Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan, teknologi berperan sangat penting untuk menunjang proses belajar mengajar dan kegiatan yang ada disekolah. Dalam kegiatan sekolah yang wajib dilakukan setiap tahun yaitu pemilihan ketua OSIS yang dilakukan dengan memberi penilaian terhadap siswa. Penilaian tersebut dilakukan untuk mengetahui peringkat siswa untuk dapat menjadi ketua OSIS karena OSIS menjadi slah satu organisasi yang sering diberi tanggung jawab oleh pihak sekolah untuk merencanakan kegiatan. Dalam proses pemilihan ketua osis saat ini masih kurang efektif dikarenakan masih secara konvensional, dengan adanya aplikasi ini, siswa bias memilih ketua osis dengan  kriteria seperti Visi Misi, Pengetahuan, Tanggung Jawab, Disiplin, Komunikasi.Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pemlihan ketua osis secara cepat dan tepat dan dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar mengajar.

Forwarding companies must have advantages in logistics and distribution of goods, such as speed and accuracy in the delivery of goods. At this time PT Almana Kartika Utama Jakarta does not have a good shipping data recording and processing system and does not yet have an information system to customers, so customers have to ask manually to find out the status of his belongings, this is considered to be very inefficient and ineffective so it makes information to customers very slow. Therefore, researchers need to build a program design for a web-based cargo information system, to get the best solution in solving the problem, so that effective and efficient shipping of goods is achieved at PT. Almana Kartika Utama.

Abstract

Tanah memiliki kandungan unsur kimia, fisika maupun biologi. Setiap tanaman memiliki type tanah yang bisa dia tumbuh dengan baik. Contohnya tanaman padi, padi akan tumbuh dengan baik juka Kebutuhan N optimum : 300kg/ha Urea, P optimum : 50 kg/ha SP36, K optimum : 50 kg/ha KCl Untuk itu perlu seorang petani untuk mengetahui unsur tersebut sebelum menanam tanaman. Mengacu pada hal itu membuat penulis mengambil tema hal tersebut dengan judul Pengembangan Perangkat Cerdas Untuk Deteksi Unsur Kandungan Tanah Dalam Menentukan Jenis Tanaman Mendukung Ketahanan Pangan. Diagnosis terhadap kandungan tanah dapat lebih jelas dengan menggunakan uji laboratorium dilanjut ke uji sensor Warna, Bau, dan Suhu untuk menentukan warna,bau dan suhu dari tiap kandungan unsur tanah yang di uji di laboratorium yang diproses dengan ilmu pengolahan citra. Setelah itu akan dirancang sembuah algoritma untuk mengkolaborasikan hasil ketiga sensor tesebut agar menjadi sebuat keputusan. Fitur spesifik yang telah diperoleh dapat dijadikan data pokok pada data mining sehingga nantinya sistem mampu menentukan jenis tanaman. Sehingga risiko kesalahan penentuan jenis tanaman diminimalisasi karena dapat ditentukan secara akurat berdasarkan fitur-fitur spesifik dari tanah yang diperoleh dengan bantuan komputer.

Abstract

The development of information system applications in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid progress. The Indonesian community downloads and uses information system for investment, work, communication, shopping and many other activitie the other. It is estimated by experts for the future use of system  increased. The existence of investment in Indonesia is now growing, this is caused by the desire of the community to benefit in the future will com]. The lack of knowledge about investments owned by the community, the many criteria and alternatives in choosing investment will be a problem alone in an effort to choose the most ideal investment [2]. Decision support system built to help humans to help solve problems no structured and semi structured. Decision support information system development investment selection has the aim of helping the community or investors to choose the most appropriate and correct investment based on various criteria and alternatives predetermined to select various investments Stages of application development (1) needs analysis, (2) Design, (3) system implementation, (4) Support operations and (5) Evaluate Performance. Criteria and alternatives used in investment selection derived from prior research conducted by the author. Criteria consist of market risk liquidity, inflation, time period, investment value, return, income, while the alternative of investment are deposits, insurance, gold, shares, DPLK and mutual fund.

Abstract

This study proposes a decision support system for selecting HIMMSI administrators at Amikom University in Yogyakarta using the AHP method. Data obtained from observations and direct interviews with HIMMSI management. There are seven criteria used for assessment, namely: activeness (C1), responsibility (C2), creativity (C3), problem solving (C4), communicative (C5), public speaking skills (C6), and collaboration (C7) . This study applies the AHP method because each criterion has its own sub-criteria. The final results in this study in the form of ranking that can be printed by the admin while the user can only see it.

Abstract

Warung Miso Pamatang is a Warung located at Jln. Sudirman No.36, Kel. Teladan, West Siantar, Pematangsiantar City, North Sumatra. This stall is a simple building that looks like a building of an ancient house, the term is like a traditional house. Warung Miso Pamatang (WMP) provides a menu book as a medium for visitors to choose an ordered menu item that lists food and beverage items. The database holds all data related to the activities of consumer purchase transaction data. therefore the writer uses this transaction data using datamining. By using Datamining the Association Rule Mining method, the stored data can be reviewed and processed so that it gets new information. By finding this new information, use the Association Rule Mining method to find combinations of food items and beverage items. Association Rule Mining conducts mining on sales transaction data recorded on the payment receipt printed by the cash register at a certain time period. In conducting Association Rule Mining, the author uses the FIN algorithm. FIN algorithm is a frequent itemset algorithm that uses a novel data structure in the form of nodesets.From some of the descriptions that have been obtained from the results of the discussion in the Implementation of the Mining Rule Association to determine the food menu with the Apriori Algorithm (Case Study of Warung Miso Pamatang, pematangsiantar) can help the owner of the shop where the Warung Miso Pematang owner knows the menu what foods are most often ordered by consumers and easier to see patterns of consumer purchases. With that also the owner of this stall knows which food ingredients should be prepared more to make the food menu that is most in demand by consumers, so that the work carried out runs effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

One of the most important parts of a retail business or product distribution company is inventory management. Transactions with very large amounts in a certain period make the transaction data on sales, prices, and availability of goods must be managed properly. This study was delivered to facilitate the company in determining policies related to sales and availability of goods through the purchase pattern of association rules and sales predictions using the Moving Average method. Association rule is data mining techniques contained in the Apriori algorithm. This algorithm is able to shows random relationships in a number of transactions. The test resulted in three patterns of purchasing goods with the highest frequency namely Milo Activ-go UHT Cmbk 36x115ml, Bear Brand RTD Milk 30x189ml and Milo Activ-Go UHT Cmbk 36x190ml with values of 46.17%, 41.97% and 15.39%. The Moving Average result, sales predictions produce a total of 3669, 3280, and 2619 for each item that can be prepared in the next period. This can be a company's reference in predicting goods that are in demand or not, determine the number of sales and prioritize the procurement of goods based on the rules of the association produced.

Abstract

The learning model currently applied at the South Aceh Polytechnic is conventional. Students only listen to the lecturers’ presentation and thus they easily get bored, tired and declining learning motivation. This due to the lack of transfer knowledge experienced by students, resulted in students being unable to grasp the material presented by lecturers whilst some students assigned lower achiever. This study aims to develop a web-based learning media application at the South Aceh Polytechnic. Web-based learning media developed with MySQL and PHP programming languages. The research method used is the waterfall research method combined with observation and interviews. The collected data is then analyzed descriptively. The results of this study that delivering lesson through website-based learning media can improve students' performance in a typical courses.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkotika dan obat-obatan terlarang di kalangan generasi muda dewasa ini kian meningkat, maraknya penyimpangan perilaku generasi muda tersebut, dapat membahayakan keberlangsungan hidup bangsa ini di kemudian hari. Karena pemuda sebagai generasi yang diharapkan menjadi penerus bangsa, semakin hari semakin rapuh digerogoti zat-zat adiktif penghancur syaraf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi penyalahgunaan narkoba menggunakan jaringan syaraf tiruan model backpropagation. Jaringan syaraf tiruan merupakan salah satu sistem pemrosesan informasi yang didesain dengan menirukan cara kerja otak manusia dalam menyelesaikan suatu masalah dengan melakukan proses belajar melalui perubahan bobot sinapsisnya. Pada  penelitian ini akan di susun data jenis narkoba dan turunannya. Kemudian seluruh gejala psikis yang ditimbulkan untuk turunan narkoba tersebut. Data input dibuat dengan memberikan nilai 1 untuk gejala yang dimiliki pada pengguna narkoba jenis turunan tertentu, dan 0 untuk gejala yang tidak dimiliki. Pembelajaran dan pengujian dilakukan unuk data gejala klinis dan psikis yang ada atau nilai 1 dengan beberapa kali literasi untuk mendapatkan output apakah narkoba jenis narkotika, psikotropika, zat adiktif atau tidak teridentifikasi. Menentukan  variabel jumlah sel lapisan masukan, jumlah sel lapisan tersembunyi, jumlah sel lapisan keluaran, galat yang dijinkan, konstanta belajar, kenaikan konstanta belajar, penurunan konstanta belajar meomentum, rasio kesalahan dan fungsi aktivasi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan program aplikasi Matlab sehingga hasilnya akan mampu memberikan informasi apakah seseorang telah terkena pengaruh narkoba atau tidak.

Abstract

the implementation of real time clock (RTC) for the regulation of power services by PLTS aims to design the scheduling of power service systems by PLTS using Arduino and RTC so that power services can be optimized while at the same time making savings in electricity bills. The method used is an experimental method that is designing a power service system using Arduino and RTC to get good design results. The equipment used is solar panels, inverters, Arduino, RTC and batteries. The results showed that the implementation of the RTC for the regulation of PLTS power services starts at 17:00 WIB until 05:01 WIB or for 12 hours can serve household electricity needs of 1.887 Kwh, Voltage at 24 volt 100 Ah battery terminals for 12 hours loading down by 1.6 volts from the initial battery voltage of 25.1 volts to the final service voltage of 23.5 volts. Implementation of the RTC for the regulation of PLTS power services starting at 17:00 WIB until 05:01 WIB can save electricity consumption of PLN abouth Rp. 75,928.- per month assuming the electricity price of PLN is Rp. 1352 / Kwh.
