionality to users especially in Lenovo A859 in increasing ability and creativity in multimedia

Abstract

School timetabling in teaching and learning activities at educational institutions is a complicated thing if done manually. Because to arrange a schedule involves many components such as the number of teachers, classes, and the availability of time in schedule that can be used. So by analyzing this problem, a system which can help us to optimize and to automatically generate timetabling is needed.An approach to optimize timetabling process is by using Genetic Algorithm. This algorithm is a computational approach of the principle of natural selection from Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution and Mendel’s theory of inheritance.The case study of this research is taken place at LMS GETSMART which is an e-learning platform that doesn't have timetabling features yet. Through genetic algorithm method and using existing constraint data this system is able to produce the most optimal timetable based on its fitness value, since this algorithm uses combination of principle of natural selection and principle of inhertance to get the result as expected.

Abstract

Data processing system is an application to facilitate the processing of data in detail as well as minimize data entry and output errors. With this data processing system allows the presentation of the results of data quickly and accurately as we want. So that agency and the customer more easily and quickly view transactions more secure. The purpose of this paper is to design and makes the required data processing system of Bank Sampah Bangkit Pondok I, because it is still processing the transaction data manually. So that the waste bank manager and customer experience difficulties when conducting transactions securely and minimize data entry errors, and the manager will waste banks more easily create the desired transaction reports. With the data processing system is expected to facilitate the transaction, ease of viewing data required customer and the bank trash. So as to improve security and customer confidence in the bank trash, and the achievement of a more secure transaction of data errors.

Abstract

Soal Ujian yang dibuat oleh para dosen pada umumnya dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan sekitar 99% dibuat dari aplikasi Microsoft Word. Ini terjadi karena kemampuan atau skill dari pembuat soal tersebut dan fasilitas dari lembaga tersebut. Soal ujian yang selama ini dibuat sepertinya model habis pakai, padahal materi dari soal tersebut tetap masih ada hubungan dengan mata kuliah. Dengan kondisi ini soal yang ada tidak perlu dan tidak harus dimusnahkan, sebaiknya disimpan dan dijadikan bank soal. Jadi pada pelaksanaan ujian berikutnya soal ujian yang di simpan di bank soal untk diacak kembali untuk membuat soal yang baru sebanyak jumlah soal yang dibutuhkan sehingga soal-soal ujian yang disajikan jauh dari statis dan berwarna dan setiap ujian soal untuk tiap peserta tidak akan pernah sama dengan soal-soal sebelumnya. dan juga pelaksanaan ujian semi komputerisasi tidak perlu membutuhkan laboratorium komputer.Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan metode pengacakan soal yaitu Linear Congruent Method (LCM), sehingga soal yang muncul tidak akan pernah sama setiap kali pencetakan soal berbentuk executable (EXE) sehingga memudahkan program studi untuk membuat soal ujian dalam bentuk multiple choice dan sesuai dengan materi yang ada di Silabus dan GBPP yang berlaku dari beberapa dosen yang mengajar mata kuliah yang sama.Kata Kunci : Bank Soal, Pengacak Soal Ujian, Aplikasi Pengacak Soal, LCM

Abstract

The development of information technology has now reached the world of education. One of the information technology that is developing at this time is SMS Gateway. In the world of education, SMS Gateway is needed because it can present a variety of information related to studentdevelopment.In this information system discusses about how the process of sending students academic value via SMS, sent from the system automatically (if students send SMS request value using a certain format)by using computerization.Assessment System on SDIT Sakinah ie, students get three report cards in each semester, consisting of two monthly report cards and semester report card. The distribution of semester report cards is distributed directly to the parents of the students at the end of each semester, while the monthly report card is given directly to the students without the accompanying parent/guardian who is sometimes not on time. Therefore, some of the problems that arise such as, after the test is held, students will come and always ask the teacher who teaches about the value obtained. This makes the inefficient time spent by students and teachers who teach.By using SMS gateway is expected to help students and also the school to streamline the time, and help parents/guardians to monitor the learning activities of children in school. So as to enhance the student's academic value.

Abstract

Database Refactoring is a process to improve design of a database schema by observing some factors called database smells. Design changes of a database schema will affect processing time and cost for processing the query itself. Using a logic representation, which is entity relationship diagram (ERD), a design is made from a database schema that has been refactored. In compeleting query processing on a choosen bussines process, refactored schema can done all the query processing although if compared to schema without Refactoring from query processing point of view, the result is not far difference. But proven that there is some case where the cost for query processing can be reduced using refactored schema.

Abstract

Daily Activity Monitoring System (DAMS) is a web-based system that handles the recording of employee activities, project monitoring and monitoring of employee activities. This system of data processing activities of employees into a report that displays information about the activities of employees, who worked on the project progress and the total time required in the project. CV. Jogja Media Telematika as one of the creative industries are engaged in the field of information technology that has not had an automated recording system activity so that employees tend not to fill and recording and doing activities that are still carried out manually. This makes the process of project monitoring and monitoring employee activity takes a long time and yet ensuring the accuracy of the data, so it requires an automated system for managing employee activity recording, process monitoring projects and activities of employees called Daily Activity Monitoring System (DAMS).From this method the expected results may help the process of automation of recording the activities of employees, project monitoring process and monitoring the activities of employees.

Abstract

Permasalahan tentang antrian adalah permasalahan umum yang sering terjadi dan akan dialami oleh siapa saja dimasa yang akan datang. Banyak jenis antrian yang ada hingga saat ini, antrian single queue, dan yang lainnya. Jenis antrian yang dibahas pada peneltian ini adalah antrian multiserver multiqueue,yaitu sistem antrian  yang terdiri atas beberapa jalur pelayanan yang ditempati oleh beberapa server, dengan setiap pelayanan mempunyai antrian masing-masing. Pola kedatangan ke dalam sistem umumnya adalah pola kedatangan Poisson, dengan pola pelayanan semua pelayanan dianggap sama, berdistribusi Eksponensial serta disiplin antrian FIFO (First In First Out).Faktor yang mempengaruhi model dari antrian, yang merupakan karakteristik garis tunggu sistem. Salah satu diantaranya adalah peristiwa jockeying, yang diakibatkan oleh selesainya sebuah layanan dari pelayanan server (departure).Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan konstribusi tentang konsep antrian yang melibatkan peristiwa jockeying dengan menggunakan system simulasi, pada antrian multiserver multiqueue

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang  online electronic devices monitoring system (OEDMS) mengunakan rule based system pada aplikasi berbasis web khususnya digunakan dalam masalah penghematan energi. Kelebihan dari sistem berbasis online adalah adalah meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan mengurangi biaya. Website adalah salah satu alat bantu yang digunakan dalam menggunakan teknologi berbasis online, website juga dapat digunakan sebagai remote monitoring system dari sebuah saklar elektronik dengan media internet. Website dibangun dengan mengunakan rule based system kemudian diakses dari server yang terhubung dengan saklar elektronik untuk memantau dan mengontrol perangkat elektronik menggukanan parallel port DB25 yang dikendalikan oleh win32 console application yang dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman C++, OEDMS mampu melakukan proses pemantauan dan mengontrol saklar elektronik sehingga pengguna dapat mengatur dan memantau konsumsi energi dari lokasi yang berbeda.
