Abstract

This study aims to describe the mother's knowledge about self-massage for babies aged 0-12 months at the Semar Clinic, Hamadi Jayapura Village. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. The study's results described the mother's knowledge about self-massage for babies aged 0-12 months. As many as 17 people (56.7%) had good knowledge, 13 people (43.3%) had sufficient knowledge, and no respondents had less knowledge. In conclusion, the description of mothers' knowledge about infant massage independently at the Semar Clinic, Hamadi Jayapura Village, is mainly in the excellent knowledge category. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-care and blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes patients. This research method uses quantitative research with the analytic observational process with a cross-sectional approach. The study results showed a relationship between self-care and blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at Rumkital Dr. Midiyato Suratani, Tanjungpinang City, with the Chi-Square analysis test obtained a p-value of 0.002 (≤0.05). In conclusion, there is a relationship between self-care and blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at Rumkital Dr. Midiyato Suratani Tanjungpinang. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership training and job satisfaction of the head of space. This research method is quantitative research with a comparative causal design. The results showed that the majority of work before being given the leadership training intervention in the intervention group and the control group was low, namely 27 respondents (100%) in the intervention group with an average value of 50.07 and 27 respondents (100%) in the control group with an average value of 61, 11. Job satisfaction after being given the leadership training intervention in the high majority intervention group, namely 16 respondents (59.3%) with an average value of 72.30 pleasure, while without providing leadership training intervention in the low majority control group, namely 27 respondents with an average value of 61, 33 %. Based on the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank statistical test with significant job satisfaction (Z=-4.552, p=0.000). In short, there is an effect of leadership training on the job satisfaction of the head of space. Keywords: Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Training

Abstract

This study aims to explore nurses' experiences in improving formal education at X Lampung Selatan Hospital. The method used is a phenomenological qualitative research design using a descriptive approach. The research results show that there are five themes for nurses' experience, namely: 1) Understanding of the importance of formal education for nurses; 2) Support for nurses in continuing their studies; 3) Obstacles in increasing formal education; 4) Satisfaction with the manager's efforts to support education improvement; 5) Impact of formal education improvement program. In conclusion, the nursing staff development program must be a priority in efforts to improve service quality. The role and function of the nursing manager are significant so that formal education improvement programs can run well and in line with expectations. The need for managers to provide policies and planning related to improving formal education in the form of SK, Guidelines, Guidelines, SPO, and Programs. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tapid sponge administration on decreasing body temperature in toddlers (1-3 years) in the Melati Room at Majalengka Hospital in 2022. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The study's results showed that 27 children in the Melati Room at Majalengka Hospital experienced a decrease in body temperature, and one person experienced an increase in body temperature. The Wilcoxon signed ranks test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). In conclusion, tapid sponge administration has an effect on decreasing body temperature in toddlers (1-3 years) in the Melati Room of Majalengka Hospital in 2022. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent of the relationship between adversity intelligence and anxiety in postpartum mothers facing the new era of the COVID-19 endemic. The research method used is a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The study's results showed a negative correlation with a value of r = -0.3900, which means that the higher the adversity quotient, the lower the anxiety felt by postpartum mothers. Mothers who went through the postpartum period during the preparation for the COVID-19 endemic were in the intense anxiety range of 35%, although there were still those with the high anxiety of 11%. In conclusion, the adversity quotient is proven to affect the stress of mothers going through the postpartum period in the era of preparing for the endemic COVID-19. Abstract

This study aims to determine the therapies that can be used to reduce body image dissatisfaction in overweight adolescents. The research method used is scoping review through electronic databases Science Direct, Google Scholar, EBSCO, and Pubmed. The search results from several databases found eight articles that match the research criteria. Some of these articles show that Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Media Exposure Video Artificial Beauty, Long-Term Multidisciplinary Lifestyle Therapy, Gratitude Journals, and Self Affirmation affect reducing the level of body image dissatisfaction in adolescents who experience overweight. In conclusion, several effective therapies can be used to reduce mental health problems experienced by adolescents who are overweight. The target of this therapy is to reduce body image dissatisfaction in fat people so that it does not cause other mental health disorders that can threaten the person's life. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) on anxiety levels in older people in Gumpang Village. This study used the pre-experimental method with the type of pre-post test research in one group (one-group pre-post test design). The results of the Wilcoxon Rank Test showed that the mean value before Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) was 18.61. In contrast, the Wilcoxon signed ranks test showed hostile ranks or the difference in anxiety scores for older people in Gumpang Village was 87, meaning 87 elderly experienced decreased anxiety scores after Cognitive Behavior Therapy. In contrast, the mean rank or average decrease in anxiety is 44.00. Statistical test with the Wilcoxon Asymp sig test. (2-tailed) is 0.000 (p < 0.05). In conclusion, there is an effect of Cognitive Behavior Therapy on the level of anxiety in older people in Gumpang Village, to be precise at the Ngudi Waras Posyandu and the Panca Marga 4 Posyandu, Kartasura District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java Province. Abstract

This study aims to map community-based mental rehabilitation on the quality of life of ODGJ in primary care settings. This research method uses the Scoping Review research method. A literature search was done by searching Pubmed, Scopus, Ebsco, and Google Scholar. The search uses Severe Mental Illness (SMI), Community Based Rehabilitation, and Quality Of Life. The results showed that most community-based mental rehabilitation could improve the quality of life for ODGJ, including schizophrenic, schizoaffective, bipolar, and psychotic. This also affects the quality of life of families/caregivers. The types of rehabilitation provided include psychoeducation and social training, balancing everyday life (BEL), self-management programs, emotional management, instilling hope, mindfulness, progressive muscle relaxation, physical activity training, and peer support. In conclusion, the review results can help increase the capacity of mental health programs in the community. They can be effectively applied in developing community mental health rehabilitation therapy. Keywords: Quality of Life, Severe ODGJ, Community Rehabilitation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of animal protein cooking classes on mothers' upbringing in serving food for stunted children in the working area of the Cihaurbeuti Health Center. The method used is a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group with a pretest and posttest. The results showed that eight people aged less than 30 years were in the intervention group (38.1%). Then aged 35-40 years, there were eight people (38.1%), while from education, there were nine people with junior high school education (42.9 %), and 18 people worked as housewives (85.7%). In the control group, six people (30%) were less than 30 years old, then 6 (30%) were over 40 years old, while from education, ten people had junior high school education (50%), and 16 people worked as housewives—stairs (80%). The statistical results of the t-test showed an alpha of less than 0.05. In conclusion, cooking class, for example, an animal protein, affects a mother's upbringing in serving food for stunted children. Keywords: Cooking Class, Parenting, Animal Protein, Stunting
