Abstract, The purpose of this research examines the influence of corporate governance on corporate value with Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) as an intervening variable.This research is based on agency theory proposed by Jensen and Meckling (1976) that between agent (management) and principal (shareholders) there will always be information asymmetry and trigger agency cost. The independent variable of corporate governance is measured by Corporate Governance Index (CGI) (Siagian et.al 2013), intervening variable is Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) measured by Internet Disclosure Index (IDI) (Spanos and Mylonakis, 2006; Puspitaningrum and Atmini, 2012 ) and the dependent variable is firm value measured by price to book value (Siagian et.al 2013) and control variable that is firm size measured by natural total logarithm of company asset (Puspitaningrum and Atmini, 2012; Siagian, et al.2013). The research population is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016. The sample research using purposive sampling method. Statistical test tool uses path analysis. The results show that corporate governance directly affects the value of the company. However, the results of the testing of this study can not prove that Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) mediates the relationship between corporate governance on corporate value.

Abstract, This research aims to provide empirical evidence about the effect of awareness of paying taxes and knowledge of tax regulations on the willingness to pay taxes (case study of individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Banjarmasin). The population in this study Individual Taxpayers in the city of Banjarmasin amounted to 180,757. The sampling method used in this study is insidential sampling with the formula of Slovin formula totaling 400 samples. The results showed that awareness of paying taxes does not influence the willingness to pay taxes partially, the knowledge of taxation regulations has a partial effect on the willingness to pay taxes, and awareness of paying taxes and knowledge of tax regulations have simultaneous or simultaneous influence on the variable willingness to pay taxes.

Abstract, This research aims to determine whether there is influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees Disdukcapil Murung Raya District either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative research is a research model that requires the existence of the calculation of the numbers, while the approach used is a survey approach that is the research that takes samples from the population and use the questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The results of this research indicate that the variables of motivation and work discipline significantly influenced and changes in the direction of performance employees Disdukcapil Murung Raya regency. This means that if the level of influence of motivation and discipline perceived higher, then lead to higher performance as well.

Abstract, Individuals involved in the organization have many aspects that can contribute to the achievement of organizational goals that include different knowledge, experience, skills, personality, feelings and will and create those behaviors, which human behavior is learned in work environment and in carrying out their job duties. Humans are also studied in their interactions with their work, with their physical work environment, and with the social environment of their work which is a reciprocal and influencing relationship. However, employees are not always successful in acting out their role without causing trouble. This phenomenon can occur because employee issues can be caused by the situation and condition of the company or organization or institution. Conversely, corporate or institutional problems can also be caused by human behavior itself. Similarly, strengths, weaknesses and other things that exist in employees is a potential that will affect the performance. It is not only intellectually in terms of cognitive or control of the task (skill), but also the emotional intelligence that can affect its performance. Emotional Intelligence is an emotional skill that enables the individual to develop his emotional self-control, has courage and persistence, is able to show empathy so that he / she is able to relate to others well, as they will produce outstanding performance in the work.

Abstract, This research aimed to examine the independent variables which consist of, inflation rates, interest rates, and exchange rates affect the dependent variable, stock price of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk, both simultaneously and partially. The research was conducted by using the data from January 2012 to August 2015. This study used SPSS 22. The tests were using multiple linear regressions through the stages of classical assumption test simultaneous test F and partial T. The results showed that simultaneously the inflation rates, interest rates, and exchange rates significantly affect the stock price of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. While partially, the inflation rates negatively and significantly affect the stock price of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. The interest rates negatively and significantly affect the stock price of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. While the exchange rates positively affect the stock price of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk.

Abstract, The purpose of this study are : (1) To analyze and test the effect of partial compensation on employee performance; (2) To analyze and test the effect of work motivation partially on employee performance; (3) To analyze and test the effect of compensation and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Banjar Elektronika Television facilities. There are 26 respondents who have been selected as samples using the slovin formula and saturated sampling technique. Research method using survey mthod and research type is quantitative research. While the nature of this reserach including explanatory reserach (explanatory research). Methods of data collection using questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques using hypothesis testing using SPSSprogram IBM version 21. The results showed that compensation (X1) did not have a partial effect on employee performance at PT Banjar Elektronika means Television, work motivation (X2) has a partial influence at PT Elektronika means Television facilities an compensation (X1) dan work motivation (X2) has no effect simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT Banjar Elektronika Television.

Abstract, This research aims to examine the effect of tax sanctions and awareness of taxpayers on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building tax (PBB) in the city of Banjarmasin. The research population consisted of Land and Building Tax Obligations (PBB) in Banjarmasin City in 2017 data obtained from the Banjarmasin City Revenue Service (Dispenda) stated that it was obtained for 1 (one) year as many as 190,014 people. The research sample used in this study is Random Sampling. Sampling for this study uses the Slovin formula totaling 100 people. The results of this study indicate that partially the tax sanction variable affects taxpayer compliance, while the taxpayer's awareness variable does not affect taxpayer compliance. Simultaneously shows that the variables of tax sanctions and awareness of taxpayers affect taxpayer compliance. The R square determinant test results show the effect of tax sanctions and taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance by 76% which has a large influence while the remaining 24% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The conclusions of this study are that only independent tax sanction variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable of taxpayer compliance. While simultaneously independent variables of tax sanctions and awareness of taxpayers affect the dependent variable taxpayer compliance is due to tax sanctions and awareness of taxpayers is important information used in increasing taxpayers in paying land and building tax (PBB).

Abstract, The Objective of this research study is to examine the effect of attitude toward tax compliance on compliance pay local tax through the inttention to comply and to examine the effect of trust over government on compliance pay local tax through perception of justice. Data collected from questionnaire and analyzed with PLS-based SEM techniques with software SmartPLS version 2.0. The result of the analysis show both attitude toward tax compliance were found to be significantly on compliance pay local tax through the inttention to comply and the effect of trust over government also have a significant effect on compliance pay local tax through perception of justice.

Abstract, This research aims to know how big the influence of application of technical training principles toward the official work of Majene District Regional Secretariat Office. This research was ex post facto research. The sample of this research was the employee of Majene District Regional Secretariat Officewho participated the technical training which followed by 84 participants. The data was collected by using questionnaire and documentation. The questionnaire used for measuring the variable of application of technical training principles and the official work, while documentation used for advocating the research data. The data analysis technique used was prerequisite test analysis with linear test, and hypothesis test used was simple regression analysis. The research result indicated that application of technical training principles had positive influence and significant toward the official work and the influence was on the average category which shown by the similarity regression Y = 0,220X + 12,885 with the coefficient regression (rxy) was 0,840, coefficient determination (r2xy) was 0,705 and found thitung was 14,009 bigger than ttabel1,663. Based on the coefficient determination (r2xy) 0,705 which mean 70,5% the official work was influenced by education and training employee while the rest 29,5% was influenced by others variable which were not being researched in this study.

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to prove empirically the effect of net income and operating cash flow on the price of sahan on Food and Beverages Companies listed on the IDX for the 2012-2015 period. The object of the research was conducted on Food and Beverages companies listed on the IDX for the 2012-2015 period. The sample selection method used is purposive sampling and the selected sample is 10 companies multiplied by 4 years so that there are 40 company data. This study uses secondary data and is assisted by the SPSS version 16 statistical test tool. The results showed that H1 has a significant effect on stock prices (Y). This is evidenced by the results of t-count of -2.146 with a significance value of t (0.039) <0.05 and H2 does not significantly influence the stock price (Y). This is evidenced by the results of t-count 1.809 with a significance value of t (0.079)> 0.05. Simultaneously shows that H3 has no significant effect on stock prices (Y). This is evidenced by the F-count result of 2.679 with a significance value of F (0.082)> 0.05. The conclusion of the study shows that H3 simultaneously does not have an influence on stock prices because investors realize that stock prices are not only affected by net income and operating cash flow but also influenced by other factors.
