This study aims to determine the impact of mindfulness on the families of patients with mental disorders. The method used in this study was a literature review. Articles were collected using the ScienceDirect, Scopus, and Garuda databases with mindfulness, caregiver, family, and mental illness. The inclusion criteria included articles published from 2018-2022. The study results in show that mindfulness interventions reduce stress and the burden on family life and improve quality of life, family acceptance, and coping in families who care for patients with mental disorders. Mindfulness intervention is a therapy used to regulate individual emotions to accept the unpleasant events they experience. In conclusion, mindfulness interventions can be a solution for dealing with families with physical and mental health problems caused by living with mentally ill patients. This study aims to produce paper-based forms that meet the needs of nurses in home care. The method is development research referring to the concept of the Technology Acceptance Model. The results of the analysis show the nurse's belief in the form: believes and feels its usefulness, thinks and feels the ease of use, has a positive attitude towards the form as evidenced by the appreciation conveyed, socialization and advocacy plans to professional organizations, great interest in using it in practice and actual positive behavior demonstrated by multiplying the forms, applying them in practice and using them at the puskesmas home visits. Practitioners expect improvements in column size, increased nursing care content, and standardization. In conclusion, the forms produced in this study can be accepted by independent practice nurses, are ready to be applied, and can be adapted into electronic systems. Nurses have felt its usefulness and ease of use and have continuously proven its use in practice. Keywords: Documentation, Forms, Acceptance, Independent Nursing Practice

This study aims to determine the effect of health education about preeclampsia with leaflet media and whether there is an increase in knowledge of pregnant women in the working area of the Parang Health Center. The research method used is quantitative research with a pre-experimental design. The results showed that the average pre-test was 11.6, and the post-test was 17.1. The results of the statistical test showed that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test of knowledge of pregnant women. There is an increase in knowledge after health education about preeclampsia. In conclusion, health education about preeclampsia influences leaflets media in the working area of the Parang Health Center. Keywords: Leaflets, Health Education, Knowledge, Preeclampsia

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of giving moringa leaf nanoparticles to changes in blood calcium levels and blood pressure in women of childbearing age with hypertension. The method used in this research is Quasi Experiment with Pretestâ€“Posttest With a Control Group design. The results showed that the average increase in calcium levels in the intervention group after treatment was 0.49, and in the control group was 0.18. The average decrease in diastolic blood pressure was 18.50 mmHg in the intervention group and 6.81 mmHg in the control group. The average reduction in systolic blood pressure was 16.19 mmHg in the intervention group and 6.00 mmHg in the control group. In conclusion, the administration of moringa leaf nanoparticles effectively increases blood calcium levels and reduces blood pressure in women of childbearing age with hypertension. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Professional Nursing Practice Model (MPKP) on customer satisfaction and job satisfaction of nurses at RSU Royal Prima Medan. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that if the implementation of MPKP at RSU Royal Prima Medan went well, then 186 nurses felt fasting with a percentage of 88.6%. No nurses were dissatisfied, and if MPKP implementation at RSU Royal Prima Medan went wrong well, 15 nurses were satisfied with a rate of 7.1%. Nine nurses were disappointed, with a percentage of 4.3%. The results of the chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, there is a relationship between the implementation of the Professional Nursing Practice Model (MPKP) on the job satisfaction of nurses at RSU Royal Prima Medan. This study aims to determine the description of mental health in postnatal mothers. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. The results showed that the characteristics of the respondents, based on the age of the majority aged 20-35 years, were 73.8%, with high school/vocational school education of 54.8% and the status of housewives of 59.5%, married status of 97.6% with normal delivery as much as 54.8%, number of parity 2 as much as 52.4%. based on the results of the univariate test it was found that the majority of mothers experienced major depression as much as 64.3%. In conclusion, postnatal mothers in Gatak Village need special attention because the majority of postnatal mothers have severe mental health. Keywords: Mental Health, Post Natal

This study aims to determine the relationship between the duration of diabetes and cognitive function in patients with diabetes mellitus. The research method used is quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. The results showed that two respondents had diabetes mellitus <1 year and average cognitive experience, while four experienced cognitive impairment. Then those with diabetesâ‰¥ 1 year who experienced usual mental were three respondents, while those who experienced cognitive impairment were 58. Based on the results of the Spearman rho correlation test, it was found that the p-value was 0.028 <0.05. In conclusion, there is a relationship between diabetes mellitus duration and cognitive function in diabetes mellitus patients, with a weak correlation. This study aims to determine the relationship between blood glucose levels and cognitive function in patients with diabetes mellitus. The method used is a correlational analytic study using a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that respondents with high fasting blood sugar and normal cognitive were three, and those with high fasting blood sugar and cognitive impairment were 39. If the total was added up, 42 (62.68%) respondents had high fasting blood sugar. Based on the results of the chi-square test, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001 < (p-value 0.05). In conclusion, a relationship exists between blood glucose levels and cognitive function in diabetes mellitus patients. Keywords: Diabetes Mellitus, Cognitive Function, Blood Glucose Level

This study aims to identify and analyze the effectiveness of weight bearing in postoperative lower extremity fractures. The method used is to review the literature results by analyzing data systematically using a checklist of protocols and rules (PRISMA) and for the feasibility of the study results using the PICO framework. Search for articles using three online databases, namely Science Direct, Google scholar, and PubMed. The results showed that the five pieces discussed the impact of early weight bearing on postoperative lower extremity patients with discussions that had a positive effectâ€”withholding weight / early weight bearing results reducing the incidence of thromboembolic disease. Active movement can reduce joint stiffness, maintain muscle mass, and the ability to return to activities. In conclusion, early weight bearing can be used to increase muscle strength after surgery for lower extremity fracture. Keywords: Orthopedic surgery, Lower extremity fracture

This study aims to determine the effect of infant massage on the sleep quality of infants aged 1-12 months in Langa Village, Syamtalira Bayu District, North Aceh District. The research method was pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study found that 92% of mothers did not massage their babies, with the pre-test results for the quality of their baby's sleep in the "Enough" and "Not enough" conditions. After the baby massage treatment, 100% of the babies experienced an increase in sleep quality to a 100% "Good" state. The results of the bivariate test obtained a p-value = 0.000. In conclusion, infant massage affects the sleep quality of infants aged 1-12 months in Langa Village, Syamtalira Bayu District, and North Aceh District. Keywords: Babies, Sleep Quality, Baby Massage
