ABSTRACTHeliconia ‘Sexy Pink’ has beautiful bright pink colour and big size of bractea. The quality of Heliconia ‘Sexy Pink’ as tropical cut flower can be maintained with appropriate post-harvest treatments. One of the post-harvest technology that can be applied is the use of disinfectant and 1- Methylcyclopropene (1-MCP). The objective of the study was to prolong the vase life of Heliconia ‘Sexy Pink’ using disinfectant and 1-MCP, and to determine the optimum concentration of disinfectant (active compound: sodium hyphoclorite-NaClO) and 1-MCP applied separately or in combination. This study used factorial randomized complete block design with two factors and ten replications. The first factor was concentration of disinfectant (NaClO) i.e 0% (A0), 0.5% (A1), 1.0% (A2) and 1.5% (A3). The second factor was 1-MCP i.e 0 ppm (B0), 0.003 ppm (B1), 0.004 ppm (B2) and 0.005 ppm (B3). The results showed that optimum 1-MCP concentration for maintaining the vase life of Heliconia 'Sexy Pink' cut flowers by 30% from total amount of bractea blackened variables was 0.005 ppm; This 1-MCP concentration kept the vase life for 6.2 days. Vase life of Heliconia 'Sexy Pink' cut flower with the combination treatment without disinfectant and 1-MCP concentration of 0-0.005 ppm based on hedonic test by panelists still preferably up to 8 days. Hedonic test criteria is recommended to indicate the vase life of Heliconia 'Sexy Pink' cut flower. The addition of the disinfectant is not advisable to maintain the vase life of Heliconia 'Sexy Pink' cut flower.Key words: 1-methylcylopropen, Heliconia, NaClO, tropical cut flower, vase lifeABSTRAKHeliconia "Sexy Pink" memiliki warna merah muda yang indah dengan ukuran besar dan rangkaian braktea cukup banyak. Kualitas bunga Heliconia "Sexy Pink" sebagai bunga potong tropis dapat dipertahankan kesegarannya dengan perlakuan aplikasi pascapanen yang tepat. Salah satu teknologi pasca panen yang dapat digunakan ialah aplikasi bahan kimia berupa disinfektan dan 1- Methylcyclopropene (1-MCP). Penelitian ini bertujuan mempertahankan vase life bunga potong Heliconia "Sexy Pink" menggunakan disinfektan (bahan aktif: sodium hipoklorit-NaClO) dan 1- MCP. Penelitian ini mengggunakan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak (RKLT) faktorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi disinfektan (NaClO): 0% (A0), 0.5% (A1), 1.0% (A2) dan 1.5% (A3). Faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi 1-MCP: 0 ppm (B0), 0.003 ppm (B1), 0.004 ppm (B2) dan 0.005 ppm (B3), sehingga terdapat 16 kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang 10 kali. Setiap satuan percobaan terdiri atas 1 tangkai bunga, sehingga terdapat 160 tangkai bunga Heliconia "Sexy Pink". Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi 1-MCP yang optimum untuk mempertahankan vase life bunga potong Heliconia "Sexy Pink" berdasarkan peubah 30% braktea menghitam adalah 0.005 ppm; konsentrasi ini dapat memperpanjang masa segar bunga selama 6.20 hari. Vase life bunga potong Heliconia "Sexy Pink" dengan kombinasi perlakukan tanpa disinfektan dan konsentrasi 1-MCP 0-0.005 ppm berdasarkan uji hedonik masih disukai panelis hingga 8 hari. Kriteria uji hedonik lebih direkomendasikan untuk menunjukkan vase life bunga potong Heliconia "Sexy Pink". Penambahan disinfektan tidak disarankan untuk mempertahankan vase life bunga potong Heliconia "Sexy Pink".Kata kunci: 1-methylcylopropene, bunga tropis, Heliconia, NaClO, vase life

This paper aims to evaluate the implementation of the Maritime Security Policy in Indonesia. While the issues of maritime security vary, this paper focuses only on three issues in maritime security, which include maritime delimitation, Illegal Unreported, and Unregulated (IUU Fishing) and Piracy. It is argued that IUU Fishing as well as piracy and any other maritime security threats emerged due to unclear maritime delimitation. Indonesia is the biggest archipelagic state in the world neighboring by ten coastal states, which each of them needs clear maritime delimitation. While Indonesia has done much in fixing its maritime delimitation, yet much remains to be done. Furthermore, while a various international legal framework has been established relating to IUU Fishing, unfortunately, national laws concerning IUU Fishing still recall for never-ending debates. Similar to this, national laws in piracy are still out of date since such laws still regulated under Criminal Laws Code/ Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP), which was adopted from Dutch laws many decades ago. Such conditions lead to insufficient policy implementation. This paper adopts a qualitative research method. Data collected from relevant informants and will be analyzed using policy implementation theory. It is submitted that in ensuring policy implementation, existing policies relating to maritime security, especially IUU Fishing as well as piracy needs to be revisited and revised to be in accordance with international policies and legal framework.

This community service was aimed to help those disabled children in Al-Rifdah orphanage, started on April 2018, based on the previous assessement, the appropriate method is repetition. Seven children were intensively taught by using flashcard, scrambled word, and other media. The children were able to follow the instruction, able to read word and sentence. Face to face interaction and private atmosphere is a need by repetition, helped by gesture, twice in week. That was why, one tutor handled one child. However, the need for those children is not only indicated by letters recognition, or follow the instruction, but engaging communication is also a need for them. Gradually, this treatment can also help them to co communication, but of course time which is needed ismuch longer than those ordinary people. This article discusses preaching communication through senior nasyid / qasidah music at Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic Boarding School. Religion and culture in Indonesia, when viewed from the context of Islam that is developing and living in the archipelago has become a symbiotic relationship. In order for people to understand religion, methods are needed that can be used by religion that can be easily resolved by the community. Da'wah that is done in a contemporary style will be more easily accepted, one of them with music that contains lyrics of advice or propaganda. Music is used as a means of delivering da'wah in the pantura area (north coast) specifically and Indonesian society in general because Prof. Dr. KH. Abdul Ghofur takes care of the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School there needs to be new innovations in preaching in this modern era, as well as launching Mbah Kanjeng Sunan Drajat's footsteps using senior music as a means of spreading Islam in the north last year. Abstract : Domestic Violence is an act of violence against women and violence in a family or marriage relationship. One argument that is often used, as the legitimacy and justification in the domestic violence is the Islamic teaching; it is especially the interpretation of verses of the Qur'an that present gender bias and discrimination against women. Therefore, reorientation and retraining of interpretation according to the nature of these teachings that are applicable and adaptive to changes in time and age are needed, without being followed by an interest or a particular interest.The straighten of interpretation would require honestyÂ and sincerity of all parties. Thus, the followers of the teachings of Islam and spreaders will not be stucked in an explicit sense without understanding the meaning of the lines. Abstrak : Kekerasan domestik adalah tindak kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan kekerasan dalam hubungan keluarga atau pernikahan. Salah satu argumen yang sering digunakan, sebagai legitimasi dan justifikasi dalam kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah ajaran Islam ; hal ini terutama penafsiran ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang hadir seringkali bias gender dan mendiskriminasi perempuan. Oleh karena itu, perlu reorientasi dan penafsiran kembali yang sesuai dengan sifat dari ajaran-ajaran yang berlaku dan adaptif terhadap perubahan situasi dan kondisi yang ada,Â tanpa diikuti oleh kepentingan dan kebutuhan yang terjadi. Penafsiran membutuhkan kejujuran dan ketulusan dari semua pihak . Dengan demikian, para pengikut ajaran Islam tidak akan kaku dan selalu responsif dengan memahami semua perubahan sosial yang ada dengan selalu konsisten dan eksplisit pada nilai dan garis-garis yang telah diajarkan.Â

Masa anak usia dini merupakan masa keemasan karena pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada masa ini berlangsung sangat singkat dan peka terhadap lingkungan.Sarapan merupakan pasokan energi untuk otak yang paling baik agar dapat berkonsentrasi di sekolah. Jadi nutrisi memiliki peran penting dalam tingkat konsentrasi dan daya tangkap anak belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada anak-anak kelompok B usia 5-6 tahun di RA. Hidayatul Muta’alimin sebanyak 25 anak. Menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan data adalah dengan menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner atau angket. Analisisi data menggunakan program SPSS versi 20 dengan melakukan Uji normalitas data menggunakan Kolmogorv-Smirnov dan Uji Linieritas menggunakan Anova Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data yang diperoleh berdistribusi normal dilihat dari nilai p=0,202 dan p=0,407 dimana dikatakan normal apabila p>0,05. Uji Linier dimana p=0,403 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel sarapan dan daya tangkap anak linier. Untu uji korelasi dapat dilihat hasil korelasi sebesar 0,961 dengan nilai sig.0,001 (,0,05) menunjukkan adanya korelasi atau hubungan positif dan signifikan antara sarapan dengan daya tangkap anak.

Ibn Khaldun was one of the leaders of Islamic education. His ideas of education were contained in his book of al-Muqaddimah. Ibn Khaldun's thought embodied in the concepts of education is still up to date until today. These concepts include: human resources, the formulation of educational objectives, educational objectives of the idealist to realist, the education aspect of the whole person: perfect man, akhlakul karimah. Ibn Khaldun, as modern education warned educators not to use violence against their students in theÂ educational process. It is expected that in the learning process there should be interactive relationship between educators and students to achieve educational goals.
