Abstract

Guru merupakan salah satu komponen paling penting dimiliki oleh sekolah dalam memperlangsungkan hidup, yang menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pihak pengelola lembaga pendidikan untuk dapat memberikan suatu keputusan yang tepat, efektif dan efisien dalam pengelolaan data dalam persaingan didunia bisnis yang makin kompetitif memacu sekolah untuk berupaya lebih keras dalam meningkatkan kualitas sekolahnya. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan atau SPK penentuan pemilihan guru dengan metode (SAW) menghasilkan suatu sistem yang dapat menentukan suatu pilihan yang dapat membantu kajur dalam membuat keputusan. Metode simple additive weight (SAW) yang menerapkan rata–rata terbobot untuk menghitung jumlah produksi sebagai hasil akhirnya.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence is an effort to transfer intelligence that is added to a system that can be regulated in a scientific context or can be called artificial intelligence so that machines (computers) can do work as humans can do. Lung disease is a condition in which the lungs cannot function normally. Some of the most common include asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, tuberculosis, and lung cancer. The Dempster-Shafer method was first introduced by Dempster, who experimented with uncertainty models with a range of probabilities rather than a single probability. Application of the Dempster-Shafer method to diagnose lung disease, it can be concluded that inference techniques are easy to use in designing expert systems to get a conclusion but, it has weaknesses in finding these conclusions if the system has a large enough knowledge base and this will be very much use time and hinder the consultation process.

Abstract

The implementation of the Linear Congruent Method (LCM) in the interactive quiz game based on macromedia selects the suitcase used to generate random numbers. Generating numbers using the linear congruent method uses the formula x(n+1) = (axn+c) mod m. Giving variable values that continue to change greatly affects the game process and can avoid the occurrence of fixed or repeated patterns. In addition, giving a variable that changes can also prevent duplication of questions in a row. Meanwhile, to prevent unwanted random numbers from emitting is to set the variable m as a barrier. From the results of the implementation of the above method in an interactive quiz based on macromedia flash, it can display very varied suitcases that can be played by users with each level of difficulty.

Abstract

The classification of student’s air traffic control skills at Akademi Teknik dan Keselamatan Penerbangan Medan (ATKP) is very interesting to evaluate and look at the performance of the student. In this study, we compute the student’s air traffic control (ATC) skill data to classify and evaluate the model and performance of the dataset. The computation of the dataset using the logistic regression approach based on Sk-learn by training and test data. The data was collected from ATKP for twenty samples. The result of this study indicates the logistic regression classifier is the best algorithm for this classification problem, offering good values in terms of accuracy, true negative rate, and true positive rate.

Abstract

The Corona pandemic in Indonesia forced the learning system into a drastic change into online learning. Many campuses that were previously quite comfortable with face-to-face learning were forced to be helpless because they had never prepared a backup plan when something unexpected happened, one of which was when the campus was forced to not be able to face-to-face. If the learning system continues to be done online, it might cause the quality of learners to decrease dramatically compared to face-to-face learning. Moreover, the courses that must be filtered include theories and practice courses. Most assignments given to students are not seriously done because of a lack of significant evaluation and supervision. The Faculty of Computer Science, Santo Thomas Catholic University, Medan supports this government policy by implementing online learning using the Zoom application for face-to-face and Edmodo for supplementary lecture material for online learning media. In one semester apart from studying there is a test period which is the Midterm Examination (UTS) and Final Examination Semester (UAS) where the current leadership must wisely determine the type and nature of the exams to be conducted online. To find out the effectiveness of the form of exam questions in online implementation, a Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method was conducted, the test results found that online learning with Zoom and Edmodo was very effective for theoretical courses with a value of 0.88, then the results of this calculation it is recommended that online tests be conducted in the form of theories such as multiple-choice, essay and analysis

Abstract

Tutoring institutions are non-formal institutions engaged in the world of education. the number of tutoring institutions that have sprung up nowadays, making competition increasingly fierce causing parents to be selective in choosing however. This is what sometimes makes parents confused about choosing a tutoring institution that suits their income, causing breakups in the middle of the road because they are not in accordance with their income. In a decision support system, the application of a method that can be used as a reference for problem solving must be carried out. In this case, the method used is the Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW) which is one of the methods used in problem solving in Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM).

Abstract

Soal Ujian yang dibuat oleh para dosen pada umumnya dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan sekitar 99% dibuat dari aplikasi Microsoft Word. Ini terjadi karena kemampuan atau skill dari pembuat soal tersebut dan fasilitas dari lembaga tersebut. Soal ujian yang selama ini dibuat sepertinya model habis pakai, padahal materi dari soal tersebut tetap masih ada hubungan dengan mata kuliah. Dengan kondisi ini soal yang ada tidak perlu dan tidak harus dimusnahkan, sebaiknya disimpan dan dijadikan bank soal. Jadi pada pelaksanaan ujian berikutnya soal ujian yang di simpan di bank soal untk diacak kembali untuk membuat soal yang baru sebanyak jumlah soal yang dibutuhkan sehingga soal-soal ujian yang disajikan jauh dari statis dan berwarna dan setiap ujian soal untuk tiap peserta tidak akan pernah sama dengan soal-soal sebelumnya. dan juga pelaksanaan ujian semi komputerisasi tidak perlu membutuhkan laboratorium komputer.Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan metode pengacakan soal yaitu Linear Congruent Method (LCM), sehingga soal yang muncul tidak akan pernah sama setiap kali pencetakan soal berbentuk executable (EXE) sehingga memudahkan program studi untuk membuat soal ujian dalam bentuk multiple choice dan sesuai dengan materi yang ada di Silabus dan GBPP yang berlaku dari beberapa dosen yang mengajar mata kuliah yang sama.Kata Kunci : Bank Soal, Pengacak Soal Ujian, Aplikasi Pengacak Soal, LCM

Abstract

The increasingly advanced zone of sport shoes is one of the needs needed to increase comfort in sports activities, sport shoes can also increase one's confidence. Decision Support Systems or DSS is a technique of mathematically based information systems including knowledge-based systems or knowledge management that are used to support making decisions in an organization or company. Abstract

Ikan Mas (cyprinus carpio) sangat populer diberbagai kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Ikan mas termasuk salah satu komoditi  perikanan  air tawar  yang  berkembang  sangat pesat  setiap  tahunnya.  Ikan mas disukai karena rasa dagingnya yang enak, gurih, serta mengandung protein yang cukup tinggi. Budidaya dan Pembibitan bibit ikan mas terus mengalami pengingkatan karena permintaan konsumen atau peternak dan pembudidaya ikan mas ini semakin meningkat.  Hal ini yang mendorong pembudidaya  menyediakan bibit untuk memproduksi bibit ikan mas yang baik. Metode Simple Additive Weighting  merupakan suatu metode penentuan urutan dalam penunjang sebuah keputusan, dapat dijadikan sebagai metode untuk pemilihan jenis bibit ikan mas yang baik dalam  membantu peternak memilih jenis bibit ikan mas yang baik untuk diternakkan.Kata kunci : Simple Additive Weighting, SAW, Ikan Mas , Budidaya Ikan, Pendukung Keputusan

Abstract

Problems in learning that do not use media in the teaching and learning process and the low ability of children's mathematical understanding in learning flat shape material because there are not many media used for learning. This study aims to obtain the benefits of learning media for flat shapes using Macromedia Flash. This research method uses a research and development model. The development model used is MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle), namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. In the field trial, the average pretest score was 68.24 while the posttest average score was 86.76. The average increase is 18.52. The minimum gain value is 0.62 while the maximum gain value is 1.00. In the distribution test the average pretest score is 60.33 while the posttest average score is 81.33. The average increase is 21. The minimum gain value is 0.77 while the maximum gain value is 0.83. Based on these data, the flat shape learning media using macromedia flash software can help improve students' understanding significantly in recognizing flat shapes.
