Abstract

The implementation of e-commerce transactions in the covid-19 pandemic condition seen from the perspective of Jurisprudence of rules tends to be close to the third basic rule of al-Mashaqat Tajlib al-Taisir. This rule means difficulty in bringing convenience, meaning that when people are in a difficult situation in meeting their needs because of largescale social restrictions (PSBB), transacting using online marketplaces can be one of the convenient solutions. Among the nine branches of the rule, there are at least three significant rules with the application of e-commerce transactions in the covid19 pandemic condition. The first rule is "If the original is difficult to do then move to its successor". Furthermore, the rule of What is impossible to keep (avoid), then it is forgiven". And the following rule is that "Ease (rukhsah) should not be associated with sin.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of young people who join Islamic organizations which sometimes conflict with national customs and traditions. Aswaja learning in schools has an important role to provide an understanding of the correct creed without overriding the values ??of nationalism. This research type is field research using qualitative methods with a case study approach. This research took place in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Sambeng Bantul, Yogyakarta. Data collection was done by observations, interviews, and documentations, while data analysis used circular theory. The results of this research are: 1) implementation of Aswaja learning as the basis for the strength of character education at MI Ma'arif Sambeng, among others: a) habituation activities, b) intra-curricular activities, and c) extracurricular activities. 2) the implications of Aswaja learning as the basis for the strength of character education at MI Ma'arif Sambeng, among others: a) respect for hero services, b) choosing to travel domestically, and c) respect for national culture. 3) the relevance of Aswaja's learning as the basis for the strength of character education in love the homeland at MI Ma'arif Sambeng according to current conditions by formulating a basic national attitude through a balance between Ukhuwah Islamiyah, Ukhuwah Wathaniyah, and Ukhuwah Insaniyah which need to be instilled in students from an early age.

Abstract

Empati merupakan faktor penting dalam diri individu yang berperan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, mulai dari bisnis, pendidikan maupun asmara, sebaliknya, ketiadaan empati menyumbang terhadap kriminalitas dalam berbagai bentuknya seperti kekerasan psikopat, pemerkosaan, maupun perdagangan anak. Empati adalah landasan bagi perilaku prososial seseorang. Tanpa empati, seorang anak tidak akan dapat menampilkan perilaku alami dalam tindakan berbagi, menolong, dan berkasih saying. Empati perlu ditanamkan dan dikembangkan oleh institusi pendidikan, termasuik pendidikan Islam. Penelitian literatur ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan menggali faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi empati dan bagaimana pembentukannya pada diri peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menemukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi empati adalah kematangan afeksi, kapasitas kognitif pertambahan umur, program-program pendidikan seperti program televisi prososial, training, metode pembelajaran dan bahan ajar/sumber belajar. Adapun faktor yang dipengaruhi empati adalah sikap agresif, perilaku prososial, konsep diri, pemahaman sosial dan sikap otoriter seseorang. Pembentukan empati dalam dunia pendidikan dapat dilakukan dengan metode cerita, baik secara tradisional dan modern. Sedangkan model yang dapat dipilih yaitu experiental learning dan PAI Inqiury.

Abstract

Dalam Islam, sikap eksklusif terhadap sesama sangatlah dihindari Pendidikaninklusif yang notabene memberikan pendidikan pada penyandang disabilitasternyata masih dipahami sempit dan terbatas pada bangku sekolah. Seharusnyapendidikan inklusif tidak saja berhenti pada ruang sekolah, tetapi juga padalingkungan masyarakat sebagai bentuk sikap inklusif. Penelitian ini merupakankajian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan tekstual dan fenomenologi.Pendidikan inklusif sebagai keterbukaan dalam menerima beragam latar antarsesama manusia menjadi hal yang harus diwujudkan untuk mencapai interaksieko-humanisme.

Abstract

Misyar marriage is a model of marriage which can be defined as an official marital, relationship between a man and a woman, in which the woman waives some of the rights she would have in a normal Islamic marriage. The muslim scholars have difference opinion about the law of the such marriage. Like any other isues in Islam, it has been a point of controversy and argument, especially among theologians. In this case, some allow, some prohibit and some others are in quo status called tawaqquf in deciding the rule and regulation of such marriage. This study examines the opinions of contemporary muslim scholars based on maqa>s}id shari>’ah perspective, to see which opinion should be prioritized and selected by considering aspects of maqa>sid shari>’ah in connection with marital contexts, and considering its benefits and harms as a result of the maqa>s}id shari>’ah. The method used in this study was library research or text study (study of documents). The results of this study concluded that the banning of misya>r marriage -certaintly in the context of Indonesian society – was mostly in line with maqa>sid shari>’ah in a broad sense, that is, to achieve its benefits and pre-vent its disadvantages. Abstract

Post-reform, the involvement of kiai in politics is practically not a new phenomenon. However, it invites pros and cons in the midst of society. The group that agrees is very supportive of the rise of kiai in the political arena, considering that the kiai's role is very strategic in development and peace towards a better, just and prosperous country and become a community figure in their actions. While those who do not agree, argue that politics is something that is unclean so that it is inappropriate for a kiai to be a figure who is considered holy. This paper is studied in order to reveal what is actually behind the purpose of engaging the kiai in practical politics and how a kiai can improve his image in the negative view of society. Politics should be intended to serve the people. The existing power must be used as a tool to fight for the main mission, namely the welfare of the community. A kiai must also be clear that their involvement is an effort to respond to changes that refer to a social structure that is more just, democratic, and able to answer the most basic needs of the people.
