This study aimed to describe the management of thematic learning in developing spiritual attitudes related to learning design, implementation and evaluation of learning spiritual attitude in class III B Elementary school number 09 Bengkulu City. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by means of data reduction, data display, and verification. Furthermore, to test the validity of the data used extension of observation, improve endurance, triangulation techniques, and check. In this study concluded that 1) Design / thematic lesson planning done by teachers using the syllabus and lesson plans. 2) Implementation of learning is already visible management spiritual attitude. Preliminary activities through reading prayers. Core activities through the implementation of learning that teachers can use to associate the material in accordance with the management of spiritual attitudes, and activities such as closing prayer after completion of learning. 3) Evaluation of management of spiritual attitudes of teachers conducted in a way to make observations on the spiritual attitude of students daily from early learning to finish. Evaluation of teachers carried out using observation without special note.

The purpose of this research is to (a) determine the factors that cause students to be underachiever; (b) determine factors that cause students are not embedded character of value learned; (c) know character planting and improvement strategies of underachiever students learning achievement to the extent that they should achieve through hear, see and do (HSD) approach, structure knowledge and CTL. Action research approach was conducted in research. There are two results of this study. Fistly the lack of caring and understanding to students and the lack of lecturers and parents knowledge on how to guide, care and let students learn addressing the root causes of student to be underachiever. Secondly, learning achievement and character values of the subject will be more improved and internalized into the underachiever students if the HSD, and CTL approach is integrated applicated.

The objective of this research is to describe the Management of Guidance and Counseling at Senior High School number 1 Kepahiang. The method is used descriptive qualitative, the data was taken by doing an interview, observation, and documentations. The results of the research shows that: (a) the planning of guidance and Counseling to plan a variety of services which will be given to the students for the right target, (b) The organizing of guidance and Counseling is started by making the organization’s structure that aims for the counselors guidance at the implementation’s stage will know on their duty, (c) the implementating of guidance and Counseling is done based on the program, but there are some problems that cause the program can not implemented well, (d) the controlling of guuidance and Counseling is done by the principle, (e) evaluating is done to know the success of the implementation of the planned program.

The purpose of this study is generally to describe the implementation of supervision approach teaching with the directive, non-directive, and collaborative carried principals to teachers in Public Junior High School Number 13 Lubuklinggau. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were the source of reference data, the principal, vice curriculum, and teachers. The data collection technique used is through interview, observation and documentation. Step analysis of data through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification.

The objective of the study is to know about the management of chemist laboratory of SMA N2 South Bengkulu. The method of the study is descriptive qualitative. The objects are chemist teacher and the user of laboratory SMA N2 South Bengkulu. The techniques of the data are interview, observation and documentation study. The conclusion shows that: 1. the planning of the equipments of chemistry laboratory during this time do by arranges the draft what they need every year, 2. The amounts of the equipments is limited 3. The using of chemistry laboratory runs well. 4. The inventories of chemistry laboratory are procedurally. 5. The protection of chemistry laboratory is low because they do not have laborer. 6. The cleaning out of the equipments of the laboratory is not procedurally because the user has no knowledge about it.

The general objective of this study was to describe the teacher administration based on implementation of the 20113 curriculum by the principal at the public school in the city of Bengkulu. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Subjects were principals, teachers, homeroom, teachers, and students. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of data using qualitative techniques. The results showed the administration based teacher development curriculum in 2013 at SDN 1 implemented by reason of administrative requirements for teachers is one of the components that determine the quality of learning of teachers in implementing the curriculum in 2013. With the completion of the classroom teacher administration will be more focused, more organization, more integrated, and finally the teacher will make learning more effective and more efficient.

The Objective of this study is to describe Education financial management at Junior high School 2 lubuklinggau city. The study applied the descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this study are headmaster, treasures, teacher parents and school committee, Data Collection was use through interview, Observation, and decomentation through interview, Observation and documentation technigues. The result of study showed: (1) Finacial planning education created 1 year budget. (2) Implementation of the financing done by RAPBS and reported on a quarterly basis. (3) Monitoring and evaluation of education financing is done periodically.

The general objective of this study was to describe the implementation of strategic management in the development of teachers in the field of learning in Senior High School Purwodadi Musi Rawas Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects principal, vice principal areas of the curriculum, teachers, and supervisors. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research, the principal implementing strategic management in coaching teachers in the field of teaching with the intention that the problems of learning that teachers face daily in the implementation of PBM in the school does not drag that could result in the ineffectiveness of the learning outcomes achieved, so that students disadvantaged , With the coaching staff through the application of strategic management expected by the principal to have all the advantages that exist in each teacher can develop in a sustainable manner so well that makes the profession and their competencies are also well developed that will result directly affects the quality of the PBM and the quality of learning student at the school.

The problem of this research is how academic supervision of the principal in helping teacher to overcome teaching difficulty at junior high school number 1 south Bengkulu. The method of this research was qualitative.research. The data were taken by conducting by personal interview, observations and documentation study. The data analysis used qualitative technique. The result of this study showed that (1) most of the teachers who were supervised had been fulfill aspect in academic supervision (2) academic supervision of principal used non directive and collaborative approach (3) headmaster used individual and group technigue in academic supervision (4) steps in academic supervision had been done by the principal.

The purpose of this study is to describe generally the innovation of teachers work certificate educators in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Conclusions can be drawn from this research is the innovation of teachers working educators certificate in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu in performing learning tasks, planning a variety of learning methods and the use of multi media in learning. innovation of teachers working educators certificate in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu in coaching the students tried to prevent breaches of discipline than implementing punishment on students, innovation of teachers working educators certificate in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu in the running professions attempt to continue to pursue higher studies, seminars, workshops and training.
