Abstract

The vendor registration process at PT Badak NGL is still in a manual form, so that it is considered to be less relevant, at the time of vendor registration there is a process of determining the risk classification of the fields determined through the K3L2M questionnaire (Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Protection and Quality) or CSMS Questionnaire (Contractor Safety Health Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Management Evaluation System). In line with the development of technology to improve the quality of the company, the researcher conducted a study with the title Decision Support System Vendor Registration Selection Using WebBased SMART Method (Case Study of PT Badak NGL). In designing this system, the system uses SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method and the development of a structured system applies SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) using the waterfall model with the PHP programming language and the My SQL database. The results show vendor selection based on the classification of risk fields, all test using Black Box function properly. Keywords :waterfall, SMART, method, vendor

Abstract

Citra sering mengalami penurunan kualitas citra, misalnya karena mengandung cacat atau derau (noise). Noise pada citra ada berbagai jenis, salah satunya adalah noise dengan bintik putih yang tersebar dalam suatu citra (Salt and pepper). Untuk meningkatkan kembali kualitas citra yang memliki noise, maka diperlukan perbaikan citra atau restorasi citra. Restorasi citra adalah proses perbaikan atau pengembalian citra yang mengalami degradasi ataupun noise. Namun, proses penghilangan noise ini terkadang justru menyamarkan citra asli dan menyebabkan turunnya kualitas citra hasil. Salah satu teknik yang dapat diterapkan adalah algoritma interpolasi radial basis functions. Algoritma interpolasi radial basis function adalah suatu algoritma yang digunakan untuk memperbaiki kerusakan gambar dengan cara interpolasi gambar. Algoritma ini biasanya digunakan untuk memulihkan bagian-bagian yang hilang dan sebagainya.Teknik ini mencakup pengisian area yang hilang atau modifikasi bagian yang rusak pada piksel citra. Dari hasil pengujian, restorasi citra dengan algoritma interpolasi radial basis functions dapat memperbaiki citra yang memiliki noise (derau) menjadi citra yang lebih bagus kualitasnya. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai MSE dan PSNR yang diperoleh. Metode Interpolasi Radial Basis Functions dapat digunakan untuk melakukan proses restorasi citra digital dengan waktu eksekusi yang relatif cepat untuk ukuran citra yang lebih kecil.

Abstract

Implementation of Information Technology (IT Governance) in tertiary institutions has an important role in developing the Quality of Lecturers and Education Staff, especially Graduates and application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) that they have in order to have maximum value. The convenience and improvement of services for stakeholders in the tertiary environment can be continuously improved by the application of targeted information technology. In order to maintain information technology as an added value in a tertiary institution, it is necessary to have a Governance Model so that all factors and dimensions related to Information Technology are synergized and able to provide added value and expected return on investment for tertiary institutions. The right IT Governance model for a university must be in line with the goal of IT Governance, which is able to align IT strategy with business strategies that exist in universities to improve the quality of graduates. This research is intended to develop ICT Standard Standards in Indonesian universities by using The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM) and Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT.5). TOGAF provides a detailed method description on how to build and manage and implement Enterprise Architecture (EA), while COBIT provides guidance for ICT management and governance. Both of these Frameworks are arranged in the hope of a comprehensive Management Model proposal so that it becomes a standard standard for every Indonesian tertiary institution.

Abstract

The succes and failure of a person in life both at work, and society much influenced by the attitude and personality traits. Formation and character development must be established as early as possible. Formation and character development is very necessary for high school/vocation high school students who still need brawls between students, skipping school, drugs, pornography, and others. From these questions, we need an expert system about personality test and character development to help high school/vocational students to have knowledge about who they are, so that they have an assessment of the future to go forward to help after graduating from high school/vocational school.

Abstract

Acceptance of new students is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions such as schools that are useful for screening selected students according to the criteria determined by the school to become students of their students. In general, the process of admitting new students is done through the stages of registration, selection tests, and student admissions. In this study its application to the Vocational High School which has been done manually or already computerized but uses Microsoft Office Excel, which allows there is still a lot of lack of data, manual calculation of test scores that allows errors. The formulation of the problem from this research is how to create an information system for admitting new students to Vocational Schools. The research method used is literature, observation, design, trial and implementation. This new student admission information system is built with the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server and Waterfall in general. Stages in the waterfall include, analysis of software requirements, design, programming code, testing, support. The results of this study are new webbased student admission information systems that have the ability to make it easier for parents and new prospective students to obtain all information about admitting new students and conducting the online registration process.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi infromasi yang berkembang sedemikian cepat khususnya teknologi komputer memberikan keuntungan bagi kita. Khususnya dalam bidang bisnis dapat membantu aktivitas perusahaan dalam proses pengolahan data akuntansi pada sebuah perusahaan dagang PT. Quantum Electrindo Lestari adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Kontraktor Mekanikal dan Electrical. Saat ini pengolahan data akuntansi yang digunakan PT. Quantum Electrindo Lestari masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari input saldo awal  hutang, input saldo awal piutang sampai laporan yang sebelumnya dikerjakan masih manual. Karena masih menggunakan sistem manual seringkali terjadi kesalahan pencatatan. Kelemahan proses pengolahan data akuntansi yang digunakan secara manual dapat terjadi kesalahan pencatatan, selain itu perhitungan dan kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam proses pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Oleh karena itu, sistem pengolahan data akuntansi manual diubah menjadi terkomputerisasi dengan menggunakan MYOB Accounting. Dalam proses pengolahan data akuntansi merupakan sebuah solusi yang baik untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat dicapai.

Abstract

Kelengkeng or Dimocarpuslongan plant is one of the fruit plants that is widely developed by the community. Longan plants are very healthy with nutritional content, but unfortunately, these plants are susceptible to diseases, so it is necessary to build a system to educate the public about the symptoms and diseases of Kelengkeng fruit plants. Disease detection in this study uses the Forward Chaining method which can conclude several symptoms using the if-then rule. So, the question in this research is how to implement the Forward Chaining method for the detection of diseases in longan plants based on the knowledge base supported by an expert in agriculture and plantations.

Abstract

In implementing the production of goods, companies often have difficulty in managing the production process so as to maximize the use of existing resources. To do this, it is necessary to optimize production. The simplest method that can be used to optimize production is the Simplex method. However, this Simplex method can only be used to optimize production with one optimization equation. To solve a linear programming model with several optimization equations, several other methods can be used, such as Bacterial Colony Optimization (BCO). This Bacterial Colony Optimization (BCO) algorithm implements the artificial behavior of bacteria. The basic behavior of bacteria in the life cycle can be separated into four parts, namely chemotaxis, reproduction, migration and communication. Based on the tests carried out, obtained information that the BCO method can minimize the required production costs, but the production time required is longer.

Abstract

A healthy data center will greatly help the performance of employees and network administrators. The Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education and Culture does not have a network monitoring system in the data center. The absence of a system for monitoring each device in the data center, the data center condition will become unhealthy. If the condition of the server, router, and switch devices are not functioning properly the network administrator cannot know in real-time. It requires network monitoring system with plugin support that can help network administrators do their work. Nagios is a network monitoring system that has a variety of features and can be configured with social media such as telegram because it supports API bots from python, namely twx. When the hardware or software is experiencing problems or down, eating Nagios will send notifications via the bot account that has been created and synchronized with Bash Nagios.

Abstract

Kepemilikan rumah merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar bagi setiap konsumen yang masih belum memiliki rumah sedangkan bagi yang sudah memiliki kepemilikan rumah melalui program Kredit Kepemilikan Rumah (KPR) menjadi alasan untuk berinvestasi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk 1) menganalisis pengaruh personal selling terhadap keputusan mengikuti program kepemilikan rumah tipe 36, 2) menganalisis pengaruh lokasi terhadap keputusan mengikuti program kepemilikan rumah tipe 36, 3) menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan mengikuti program kepemilikan rumah tipe 36, 4) menganalisis pengaruh personal selling, lokasi dan harga terhadap keputusan mengikuti program kepemilikan rumah tipe 36. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu para konsumen yang telah mengikuti program kretit kepemilikan rumah (KPR) pada perumahan Grie Elhaen Sentosa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variable personal selling, lokasi dan harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kepemilian rumah. Adapun variabel yang paling dominan yang menjadi prioritas konsumen dalam mengikuti program kepemilikan rumah tipe 36 yaitu harga. Kemudian hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 75,6% variasi variabel terikat yaitu personal selling, lokasi dan harga pada model dapat menjelaskan variabel keputusan pembelian kepemilikan rumah perumahan Gria Elhaen Sentosa. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model
