Abstract

From the background of the problems found in SMK Prasasti Karang Berahi Kota Jambi is in the application of data processing books are still relatively simple, only data processing books while data collection of borrowing and returning books are still writing / note on the agenda book for it is still many shortcomings in the application previous. To help these activities need to be created or designed a program or application that can be used together and able to handle all the activities of the library online or programmed with a good system. This E-library application is built using web technology using PHP scripting language, MySQL database, and Framework. The inputs used are library data books, member data, order data, lending and return data. Then generate output in the form of information data books, member data, data on borrowing transactions and returns in the library. With the implementation of this Web-based E-Library System at SMK Prasasti Karang Berahi so that it has an effect on the school, etc. and assist library staff in delivering library data book offline and online because of the data presented quickly.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest producers and exporters of natural rubber in the world. Every year rubber production in Indonesia shows an improved prognosis. Most rubber producers in Indonesia come from the provinces of South Sumatra, North Sumatra, Riau, Jambi and West Kalimantan. The Jambi Provincial Plantation Office has always tried to maintain the quality of rubber plants in order to remain productive. One of the efforts is to help rubber farmers in caring for rubber plants to keep producing high-quality rubber latex. This study aims to build an expert system software application for early diagnosis of rubber plant diseases using the web-based Dempster Shafer method. With this application it is expected to help rubber farmers get information about rubber plant care and provide solutions to rubber plants that are experiencing disturbances. This application was built with php connected to the MySql database. Inputs in this application are data on symptoms, pests and diseases, users, rules, and consultation history. In this system uses a calculation process with the Dempster Shafer method, which calculates the weight of each symptom, compares the weight of each symptom, and determines the percentage of disease belief based on the selected symptoms. The output of this expert system application is information about pests in rubber plant diseases, and reports on the results of early diagnoses of rubber plant diseases. The results of this study indicate that the type of rubber plant disease that is often experienced by rubber plantations in the village of Tanjung Pauh Talang Pelita Jambi during January-May 2019 is White Root Fungus caused by the fungus Rigidoporus Lignosus or R. Micropus. With the application of an expert system using the dempster shafer method, it can help rubber farmers deal quickly with pests and diseases that attack rubber plants, so as to reduce the risk of sudden death on rubber plants.

Abstract

Abstract - Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Nurdin Hamzah Jambi is a college that organizes academic education in the discipline of information technology. Every year STMIK always produces scholars who have qualified abilities. However, with the graduation rate in Jambi always increasing, the worries of students who are still running lectures get jobs that are suitable for their field of expertise. Therefore, an analysis is needed to see the level of accuracy of the work obtained by the alumni of Tekhnik Informtika STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi. The purpose of this study was to find out the level of accuracy of the work of alumni of Teknik Informatika STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi using the K-Means method. This analysis is assisted by using the Rapidminer with its input is the alumni identity, current employment data and expertise data after graduating from Teknik Informatika STMIK Nurdin Hamzah. The process in this analysis is carried out with data that has been given the value of each answer of alumni data in the K-Means method to obtain a Cluster is inappropriate, precise and very precise. The results of this study out of 100 alumni data obtained, 48 alumni entered the Cluster incorrectly, 35 precise Clusters and 17 Clusters were very precise.   Keywords : Alumni, Data mining, Prodi Teknik Informatika, K-Means, STMIK Nurdin Hamzah.

Abstract

The National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) is the only official body formed by the government based on RI Decree No.8 of 2001 which has the task and function of collecting and distributing zakat, infaq, and alms at the national, provincial and regional levels. Accurate and fast management of data and information can help grow an organization. Therefore, management of data and information is seen as important for the smooth running of a job and for analyzing the development of a job. During this time the processing of zakat data in the BAZNAS of Jambi City is still carried out without a special computerized system and has several disadvantages, including the susceptibility of data input errors, data damage or loss due to the absence of special data storage centers for data and files. has been inputted, to the lack of efficiency in the process of processing lecturer performance data as a whole. Web-based Zakat Data Processing Application at the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) of Jambi City. Is a new system that was developed with the aim to facilitate the processing of zakat data as a whole and overcome the shortcomings that exist in the system that has been running. The application will be built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database management software. The application of zakat data processing that starts from the process of inputting data and related files collects and distributes zakat that can be done by the admin, then the data is stored structurally in a data storage center, until the output is in the form of reports relating to the collection and distribution of zakat. The results of this study indicate that a computerized system can improve efficiency and effectiveness in processing zakat data as a whole.

Abstract

Bayes method can be used to build intelligent systems, in this study Bayes method was built by using an expert system to diagnose diseases and pests on oil palm plants, an expert system that was built web-based using PHP and MySql programming languages. This application can help the oil palm farmers in consulting about diseases and pests of oil palm plants based on the knowledge of the experts implemented in the application.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi dan industri menjadi sektor yang paling banyak dituntut perubahan dengan berkembangnya isu Revolusi Industri 4.0. Salah satu hal yang mendasar adalah tentang keamanan, integrasi data dan pengurangan penggunaan kertas. Sistem ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu jawaban atas beberapa tuntutan tersebut, dengan kemampuannya menghasilkan dokumen digital yang terintegrasi dengan satu akun. Selain itu, sisi keaslian dokumen menjadi jaminan, dengan fitur autentikasi mandiri yang dimiliki oleh aplikasi, sehingga tidak semua orang dapat menduplikasinya. Memanfaatkan Qrcode yang dipadukan dengan framework Codeigniter dapat menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang mampu memberikan kemudahan pada setiap penggunanya dalam berbagai hal, mulai dari mengorganisir dokumen digital dengan jaminan kemanan yang memadai, mengurangi penggunaan kertas hingga integrasi data yang dapat dijangkau.

But the weakness of all that itself is costly and takes time from production to distribution such as brochures to customers. The solution is to create a web-based company profile. company profile is an asset of an institution or company that can be used to enhance the company's image to establish cooperative relationships with companies and other related institutions. Research conducted at CV. Barokah Agro so consumers know what CV Barokah Agro is. The research method used is observation, interviews, analysis and implementation of web-based company profiles. And the company hopes that web-based profiles can be made more innovative and facilitate market reach.

Abstract

Buluh Kasab Village is one of the villages in Sungai Rengas Village, Kec. Maro Sebo Ulu, Kab. Batang Hari, Jambi. This village produces handicrafts in the form of caping hats, screwpine leaves mats, beaded bags, etc. Made by Youth Organization members, Buluh Kasab Village. In this case Buluh Kasab Village is used as a research location because so far the sales system, data collection, and sales reports are still using the old system by using the agenda book as a tool to collect goods and produce sales reports, a relatively narrow on market share. making the process of selling craft products less smooth. The purpose of this study is to build an E-Commerce system to facilitate  Youth Organization to process goods data, expand market share to produce reports on sales of handicraft products. Input in this system is in the form of customer data, item data, shipping data, transaction data and item category data. In this system there is a process of entering data, processing transaction data, making reports on stock data, reports on sales results. Output of the E-Commerce system are sales reports, transaction data reports and stock data data reports. E-Commerce system is expected to be able to help  Youth Organization in Buluh Kasab Village in improving the sales process and data collection in a more detailed and detailed way and can expand market share.

Abstract

PDAM or Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Mayang is one of the regional owned business units engaged in the distribution of clean water for the general public in Jambi City. In terms of service, there are some parts that are still done manually and are less effective, for example in the case of new pairs registration and complaints that are still done manually, the customer must come to the PDAM Tirta Mayang office, which of course takes a lot of time and energy, also limited only when office open. Therefore we need a mobile application that can access all customer services online in order to provide optimal service. This service application will be designed consisting of mobile applications made using Android Studio and web admin using PHP. By entering data input, in the form of customer data, billing data, complaint data. while the output produced is in the form of customer account reports, complaint reports, and complaint recap reports. The design of this website is done in full so that it can cover all needs. The expected results of this research are the Android Service Application of PDAM Tirta Mayang, Jambi City which is able to provide information quickly, and provide the best service.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, as currently the development of technology has experienced significant progress. Improved information systems are expected to be able to help a company to be more competitive and can further improve the effectiveness of a company. One information system that can be improved in a company is in terms of marketing transactions, sales, purchases and management of inventory data. Dr. Beauty Clinic Inoy Jambi has the intent and purpose of building a sales system with easy and fast access. But at the Beauty Clinic Dr. Inoy has not implemented an appropriate computerized system so employees often experience recording errors and loss of important data. Therefore, the writing of this thesis explains the stages regarding designing an Information System at Dr. Beauty Clinic. Inoy Jambi to facilitate the parties concerned to be able to find out product data, goods, customers, join members, employees, and sales transactions in order to produce product data reports and goods data reports, member data reports, employee data reports and sales transaction data reports . Making this system uses Web programming with PHP scripting languages ??and storage methods using MySQL databases related to research obtained through field studies and literature studies. The results of this study are expected to help facilitate the Beauty Clinic of Dr. Inoy stores important data related to member registration.
