Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to evaluate the results of reforming agents in implementing the Case Reflection Discussion program. The method used is a pilot study method using a problem-solving approach—the results of the problem identification need to be optimized for the implementation of CRD. Problem-solving begins with the preparation of guidelines and SOPs on CRD. The performance of CRD was piloted in 4 rooms; the results of the progress evaluation obtained after participating in CRD were nurses stated that CRD helped increase knowledge, critical thinking skills, spurring work according to standards and as a solution in solving problems in service. In conclusion, the implementation of CRD requires support from hospital management in the form of structuring the system and providing motivation and facilities. The performance of CRD needs to be supported and carried out through tiered supervision from the team leader, head of the room to the head of the nursing field. Meanwhile, the pre-hypertension blood pressure of most school-age children of male and female gender with accompanying education is primary education. In conclusion, the description of respondents' characteristics during venous blood sampling on blood pressure in children is the majority of normal blood pressure with school-age children of male sex and companion education is primary education (SD-SMP). Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors of knowledge, pocket money, and the role of the media on the occurrence of KEK. This research method is an observational analytic study using a cross-sectional design (cross-sectional). The result of the analysis is that knowledge affects KEK with a T count of 4.134 and a significance value of 0.000. The role of the media does not affect the incidence of KEK, with a calculated T value of 0.166 and a significance of 0.868. In conclusion, pocket money affects KEK with a T count of 2.431 and a significance value of 0.016. With good knowledge and supported by students' financial conditions, students can determine a good diet and make their upper arm circumference exceed 23.5. The research method used is a scoping review where the author uses four databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, Proquest, and Science direct, from 2013 to 2021. The type of research sought uses cross-sectional and retrospective observational. The results showed that alternative, complementary therapies often used by breast cancer survivors were herbs, spiritual therapy, vitamin and mineral supplements, mind-body manipulative practices, and exercise. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between workload and work stress on nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative observational research with a descriptive method. The research sample was nurses in the inpatient room, totaling 31 people. The results showed that the most respondents in the high workload category were 19 respondents (61.3%), and in the high-stress level category were 16 respondents (51.6%) and a p-value of 0.029 (<0.05), so it can be concluded that there is the relationship between workload and nurse work stress with a positive correlation coefficient value. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between workload and nurse work stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Nurse

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors associated with the stigma against COVID-19 sufferers. The research design used an observational analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that the variables that were not associated with the stigma against COVID-19 sufferers were age (p=0.791), while the variables related to stigma against COVID-19 patients were gender (p=0.020), employment status (p=0, 0001), an education level (p=0.0001), knowledge level (p=0.0001), sources of information (p=0.0001), support from community leaders (p=0.0001), and support from health workers (p =0.0001). In conclusion, it is necessary to increase public knowledge, support community leaders, provide education about COVID-19 to the community, and be able to provide examples of good attitudes and behavior in treating COVID-19 sufferers and their families so that stigma does not occur again.
