Abstract

At first this Kambang Hospital was a Joint Practice Specialist. Then it turned into the Kambang Clinic, which had been introduced and turned into Kambang Hospital. At the Kambang Hospital an examination of the diagnosis of menstrual disorders is still using the manual system using a blood test, urine test and further examination with the doctor in question. The purpose of this study was to design an expert system to diagnose menstrual disorders by applying the Forward Chaining Method. The system that will be designed is a system that transfers the knowledge of a doctor to an expert system (Artificial Intelligence), which will help patients know about their illness. This system is designed based on a website using the PHP Framework Code Igniter script and uses a MySQL database. With the existence of this Menstrual Disorders Expert System built, it makes it easier for the general public to diagnose menstrual disorders from an early age, by inputting data on types of disorders, symptoms, rules, and asking us to produce output in the form of checking reports and patient reports.

Abstract

Researchers are interested in taking the title of the thesis "Application of Surveillance and Complaints to the Jambi City Environmental Service" due to the advancement of current technological developments needed by an information system that can support the development and progress in fulfilling information related to complaints and public oversight of the Jambi City Environment. The purpose of this design is to produce a complaint and supervision application that can facilitate complaints and supervision and help the government to monitor the complaints process and supervision. Researchers use analysis (interviews and literature studies). The concepts used in this study are complaints and public supervision, website-based online. The results achieved in making this complaint and monitoring application is to facilitate the complaints and supervision process for the people who live far from the Jambi City Environmental Service Office and make it easier for office staff to collect every complaint and supervision which will then be processed. Conclusions from the making of this application are the complaints process and supervision of the Jambi city government which will be processed by the admin can be streamlined by using the complaint application to the environment office of Jambi City.

Abstract

Currently transaction Ice Cream Walls In Stock Point (STP) Plus Sungai Bahar is still done manually so that the data generated is less than optimal is less effective in searching for information on the data that you want to find, lack of accurate data is processed, and also the need for cost will be issued to obtain a report. For that we need to implement an information system design with Visual Basic 6.0 application, the data processing transactions on the Walls Ice Cream Stock Point (STP) Plus Sungai Bahar. With the new system is expected to overcome the constraints that exist on the old system.

Abstract

Organizational management in the company is very important part to achieve organizational goals. Many factors must be considered in the management of organizational management related to human resources (HR). Rapid development and advancement of information and communication technology (ICT), external and internal environmental factors, international competition, uncertain global economic conditions. All this encourages companies to look for new ways to be able to utilize human resources more effectively. PT. Victory Techology Abadi utilizes ICT in the management of human resources that is still in the management of the management of a digital organization, by developing computer-based information systems. This system is designed with the waterfall diagram model approach with step 1. Requirement analysis, 2. Design, 3. Implementation, 4. Testing, 5. Maintenance. The results of the development carried out has resulted in a computer programmer application for HR management. This system is expected to be able to manage all organizational management activities of PT. Victory Technology better.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop an Android-based mobile pocket book learning media and can be a supplement in understanding courses. This research uses a rapid application development (RAD) approach. And the source of this research is students who study the analysis and design of the seventh semester information system in the Nurdin Hamzah STMIK study program. To find out that the mobile pocket book application can be accepted by students, the researchers conducted a data collection technique by interviewing 40 student respondents. from 40 students 38 students who expressed interest in using a mobile pocket book. The mobile pocket book is produced in the form of an extension file. The application can be run on Android. Media that are made can give a positive response to students taking courses in the analysis and design of information.

Abstract

Prayer is a primary obligation for Muslims towards Allah SWT. Imagine that Prayer is the pillar of religion and the deeds of a servant who will first be accounted for in the Mahsyar. In worship, prayer must be orderly and in accordance with the procedures that have been determined. At present learning prayer is not a complicated thing to learn either by using media books and information technology media. Complete Mobile Guidance Application based on Android Mobile at the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Jambi Province was designed using android information technology that has features about prayer. Of course with this prayer application Android smartphone users can take advantage of free time to learn prayer effectively and flexibly wherever and whenever they are.

Abstract

Database is a collection of information stored in a computer systematically so that it can be checked using a computer program to obtain information from the database, so that the database can help store data and information that can be retrieved at any time. The data and information that is owned by abc company consists of several, starting from ordering data, employee data, financial data, job distribution data, and information related to abc company. Database modeling in this case study uses a constraint check to provide a limit of the data inputted, so that later the data entered in the database table can be filtered that is not the same or in accordance with the constraint check that is inputted in the data table. The database capability to filter every existing data is one of the good and correct structures for implementing the constraint check in each database table, while the structures owned by the constraint check are primary key, foreign key, not null and uniqie. Therefore each structure has its own function, which will determine the level of accuracy of the data entered by the user, the better.

Abstract

Library Information System is one of the things that was developed so that students can ease in terms of borrowing books online. Therefore, by providing various facilities aimed at facilitating students in finding various information needed from the library before lending. The main elements in forming a system consists of inputs, processes and outputs, while the input needed from this system is member data and data books. Process the data or process it into a report that will be submitted to the library leadership. This website is created using the PHP Web Programming Language and uses MySQL for its database which is equipped with member tables, book tables and loan tables. The Web-Based Library Information System at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry at the University of Jambi is used as a means of information and loans for students, a tool for processing data for employees or administration at the Library of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry in the University of Jambi.

Abstract

CV. Jambi Global Printing is a business engaged in printing or Advertising. The company gets problems that often arise due to promotions and information submitted using brochures and invitation bookings are still manual. Manually here means the invitation order is still manual and consumers can only order invitations directly to the printing site, of course this will complicate the development of this printing press. What is a weakness is that the company has difficulty in delivering information about products that are marketed, if this happens continuously, this will have an impact on their income because it can only have a marketing scope that is not wide enough. To overcome this error, it is necessary to build a tool in the form of an online-based program, which will make it easier for consumers to get invitation information and make it easier for consumers to order invitations online. The application used in helping processing the data is web-based programming. Chosen based on the web because information can be obtained easily anywhere and anytime. The advantages of this information system are as a means of information for consumers, as a place to describe the types of invitations, in lieu of brochures for promotional events in finding consumers.
