Masyarakat Telematika Dan Informasi : Jurnal Penelitian Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasii adalah jurnal yang memuat makalah ilmiah bidang penelitian informatika dan informasi. Jurnal ini di terbitkan oleh Puslitbang Aptika dan IKP, Badan Litbang SDM, Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika RI. Volume pertama Vol.1 No.1 Jurnal Masyarakat Telematia dan Informasi ini terbit pada tahun 2010. sampai dengan sekarang setiap terbitan memuat enam makalah ilmiah dari bidang Informatika dan Ilmu Komunikasi Sosial . Pada Edisi tahun 2016 Jurnal Masyarakat Telematika dan Informasi memfokuskan penerbitan pada naskah ilmiah di bidang teknologi informatika. Meskipun fokus jurnal Masyarakat Telematika dan Informasi mengedepankan bidang keilmuan teknik informatika , pembaca mungkin akan tetap menemukan beberapa naskah ilmiah yang terdiri dari bidang ilmu komunikasi dan sosial pada halaman back issue mulai edisi vol.1 no.1 tahun 2010 sampai dengan vol.6 no.2 tahun 2015.

Abstract

This article is a part of the study Effectiveness of Information Dissemination for Disaster area, and conducted by Research and Development APTEL SKDI years 2009. The area of South Jakarta Bukit Duri in this case study because it is unique. Residents location of Bukit Duri on the banks of ci/iwung rivers. Despite living near in the middle of metropolis almost no information as expected. The level of awareness of hygiene and environmental regulation is relatively low. The results of this study indicate that the information flood is still required, is considered important as a guide to the locals knowledge. They understand not only formally, but also read symbols and natural phenomena. While the most dominant search and distribute information on flood disaster is television. In addition to interpersonal media are also personal because it has a closeness with the people of Bukit Duri.

Abstract

"Community nowadays, demand a higher quality of education in Indonesia, it is a challenge for non-formal education executant. Utilization of the Internet as a learning resource on equivalency education program in the Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB), is one of the changes made in the counterbalance to date. A Safe and Healthy use of the Internet as a learning resource is expected to assist in improving the quality of learning in the SKB, in order to create graduates who can compete (at least close to) with the graduates of formal schooling. "

Abstract

This study analyzes the content of the mass media on female politician and their political activisims in Indonesia. Since the movement to fight for the 30% quota of female in the legislature, the women activity in the political space of this country becomes so rife. Number of women in parliament of national and local level has increased significantly. Further the women who were elected as the head of the region (Governors, Mayors and Regents) and deputy head of the region in Indonesia are also experiencing significant growth. The issue is whether this progress was followed by public support, including the supportive mass media? Hence, this research was conducted to answer the problem formulation: Do female politicians in Indonesia and their political activism getting supportive reports? How mass media represents female politicians? What are constructs of language and symbols manufactured by the media related to the existence of female politicians and female political activism? By using the perspective of media cultural studies, this study uses textual analysis method (text message and visual) covered and described the women politicians in Indonesia. Textual analysis is applied on the news and articles published by some online news media during the year 2011, associated with female politicians and political activism. Results of this study suggest that female politicians still represented stereotypically associated with femininity and its position in the domestic sphere. Vision and political orientation of female politicians have not received significant attention from the media

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of GPOBA assistance relief which is an output based aid. The regional assistance of GPOBA relief covered Lampung Province, West Java Province and Banten Province. The aid of telecommunication assistance was a catalyst from the World Bank and Ministry of Communication and Informatics in order to reduce gap of information between urban and rural communities. Aid relief applied in several stage accordance with the results of output that have been done before. This study use a qualitative approach and then analyzed descriptively. Secondary data collection obtained from Report Preparation Section on General Secretary of Directorate Application Informatics and conduct interview with managerial staff of GPOBA program and data literature. Research results found that in general GPOBA program has done well despite some problem that still occured in several operated internet café. There are several constraint that associated with technical difficulties of ICT equipment, location placement and managerial of village internet café.

Abstract

This article focused on how to answer the intense of new media’s marketing communication strategy in Serambi Botani. The combine of new media marketing communication with conventional marketing communication strategy, which used by Serambi Botani, is the development of the new marketing communication strategy. This study used a qualitative approach and the results show us some facts. First, the consumer of Serambi Botani’s products is dominated by women. Tthis study also found that there was a change on their consumer behavior, which is on the reach of consumers. Usually, Serambi Botani’s consumers are local communities, but when Serambi Botani used new media on their marketing communication strategy the reach number of consumers increased to global and local customers. It also has implications to the increased number of product sales. This new consumer behavior can be used as a new marketing communication strategy on Serambi Botani.

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar (disingkat SD) adalah jenjang paling dasar pada pendidikan formal di Indonesia. Kebutuhan akan informasi mengenai Sekolah Dasar pada kota Makassar sangatlah tinggi utamanya ketika memasuki tahun ajaran baru, karena banyak orang tua yang ingin mendaftarkan anak mereka ke jenjang Sekolah Dasar. Namun, informasi mengenai keberadaan Sekolah Dasar yang ada di Makassar masih kurang dan sulit diakses, baik itu informasi mengenai lokasi sekolah maupun informasi lainnya terkait sekolah tersebut. Oleh karena itu, adanya sistem informasi geografis penyebaran Sekolah Dasar di kota Makassar menjadi penting. Metode atau teknologi yang digunakan dalam sistem informasi ini adalah Google Maps API, berupa piranti tambahan yang dapat terintegrasikan pada perangkat mobile. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem yang terintegrasi pada perangkat mobile mapping menggunakan teknologi google maps API dapat membantu dan memudahkan para orang tua calon siswa Sekolah Dasar untuk mendapatkan informasi lokasi serta informasi lainnya terkait Sekolah Dasar yang ada di kota Makassar.

Abstract

Literacy level of Information and Communications Technology in society at the city of Makassar can be categorize as pretty good/high, because according from three ICTs media that had been researched which are, Computer, Internet, and cell phone, all of them had been used by most of respondents. The used of cell phone are the highest, followed by computer and Internet. The purposes of using ICT are to make it easier for communicating, working and acquiring information. This result will really help to succeed the process of City Governments program to make Makassar became a Cyber City.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the capital of South Borneo and Central Borneo to describe about peoples appreciation to the policy of cyberporn blocking. The research was conducted with quantitative survey method. The results illustrate that the most of people have positive appreciation to the the policy, because they think the policy is able to reduce the negative effects of pornography, however most of them do not know about the policy. They think the widespread of cyberporn because the lack of monitoring and enforcement to cyberporn. So the Ministry of communication and information need more intensive socialization and control the cyberporn.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a study using a computer program called by the name of CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction). By using the main software Macromedia Authorware and several other supporting software, can produce products with quality picture and sound good. CAI can help students more motivated to learn in a fun way. This research method is the research development. This study begins with a needs analysis followed by the design, product development, implemented, then the product was evaluated and revised. Development Media Audio is a material that contains both theory and practice. CAI as a learning medium can support the learning process to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Development Media Audio is a demanding learning materials to produce instructional media such as audio programs. With an audio program produced more interesting because the material presented in the study is still in the form of an analog system. While the material is packaged in the form of learning package CAI has a digital recording system.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memiliki peran yang penting dalam kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Menyikapi agar masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan Internet secara aman dan bertanggung jawab, diperlukan acuan bagi perilaku yang aman dan bertanggung jawab dalam menggunakan teknologi informatika, sekaligus dapat menginformasikan tindakan-tindakan teknis seperti penyaringan dan pemantauan terhadap konten. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan makna secara menyeluruh visualisasi melalui makna denotasi, konotasi, hingga mitos iklan layanan masyarakat yang dibuat oleh Kementerian Komunikasi Informatika melalui pengungkapan tanda-tanda verbal dan non verbal. Representasi nilai edukasi yang sangat tercermin dalam iklan tersebut antara lain nilai disiplin dan bertanggung jawab.  Di dunia maya apapun yang diunduh maupun diunggah harus disiplin dan bertanggung jawab. Kemudian budaya mendampingi putra-putrinya dalam mengakses internet diperlukan juga agar anak-anak maupun remaja terkontrol dan terhindar dari pengaruh negatif.
