Abstract

The research conducted in Magelang Muhammadiyah University was aimed at knowing the effects of accuracy the tasks of information technology on the employee working performance in Magelang Muhammadiyah University. The independent variables included in this research consisted of accuracy tasks of information technology: Accuracy and Accessibility, the use of information technology involves: Usage Intensity Technology Information and Usage Frequency Technology Information. Working performance for the employees of Magelang Muhammadiyah University was regarded as the dependent variable. The samples were taken by means of a Census Sampling Method within 50 Administration employees of Magelang Muhammadiyah University. 2 double regression analyses were used to proccess the data According to the tests, simultaneously and partially the variables of accuracy, accessibility, usage intensity and usage frequency of Technology Information positively affect the employee working performance. The variable of accuracy is partially a dominant factor enhancing the employee working performance. It is suggested that Technology Information task accuracy should be followed by the Technology Information usage associated to needs to access data and to result information. Supported by Technology Information it is expected that the credibility of Magelang Muhammadiyah University can be enhanced.

Abstract

Salah satu perhatian baru dalam pembangunan kesehatan adalah adanya universal healthcoverage (UHC) dalam arti bahwa cakupan pelayanan dan akses kesehatan yang menyeluruh termasukdi dalamnya menyentuh golongan masyarakat berpendapatan rendah. Melalui metode propensity scorematching (PSM) yang diterapkan pada data IFLS wave 5, penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwapemberian program bantuan kesehatan secara signifi kan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan pengeluaranbiaya kesehatan tahunan rumah tangga penerima program di Provinsi Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah dan JawaTimur sebesar rata-rata 14,43%. Riset ini juga menghasilkan bukti empiris adanya hubungan signifi kanpositif antara rumah tangga di perkotaan dan rumah tangga penerima BLT terhadap probabilitasmenerima program bantuan kesehatan di Provinsi Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur. Meskipuntidak signifi kan namun dapat diketahui bahwa semakin buruk kualitas sanitasi rumah, semakin miskinstatus sosial rumah tangga dan atau semakin sering intensitas hari sakit kepala rumah tangga dalam satutahun akan meningkatkan probabilitas rumah tangga menerima program bantuan kesehatan di ProvinsiJawa Barat, Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sampling ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan 50 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi. Berdasarkan uji-t yang dilakukan dan hasil analisis regresi linier dapat diketahui bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifi kan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifi kan terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifi kan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji intervening diketahui bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penjual selalu berharap terjadinya pengambilan keputusan beli produk dari calon konsumen terhadap barang yang ditawarkannya. Pengambilan keputusan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa variabel, tergantung pada macam produk yang dibelinya. Obyek penelitian adalah wanita pengguna busana muslimah yang membeli melalui online. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi pembeli terhadap harga, produk, pelayanan, periklanan dan tingkat kepercayaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah wanita dewasa yang pernah melakukan pembelian busana muslimah melalui online. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklan berpengaruh positif signifi kan terhadap pengambilan keputusan beli. Sedangkan persepsi responden terhadap harga, pelayanan dan tingkat kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh signifi kan terhadap pengambilan keputusan beli busana muslimah di online shop.

Abstract

Goal of this research for graduation of the Departement of Managements in Faculty of Economics in University of Muhammadiyah Magelang assosiated with the long waiting time to obtain employment, job status and responses to the education they bad acquired. Data of the respondents have used 96respondents alumni management departement starting in 1998 until the year 2005. Elections random sample using sampling. The results of respondents between 1 to 6 months is 35.79%. Employment status of respondents who work there are 66 good people who work full time or part time, while 30 respondents who are not working and not working and looking for work have 4 people, who are seeking work 18 people, while not working and not looking for work have 1 person. Responses to education for he work that has been expressed most relevant is that as many as 24 people. Feedback from respondents was given to the departement stated taht most of the departement improve the lecturer quality 71 respondents, respondents suggestions for management students Departement says most of the foreign language have the 54 respondents.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to examine a difference of financial performance of large and small-scaled companies that announce the dividend. If there is a difference, is it significant? Total f 30 companies sample have chosen. Analysis performed using independent samples t-test to test the hypothesis. The analysis show for some of the ratios such as current ratio, quich ratio, leverage ratio, return on invesment, return on equity, net profit margin and total assets turnover have no statistically significant result. It means the results that the liquidity performance, the solvability, the profitability and the activity of large and small-called companies that announce the dividend doesn’t differ. This research doesn’s support the signaling hypothesis.

Abstract

Balance scorecard has a competitive advantage that building strategic management systems now different with traditional management. Implementation in PDAM Magelang expected increase the quality of services, including in non financial. Therefore, PDAM has to measure its performance not only the financial aspect, but also non financial to reach goal congruence. This research reviews the implementation Balance Scorecard in PDAM Magelang. The analysis method using evaluation in performance measurement at four perspectives - financial perspective, costumer perspective, internal bussiness perspective, and innovation and learning perspective. The result shows that financial performance in PDAM Magelang appropriate with financial perspective on BSC. The costumer perspective can not meet 80%, but only 74% suitable with BSC perspective. In internal bussiness perspective suitable as health standard, have no taste, no smell and no color. The innovation and learning perspective can see on employees PDAM Magelang sill not sufficent with BSC perspective. PDAM Magelang must develop its employees like give them opportunity to to get education and increase the grade. Finally, placing its employees congruence with there skill and education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to investigate the influence of quality management control systems (quality goal, quality feedback, quality incentives) and environmental accounting on quality performance, the influence of quality performance on both financial performance and customer satisfaction, and the impact of customer satisfaction on financial performance. Data used for this study was collected from financial, production and marketing manager to manufactur company with SNI. Data collected by mail survey 1250 questinnaries. The questionnaries that useful for analysis were 149. Analysis conducted by SEM with AMOS ver 5.0. The result indicates that communication intensity of quality goal toward the labour is not related to quality performance. The frequency of quality feedback is not related to quality performance. The improvement of incentive which is in relation with quality has a positive relationship with quality performance. The implementation of Quality performance has a positive relationship with the customer satisfaction. Quality performance has a positive relationship with financial performance. Customer satisfaction is not related to financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya teknologi sistem informasi untuk evaluasi kinerja pegawai, yang dimoderasi dengan ketidakpastian tugas. Populasi yang digunakan adalah Pejabat Pemerintah di Metro Bandar Lampung. Pengaruh sistem teknologi nformasi untuk evaluasi kinerja pegawai dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi kuadrat terkecil, dan pengaruh variabel moderator (ketidakpastian tugas) terhadap kinerja pegawai dianalisis dengan menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasilnya menerima kedua hipotesis.

Abstract

This research analysed the influence of service as a factor affecting people satisfaction. According to Kepmen PAN No. 25 in 2004 on the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM), there are 14 matters relating to the performance and services carried out by employees of service, including service procedures, compliance requirements, clarity of employees, employee discipline, employee responsibilities, capabilitiers of staff, speed of service, justice services, staff courtesy, fairness of costs, certainty of cost, schedule certainly, comfort environments, and security services. This research was conducted to analyze the value of these variables, and effect on community satisfaction. Through IKM counting, could be learnt the value of the index was 3.180 and the IKM value after being converted of 79.6. Was based on this IKM value, could be concluded by the quality of the Badan Pelayanan Perijinan Terpadu (BPPT) of Semarang city entered the good criterion. Through factor analysis, 14 indicators of service has been reduced to 8 indicators are then grouped into two factors, namely the quality factors and services procedures factor. Through the analysis of regression, could be known that the quality factor of the service and the influential factor of the service procedure significant towards the peoples satisfaction.
