Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the quality assurance management of the school library at Senior High School Number 2 Lubuklinggau. This study uses descriptive qualitativeresearch. Data collected by using interviews, observation and study documentation. Through this research note that the quality assurance management in the school library is being prepared by the school. Start of preparing a quality manual and quality policy of the school library management, work program and minimize the obstacles that arise in quality assurance management of the school library. The principal and head of the library is committed to creating quality assurance management of Senior High School Number 2 Lubuklinggau.Keywords: quality assurance, school library, management

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe a public elementary school leadership 06 Sindang Kelingi Rejang Lebong district. The method used qualitative descriptive study. Subjects were 06 public elementary school principal sindang Kelingi Rejang Lebong district. Data collection techniques in use is the interview, observation and documentation. The results show that the Elementary School Principal Leadership Negari 06 Sindang Kelingi Rejang Lebong using vision, style, approach, skills, and the role of school leadership.Keywords: principal, leadership

Abstract

This study includes learning management PAIKEM models in mathematics. The method used is a class action research. The subjects were students of class V MI Nurul Huda of Bengkulu. Data collection technique used tests, observation and documentation. Results of the study are: an increase in the average percentage of students' learning activities from 73.05% to 77.34%. Average increase learning outcomes of 66.65% with a percentage thoroughly studied classical 60.53% to 76.12% with the percentage of 81.58% complete classical learning. Teacher performance of the average value of 78.28 increased to 82.74. So it can be concluded that the learning management PAIKEM models can increase the activity and student learning outcomes and teacher performance in mathematics.Keywords: mathematics, PAIKEM, management

Abstract

The objective this research are describe: the principal's efforts in improving the professional competence of teachers, how does the professional competence of teachers, the factors that support and hinder principals in improving the professional competence of teachers. This research use the method of documentation. Results of this study was the teacher can be professional if: discipline, create an atmosphere of learning better, conduct training or seminar, addition of teach hours. Abstract

The purpose of this study to know class management class teacher at SDN 02 between East and SDIT Robby Curup Roddyah Curup to improve classroom management and to know the ratio of classroom management are applied at the two schools. The method used is comparative. Data collected by observation, interview and documentation. Results of research concluded that management class SDIT Robby Roddyah Curup not just a primary school that prepares students to be able to continue the higher level but also prioritize moral and religious elementary schoolstudents than East Curup 02 which is usual that prioritize primary school curriculum set by education authorities.Keyword: management classes, methods, comparison
