Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the human development index in Papua Province in 2006-2015. This research method uses descriptive quantitative analysis with eviews v.10. The population of this study is in 29 Regencies / Cities in Papua Province so that the sample in this study amounted to 290 samples obtained through secondary statistics from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS).The results showed that together the number of unemployment, poverty rate, gini ratio and total population effect on the human development index. The poverty rate negatively has a negative effect on the human development index. The number of unemployment and the gini ratio have a positive effect on the human development index. The total population does not effect on the human development index. The results of the study suggested that the government conduct several policies such as eliminating the gini ratio, controlling the population, reducing unemployment and poverty rate.

Abstract

The topics of this research is the disclosure of sustainability reports. The topics of this research is the disclosure of sustainability reports.This study aims to determine board of directors, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, profitability, and firm’s size on the sustainability report disclosure in manufacture companies listed in IDX period 2017. Sustainability report disclosure are measured by using indeks global reporting initiative (GRI). The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method, this totaling 85 companies. The data used in this research is secondary data. Analysis technique of data is multiple linear regression. The result showed that the independent board of commissioners, audit committee, and profitability does not influential positive on the extent of sustainability report whereas the board of directors and firm size has influential positive on the extent of sustainability report. The result of this study also showed that the companies expected to disclose the sustainability report through the meeting of the board of directors and do disclosure in accordance with index GRI.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to measure of Islamic Banking social (BUS) performance based on Islamic Social Reporting Index ( Index of ISR) Study at Islamic Banking (BUS) wich enlist in statistic Islamic 2016-2018. The sampel in this research are 12 Islamic Bank (BUS. Based on results of this research shows the average Islamic Bank socal performance in the 2016-2018 are four Islamc Bank have good predicate, six Islamic Bank have deficient predicate and two Islamic Bank have not good predicate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, price, promotion and location on sales turnover simultaneously and partially and also to find out which variable was the most dominant influence on sales turnover. The population of this study was all consumers of CV DNA Inspiration of Art Banjarmasin in 2015 until 2018. The sample was determined as many as 100 respondents with sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The data analysis method was carried out in a descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression, t test, F test and R2 (coefficient of determination) using SPSS version 25.0. Based on the results of the significance of the partial effect test results obtained that the independent variables namely the product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and location (X4) have a significant effect on sales turnover (Y). This is evidenced from the calculation of the t test in which the significance value is less than a (0.05). The significance of the joint effect test (simultaneous) shows that there is a significant influence between the product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and location (X4) to sales turnover (Y). This is evidenced from the calculation of the F test in which the F count is 139,849 with an F significance of 0,000 which is smaller than a (0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.866. This value indicates that the independent variable (product, price, promotion and location) can explain its effect on sales turnover of 86.6%. While the remaining 13.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model. Based on the regression analysis the most dominant variable affecting sales turnover is the product variable with a coefficient of 0.355. Suggestions from this research companies should be able to maintain or even improve product quality, prices can compete with other printing companies and provide discounts for agents or distributors by purchasing large quantities, companies should aggressively carry out promotions, this is due to the increasing number of similar companies by conducting promotions the good the c onsumer will increasingly use printing services and for the location is strategic and easy to reach, but needs to be done in terms of convenience for consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how the influence of company risk, audit quality and audit committee on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. Sampling in this research using purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this research used logistic regression. The results of this research found that company risk has a significant effect on tax avoidance while audit quality and audit committee have no significant effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of tax planning and deferred tax expense to earnings management that has not been proven empirically on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The sample drawn by purposive sampling and fulfill sample selection criteria. Method of data analysis using logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that the variable tax planning and deferred tax burden simultaneously have a significance value of 0.087 for Profit Management. Partially, tax planning has a significance of 0.043 and deferred tax expense has a significance of 0.675 to Profit Managemen.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to analyze the significant and simultaneous influence of E-service Quality & Perceived Value on Marketplace customer loyalty. The method used is a qualitative analytical method, in which the instrument or measuring instrument in this research is a questionnaire or questionnaire containing granules of questions to be responded by research respondents using a Likert scale. This research, it was found that the transaction and customer loyalty is not yet optimal at one of the Marketplace companies in Indonesia, especially in the city of Banjarmasin (in this case Tokopedia), which can be seen from the relatively fixed transaction data from 2017 to 2019 due to low customer loyalty. One effort that can be done so that transactions and customer loyalty can be improved is by improving the quality of E-Service Quality, especially in the dimensions that have the lowest value, namely delivery, so that the way of delivering information to customers and improvement of the Perceived Value variable in the quality functional value categories such as quality features more complete can be further improved.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research is to empirically prove the effect of compensation and internal control on employee performance at PT Autoservice Delta Niaga Banjarmasin. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The author distributes the questionnaire with the intended analysis unit is the employee of the company that the respondent is assigned to. The number of research samples were 35 employees. The statistical test tool uses the SPSS version 16 program. The results showed that compensation affected the performance of employees with a significant value of 0,000. Internal control affects employee performance with a significant value of 0.040. This shows that if compensation and high internal control can improve the performance of employees.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies that must be carried out to achieve the target of the sales of the rengginang UD Warna Warni Banjarmasin. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research subjects in this study amounted to 10 respondents. Data analysis technique used is to use SWOT analysis, namely by describing the internal environment and external environment which are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of UD Warna Warna Banjarmasin business. Based on the results of research from the internal side, the strength of rengginang UD Warna Warni Banjarmasin is greater than its weakness, the IFAS calculation results are 3.06 with the difference between strengths and weaknesses having a positive value of 0.27. While externally the opportunity is smaller than the threat, the EFAS calculation point is 2.97 with the difference between the opportunity and the threat has a negative value of -0.015. From the results of the SWOT calculation show that the business of UD Warna Warni Banjarmasin in quadrant II position, which indicates facing various threats, this company still has strengths from an internal perspective. The strategy that must be applied is to use power to take advantage of long-term opportunities by means of a product diversification strategy.
