Dari tahun ke tahun jurnal ini tumbuh dan terus hadir hingga saat ini. Jurnal Dinamika Ekonomi mempunyai tujuan mengembangkan kajian ilmiah di bidang Akuntansi dan Manajemen. Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of Corporate Image to increase customer satisfaction at PT L’Oreal Indonesia Banjarmasin Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The study population was all customers who purchased L’Oreal products as many as 611 customers, with a total sample of 100 people taken randomly from the population. The results showed that PT L'Oreal Indonesia Banjarmasin Branch had not run an advertising strategy optimally, still did not implement public relations well, did not provide physical and non-physical identities to its products, word of mouth communication was quite effective and had not provided non-personal stimulation .

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research was to determine the role of work discipline in improving employee performance in the UPTD field section of Terminal KM 6 Banjarmasin at the Department of Transportation of South Kalimantan Province. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This research which is the subject is all employees of the UPTD field in Terminal Km 6 Banjarmasin, amounting to 25 people. The results of the study show that the Work Discipline of UPTD Employees in Banjarmasin Km 6 at the Transportation Service of South Kalimantan Province is still low, there are employees who are late to work, waste time in working out of office during working hours, and a culture of procrastination. There was an undisciplined employee in wearing uniforms according to his schedule. The cause of work discipline is still low because of lack of optimal supervision and the failure to run sanctions against employees who are guilty or violate rules and regulations. The role of work discipline in improving employee performance in the field, namely by improving the function of supervision and sanctions. In addition, in an effort to reduce, reduce or even eliminate the occurrence of disciplinary violations by civil servants, the strategy to achieve successful implementation of civil servant discipline includes increasing the development of civil servants, increasing organizational support, increasing leadership commitment, strengthening the work ethic and increasing expectations.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aimed to give empirical evidences about the effect of system and information quality to user satification of Inaportnet which listed in Office of First Class Harbour and Port Authority Banjarmasin. The independent variable was system quality and information quality. The dependent variable was user satisfication. The population in this study was 150 employees of 241 companies who used Inaportnet. The data collected from the output of questionnaires which gived to the respondents. The samples technique used purposive sampling with 150 employees as respondent. The research gived empirical evidences that system quality and information quality had effect to user satification partial and simoultantly.

Abstract

Abstract, Korean Restaurants that have been labeled halal are still few.For the city of Bandung one of them is Mujigae Resto. This study aims to find out and analyze halal, religiosity and purchasing decisions so that it is expected to attract consumers not only Muslims but also non-Muslims because of the guarantee of halal products. This research is a quantitative descriptive - causal study with an unknown number of Mujigae Resto Bandung populations. Respondents numbered 100 people taken by non-probability sampling technique type of accidental sampling and data analysis using path analysis. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that halal labels and purchasing decisions fall into the "good" category with a value range of 68% - 84%, while religiosity falls into the "very good" category. Halal labels have an influence on religiosity of 57.6%, but have no influence on purchasing decisions. While religiosity has an influence on purchasing decisions of 19,3%. The effect of halal labels on purchasing decisions through religiosity is 68,7% while the remaining 31,3% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to find out the problems of job stress that occurs in the Education Office of Banjarmasin City and to know what factors can lead to job stress and find a good solution to overcome the problems of job stress that occurred in the office. Data analysis techbiques used in this research is data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion.The results of the study indicate that there are problems related to job stress in the Education Office of Banjarmasin City, the problems such as many workload problems, conflicts among employees, problems related to information technology, public complaints about schools or students, teacher-related issues, and issues outside the organization such as family issues, although the problems do not occur to all respondents and informants, only a few who claim that the problems they experienced. Factors that lead to the occurrence ot these problems are, a lot of workload, lack of human resources, differences of opinion among colleagues, employees who have not been able to apply infomation technology, and lack of time in completing the work.

Abstract

Abstract,This research aimed to give empirical evidences about the difference perception between accounting student which had job experience and not had job experience. The variables in this study were expectation gap and auditor responsibilityThe population in this research was the accounting students in STIE Nasional Banjarmasin. The data collected from the output of questionnaires which gived to the respondents. The samples technique used purposive sampling with 52 samples.The research gived empirical evidences that there were no different between accounting student which had job experience and not had job experience about expectation gap but there were different between accounting student which had job experience and not had job experience about auditor responsibility.

Abstract

Abstract,This study aims to examine: (1) leadership style influences on employee performance Maju Makmur Company Banjarmasin, (2) commitment influences on employee performance MajuMakmur Company Banjarmasin and (3) leadership style and organizational commitment influence on employee performance Maju Makmur Company Banjarmasin. The study population is all employees in Maju Makmur Company Banjarmasin and the sample size is 84 respondents which data is analyzed using the Double Linear Regression.The results show 1) leadership style significantly influences on employee performance Maju Makmur Company Banjarmasin, 2) commitment significantly influences on employee performance Maju Makmur Company Banjarmasin and 3) leadership style and organizational commitment significantly influence on employee performance Maju Makmur Company Banjarmasin, this indicates that the leaders understand what can motivate their employees. In addition, commitment is the nature of employees’ loyalty to organization and is an ongoing process that expresses their attention to the organization and subsequent success.

Abstract

Abstract, This research empirically test and prove whether ROA, DTA and TATO effect on stock return on a property company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2011-2014. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Tools statistical tests used in this study were multiple linear regression through the program Stats Product and Service Solution (SPSS 16). The population in this research is a property company that is listed on the Stock Exchange Period 2011-2014 amounted to 49 companies. Samples in this study amounted to 31 companies selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data used in this research is financial statements and stock prices is through the 2011-2014 period www.idx.co.id sites; www.finance.yahoo.com and www.sahamok.com. The test results simultaneously stated that ROA, DTA and TATO has no effect on stock returns as evidenced by the F-count equal to 1.331 and the probability of 0.286. Partial test showed that ROA has no effect on stock returns is by t-test amounted to 1.437 and the probability of 0.163. DTA has no effect on stock returns is by t-test amounted to 0.223 and the probability of 0.825 and TATO has no effect on stock returns is by t-test amounted to 0.152 and the probability of 0.880. The conclusion of this study property company's financial statements have no effect on stock returns for the value of R square (R2) is only 13.3%.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aimed analyse the Influence of Labour Capacity of Jobholder to Position/Occupation Promotion of at PT. PLN (Persero) accurate by Area Banjarmasin. The labour capacity in the form of quality work, amount work, attitude work and reliability of either through simultan and parsial to promotion of jobholder position and also dominant variable among/between quality work the, amount work the, attitude work and reliability to promotion of jobholder position. Research population is jobholder of PT.PLN (Persero) Area Banjarmasin. Technique of withdrawal sampel use the method of purposive sampling. Sum up the sampel in this research is 53 jobholder. Research method used descriptive and verifikatif. Method analyse the data used in this research is doubled linear analysis regresi in the form of test kuesionoer that is test the validity and test the realibility and also test the hypothesizing that is test the F and test the T. The results found that the t-test the quality of work by 1,998 bigger than t table is 1,667, which means a significant effect on employment promotion. The quantity of work shows the t-count equal to 0.665 is smaller than t-table is 1,667, which means no significant effect on employment promotion. Work attitude shows the t-count of 1,148 is smaller than t-table is 1,667, which means no significant effect on employment promotion. Reliability indicates the t-count of 1,347 is smaller than t-table is 1,667, which means no significant effect on employment promotion. F-test results showed F count of 5,154 is greater than F of the table is 2,793.

Abstract

Abstrack, This research aimed to give empirical evidence about the Manager Style of Leadership and Monitoring of Control To Escalation of Commitment In Decision Making Of Motorbike Credit Approved (Case Study at PT.DELTA Abadisentosa). Population in this research were manager of PT. Delta of Abadisentosa Kalsel - Teng counted 47 people as samples. The Result give empirical evidenced that the manager style of leadership and monitoring of control have an effect to escalation of commitment in decision making of motorbike credit approved either partial or simultan.
