Abstract

The general objective of this research was to describe the implementation of the supervision of the teaching by the head of in Public High School  1 Putri Hijau. This study is descriptive study. Subjects consisted of principals, teachers, and student. Data collection techniques are interview, documentation and observation.The results of this study show that: the work program supervision of teaching principals at Public High School  1 Putri Hijau, already has a draft for one year and redefined in the next year, engineering supervision of the implementation of the teaching of the Public High School 1 Putri Hijau carried out by an indirect approach and in Public High School 1 Putri Hijau carried out with the direct approach, and already  good family relationships among teachers

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the planning implementation, evaluation and following up the Academic Supervision of principals. The method ofthis research was a describtive qualitatif study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of achievement of the objectives of the program supervisor SD/M in the Education Department Rejang Lebong I. This study is the evaluation of the model Goal Oriented Approach By Ralph Winfred Tyler. The results of that study; the achievement of program goals still need to be improved both the supervisors, teachers, and the Department of Education; many supervisors do not meet the qualification standards PERMENPAN No. 14 of 2016 on school superintendent; unavailability of facilities and infrastructure to support the regulatory tasks; the ability of supervisors draw up programs and monitoring reports either category; intensity control is not optimal target schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analysic the corelation between  organization culture,  work stress and teacher performance. The reseach research were teachers i of senior high school No 1 Ulok Kupai. Samples were taken  35  teachers from senior high school. The data were  analysed with descriptive statistic inferensial and technique. Result of the research show that: (1)the is positive and significan corelation between organization culture  of teacher performance.(2)the is  positive and significan corelation between works stress of teacher performance. (3)there is positive and significan corelation between organization culture and work stress  of  teacher performance. To improve teachers quality, education and tranning is necessary

Abstract

In relation to the duties and functions of the principal who wants to move its educators to do his job to be able to motivate the partners so they will focus all his energy and attention to achieve a predetermined result. Principals should really establish active communication and at any time conduct an evaluation of the teaching task that has been done by the teacher. This can be reflected in the view of the pattern of the leadership shown by the principal to partners. Implementation of the teachers in this study, it was found a positive influence on the creation of teacher motivation in learning activities, It is characterized by a significant increase in each cycle, the first cycle of 37.5% and the second cycle increased to 81,25%. This demonstrates the successful implementation of the principal to implement the visionary leadership of the teacher.
