Abstract

The objectiveof this research is to describe the management of clinical supervision at Junior High School Number 1 Talang Empat. The subject of the research were principal, teachers and supervisor. The data collected thorught observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis qualitative used the analysis of Milles and Huberman. The results generally show that the principal has been trying implementation of clinical supervision in improving the performance of teacher teaching at Junior High School Number 1 Talang Empat.

Abstract

The Islamic Elementary School (MIN) Dusun Curup is one of private Islamic elementary school that has central of excellence-oriented in implementing quality of learning program. In this program, it doesn’ only develop the student intelligence but also develop emotional aspect, sosial aspect, and spiritual aspect. Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe the management of forth level leadership training at Education and Training Center of Lubuklinggau City. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitatif. The technique of collecting the data through interview, observations and documentation. The result of the research show that the the management of forth level leadership training at Education and Training Center of Lubuklinggau City implemented with the goal of building the civil servants’ operational leadership competencies who will or who have occupied echelon IV. The capability is the ability to plan the agency's activities and lead the implementation of these activities. that the the management of forth level leadership training at Education and Training Center of Lubuklinggau City has managed by structural trainning sector and the division head of leadership training as a tecnical implementation of the activities.

Abstract

Generally, RPP is not in accordance with the standards and has not complied with the rules of preparation of the RPP. This happens due to the lack of ability of teachers to prepare lesson plans. Therefore, it needs continuous guidance conducted by the Principal in preparing the RPP and also to improve the ability of teachers. The method used is Action Research School with two (2) cycles. Data collection using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. At the initial conditions obtained average value of teachers' ability to grade 1, 2, 3 in preparing the RPP: 24.5, and Master Classes 4, 5, 6 in preparing the RPP: 22.7. In the first cycle obtained average value teachers' ability to Class 1, 2, 3 in preparing the RPP: 35.75 and Master Classes 4, 5, 6 in menyususn RPP: 35.66. In Cycle II obtained average value the ability of teachers 1, 2, 3 in preparing the RPP: 46, and the teacher 4, 5, 6 in preparing the RPP: 45.66.

Abstract

The  Objective of this study is to describe Education financial management at Junior high School 2 lubuklinggau city. The study applied the descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this study are headmaster, treasures, teacher parents and school committee, Data Collection was use through interview, Observation, and decomentation through interview, Observation and documentation technigues. The result of study showed: (1) Finacial planning education created 1 year budget. (2) Implementation of the financing done by RAPBS and reported on a quarterly basis. (3) Monitoring and  evaluation of education financing  is done periodically.
