Abstract

Abstrak, Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) Terhadap Tingkat Current Ratio (CR) Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2012. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2009-2012 berjumlah 137 perusahaan.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil dari pengujian hipotesis secara parsial atau uji t menjelaskan DIO berpengaruh terhadap CR perusahaan manufakturdi Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2012 sedangkan DSO dan DPO tidak berpengaruh terhadap CR perusahaan manufakturdi Bursa Efek Indonesiaperiode 2009-2012. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis secara simultan atau uji F bahwa DSO, DIO, dan DPO bepengaruh terhadap CR perusahaan manufakturdi Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2012. Hasil estimasi regresi menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen yang ada pada model regresi mampu menjelaskan 40,90% terhadap CR dan sisanya sebesar 59,10% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract, This reasearch aims to find empirical evidence about business strategies that directly influence the Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) and business strategies indirectly affect the Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) through agency cost as an intervening variable. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017. The sample of this research was taken by using purposive sampling method. The variable of this research consists of independent variables, namely the business strategy measured by the asset utilization efficiency (Warsini and Rossieta, 2013). The dependent variable, the Internet Financial Reporting (IFR), is measured by the Internet Disclosure Index (IDI) (Spanos and Mylonakis, 2006; Puspitaningrum and Atmini, 2012). Intervening variables, namely agency cost, are measured by ratio of operating expense divided by total sales per year (Ang, et al. 2000, Khan, et al. 2016). Control variables namely company size are measured by the natural logarithm of the company's total assets (Puspitaningrum and Atmini, 2012; Siagian, et al.2013). The results of this research find evidence that business strategies influence the Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) and Agency Cost mediate the influence of business strategies on Internet Financial Reporting (IFR).

Abstract

Abstract, One of the important dimensions in understanding performance concept in motivation dimension, where performance is the function of motivation and skill. Some literature stated there are two motivation on individual self, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Motivation formed from employee attitude in facing working situation in organization.The research method that used in this research is: 1) Based on the formulated research purpose, this research use level of explanation pattern, research that have purpose to explain posisition of factors that have been studied and correlation between one fctor to other factor. 2) Population and sample of the whole employee of Banjarmasin Religion Education and Training Bureau are 60 employees. 3) This research analysis uses double linear regression.The result of this research are: 1) the result of the test that have done to answer hypotesis I shows partially intrinsic motivation does not give significant effect to employee performance on Banjarmasin Religion Education and Training Bureau. 2) The test result shows there is significant effect on partial extrinsic motivation to employee on Banjarmasin Religion Education and Training Bureau. 3) The test result shows there is significant effect on simultaneous intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employye performance on Banjarmasin Religion Education and Training Bureau.

Abstract

Abstract, At the moment the website into one container business to sell products or services online, using website the company's target market will be more extensive. One company that follow the trend is Viu.com. Viu.com ventures streaming video service providers of entertainment Films and TV Series. This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction viu.com website by analyzing the gaps (gap) between the performance (perception) and interests (expectations). This research is quantitative descriptive by using WebQual 4.0 as dimensional approach usability, information quality, and service interaction. Data were analyzed using Importance-Performance Analysis. Respondents who studied amounted to 100 people by using purposive sampling technique.Research results are obtained as a whole there is a gap which is negative (-0.45). The greatest gap value is present on the dimension of the service interaction of (-0.62). From these results, it can be drawn the conclusion that the level of a quality perceived website cannot meet the level of quality expected by the user. There are also the attributes or indicators that became the focus of the improvements the company i.e. the appearance of the website, security of the personal data of the user, and the service received as promised.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the marketing mix carried out at UD Rahmani Sasirangan to increase sales turnover. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with sampling using incidental sampling, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics.The conclusion of this study is 4P in the marketing mix applied by UD Rahmani Sasirangan, that for the product variable as many as 85 respondents (87.63%) gave a disagreeing response that the sasirangan fabric had an attractive design and motif, and as many as 88 respondents (90,72 %) give a response that does not agree with the sasirangan fabric that has good quality. For the price variable, 81 respondents (83.50%) gave a disagreeing response that the sasirangan fabric was affordable for consumers, and as many as 71 respondents (73.20%) gave a disagreeable response if buying a certain amount would be given a discount. Whereas for the location / place variables as many as 56 respondents (57.73%) responded strongly agreeing that the location / place of UD Rahmani Sasirangan was easily accessible and found, and as many as 39 respondents (39.90%) gave responses disagreeing with the size of the store owned UD Rahmani Sasirangan is quite large. And then for the promotion variable as many as 55 respondents (56.70%) gave a disagreeing response with UD Rahmani Sasirangan once advertised their products, and as many as 81 respondents (83.50%) gave disagreeing responses with UD Rahmani Sasirangan using varied media in marketing the product.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to find out and analyze the factors that influence consumer behavior towards purchasing decisions of automatic Honda motorcycles. The population in this study were students of STIE Nasional Banjarmasin. The sample of this study was 60 people from the management department of class 2014. The method used to conduct this research is descriptive method. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis Partial test results (T test) of this study are 1). Cultural factors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of automatic Honda motorcycles. 2). Social factors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of automatic Honda motorcycles. 3). Personal factors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of automatic Honda motorcycles. 4). Psychological factors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of automatic Honda motorcycles. While the Simultaneous test results (F test) of this study are cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors have a significant effect on the purchase decision of automatic Honda motorcycles. The conclusion of the description described can be concluded that the results of the study show that the Cultural Factor variable has the greatest influence so that it is the most dominant variable in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract, This purpose of this study was to found whether effect Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) on the Return On Assets (ROA) within Otomotif company which registered in Indonesia Stock Echange Period 2012-2016. The research method used is a quantitative method by collecting data and then reprocessing it with the 16.00 version of the SPSS program. The sample drawn by purposive sampling and fulfill sample selection criterion. The results of this study show partially the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has an effect on Return on Assets, while the Current Ratio variable does not affect Return on Assets. Simultaneously shows that the variable Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio affect Return on Assets.

Abstract

Abstract, This article aims to (1) design an appropriate business model for a small business, (2) give an example of business model that may be can be applied to the same kind of business or other small businesses, (3) give a guidance to the owner and employee in daily operational activity.This aricle is based on the survey result at King Monster Fried Chicken Outlet (gerai), and survey at the area sorounded. It is also based on interview with the owner of the business and literature study. Having analysed all the data and information, and then try to describe what kind of business model would be appropriate for a small business.It can be concluded that a Canvas Businees Model is an appropriate business model for a small business.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to prove empirically the effect of work stress, motivation and compensation on the performance of employees of PT Telkom Telephone Central Phone Access (STO) 1 Centrum Banjarmasin Branch. The sample of this study amounted to 40 employees who were responded to with the help of the SPSS version 16.00 for windows software statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate H1 0.396 and H3 0.160 which means that the value is greater than 0.05, namely work stress and rejected compensation does not affect employee performance. Whereas, the results of the H2 study show 0.004 which means that the value is smaller than 0.05, that is, motivation is accepted to influence employee performance. In addition, H4 shows a significant value of 0.002 which means that the value is smaller than 0.05, which means that H4 is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that the motivation variable influences employee performance, while work stress variables and compensation do not affect employee performance. Simultaneously work stress, motivation and compensation affect employee performance. Suggestions for this research are expected in future studies to add other variables such as work environment, competence, leadership style and work discipline to get different results.

Abstract

Abstract, The objectives of this research are (1) to determine member satisfaction of ‘Madani’ Business Multipurpose Cooperation, Kotabaru based on the level of need and level of performance in the deminsions of direct evidence (tangible), reliability, responsiviness, assurance and empathy, (2) to determine which attributes belong to the main priority and maintained, or the excessive low priority, (3) to determine the width of the gap or gap between the importance and the performance of services. This type of this research was descriptive quantitative. In this research compared the level of need with the level of performace in producing satisfaction. Data were collected using questionnaires, and the samples of 121 cooperative members were selected by accidental sampling. Data analysis used IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and gap analysis. The analysis result of the suitability level of the lowest attributes of the service quality was responsiveness (responsiveness) with the attribute of quick responsiveness in responding to complaints/problems (87.71%), and the highest dimension was direct evidence (tangible) in the attributes of cleanliness and tidiness of office and employees (101.10%).
