Abstract

Salah satu produk hortikultura di Kota Jambi yang banyak dikonsumsi adalah sawi (Brassica juncea L). Sawi banyak diperjual belikan hampir disetiap pasar mulai dari pasar tradisional sampai pasar modern. Lahan produksi sawi terbanyak diproduksi oleh petani yang ada di kelurahan Paalmerah Kota Jambi. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran saluran tataniaga sawi (Brassica juncea L) di kelurahan Paalmerah dan menganalisis efisiensi tataniaga sawi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ada sebanyak 72 sampel yang terdiri 45 sampel petani dan 27 sampel pedagang perantara. Dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis gambaran saluran tataniaga dan lembaga tataniaga, kemudian analisis kuantitatif untuk menganalisis efisiensi tataniaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 (tiga) saluran tataniaga sawi di kelurahan Paalmerah dan saluran taataniaga yang paling efisien adalah saluran tataniaga I karena memiliki nilai farmer’s share yang tinggi yaitu 100% dan harga rata-rata konsumen akhir paling rendah (murah).

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted in Bukit Makmur Village, Sungai Bahar Sub-District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The location was selected purposively based on that village has the largest number of farmers with post productive oil palm trees among the villages in the sub-district. The research took place since mei 2020. The research aimed was to find out the descriptions of the business activities of post productive oil palm farming, its farmer income. The number of sampels taken in the research were 41 famers which taken by simple random sampling method. To know the description of post productive oil palm farming activity in the research area was analized by descriptive analysis. The results showed that the average area of land owned by farmers was 3.54 hectares with the status of private ownership and the majority of oil palm plants were  28.85 years on average. The average production of oil palm farming was 2,908 kg / month. Revenues ranged from Rp. 1,015,800-2,686,400 / Ha / Month with an average income of Rp. 1,311,417 / Ha / Month with a Production cost of Rp. 528,832 / Ha / Month. Meanwhile, the total income ranges from Rp. 300,913 - 2,189,206 / Ha / month with an average farmer income of Rp. 782,585 / Ha / Month.Keywords : Income, Oil Palm, post productive AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Bukit Makmur, Kecamatan Sungai Bahar, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Lokasi ini dipilih secara sengaja karena desa ini memiliki petani kelapa sawit pasca umur produktif dengan jumlah terbanyak diantara desa lainnya di Kecamatan Sungai Bahar. Penelitian ini berlangsung sejak Mei 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran usahatani kelapa sawit pasca umur produktif dan pendapatan yang diperoleh petani dari usahatani kelapa sawit pasca umur produktif. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 41 orang petani yang diilih secara acak (simple random sampling). Untuk mengetahui gambaran usahatani kelapa sawit pasca umur produktif di Desa Bukit Makmur dianalisis secara deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rata–rata luas lahan yang dimiliki petani  adalah 3,54 Ha dengan status milik pribadi dan mayoritas tanaman kelapa sawit sudah berumur tua   rata – rata  28,85 tahun. Rata – rata produksi hasil usahatani kelapa sawit adalah 2.908 kg/bulan. Penerimaan berkisar antara Rp.1.015.800-2.686.400/Ha/Bulan dengan rata-rata penerimaan sebesar  Rp. 1.311.417/Ha/Bulan dengan biaya Produksi sebesar Rp. 528.832 /Ha/Bulan. Sedangkan total pendapatan berkisar antara Rp 300.913-2.189.206/Ha/Bulan dengan rata-rata pendapatan petani sebesar Rp. 782.585/Ha/Bulan. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Kelapa Sawit, Pasca umur Produktif

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not the mangrove crab seeker business Desa Pasar Ngalam Kecamatan Air Periukan Kabupaten of Seluma regency is profitable. The method used in this research was the census, and questionnaire was used as instrument to retrieve data. On the other hand, 19 mangrove crabs seekers as respondents of the study.  The results of analysis indicate that the average income earned by the mangrove crab seeker Desa Pasar Ngalam Kecamatan Air Periukan Kabupaten Seluma Regency is about Rp. 274.966, 20 per month

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal and external environment of Bulog rice marketing in Jambi City, to describe the marketing strategy of Bulog rice at the company level, and also to describe the 4 major strategies in Bulog rice marketing in Jambi City. This research was conducted at Perum Bulog, Jambi City in August 2019. The research used   a quality and quantitative data. The type of data based on the measuring scale was is ordinal data and the data type  based on time was it  cross section data. The data collected in this study came from primary  and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively both quantitatively and qualitatively. The processing and analysis methods used were strategic management and marketing approaches by considering the changes of internal and external factors. Based on the IE(Internal External) matrix the results of the study show that the position of the marketing strategy at the company level was in cell III position because the total average IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) was 1.6974 and the total average EFE (External Factor Evaluation)  was 3.045, this indicates that Bulog must survive and maintain.

Abstract

The study aims to get an idea of the productivity of palm harvesting workers at PT.Kaswari Unggul in Rantau Karya Village Geragai District Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, Which describes the age, number of family dependents, tenure, mileage, wages and premiums in PT.Kaswari Unggul and how these factors affect the productivity of palm harvesting workers. The analysis method used was a descriptive analysis method by distributing questionnaire in the field, while secondary data was obtained from companies associated with research activitiesTo test the influence of factors affecting productivity in harvesting work using linear regression analysis methods, Then the method is carried out which includes hypothesis testing, f test, t test, coefficient of determination analysis (R2) and to analyze data using SPSS statistics 20. Software the total sample in the study were 33 harvesters. Based on the results of the research obtained it can be concluded that the productivity of harvesters on average per month is 1.010,33 kg. Significant factors affecting harvester productivity are premium factors (x6), while the factors that do not significantly affect harvester productivity are age (x1) number of family dependents (x2),tenure (x3), mileage (x4), wages (x5)Keywords: productivity, harvesting workers, palm
