Dari tahun ke tahun jurnal ini tumbuh dan terus hadir hingga saat ini. Jurnal Dinamika Ekonomi mempunyai tujuan mengembangkan kajian ilmiah di bidang Akuntansi dan Manajemen. Abstract

Abstrack, The research aim to analyze the influince quality of service to customer satisfaction at PT Bank Sinarmas KCP A. Yani Banjarmasin. Service quality in this research using tangible variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research method used is quantitative analysis, which connects service variables with customer satisfaction and types of respondents including validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test and the coefficient of determination. The results found in the tangible hypothesis test, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction of PT Bank Sinarmas KCP A. Yani Banjarmasin. The results of the reliability and responsiveness hypothesis test have a partial effect on customer satisfaction of PT Bank Sinarmas KCP A. Yani Banjarmasin. Hypothesis test results reliability variable dominant effect on customer satisfaction PT Bank Sinarmas KCP A. Yani Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Abstrack This research aims to find empirical evidence that democratic leadership style, organizational commitment and integrity influence the performance of auditors in the Representatives of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of South Kalimantan Province. This research method is a quantitative method. The population of this study was the BPKP South Kalimantan BPKP Representative numbering 90 people. The determination of the sample of this study uses saturated samples. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5% The results of this research find empirical evidence that democratic leadership style does not partially affect auditor performance, organizational commitment partially affects auditor performance and integrity does not partially affect auditor performance.

Abstract

Abstract, The research aims analyze promotions to increase revenue for mail and package products at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin. The method used is descriptive method. The research population was customers of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin in 2017, 1440 customer people. The research sample uses the Slovin formula to 100 customers. The conclusion of this research is the promotion of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin in increasing its customers so far not yet promoting the promotion of services to the maximum. The services offered to customers and companies have not yet optimized their marketing steps through promotion of service product sales

Abstract

Abstract, The research aims to prove empirically the influence of superiors' support, training and human resources on the use of regional financial accounting information systems on SKPD in Banjarmasin city government. The sample of research was 91 employees who were made respondents with the help of statistical test software SPSS version 22 for windows. The conclusion of this study is that the variable of superiors' support and training does not influence the use of regional financial accounting information systems in SKPD in Banjarmasin city government. While the human resource variables affect the use of regional financial accounting information systems in the SKPD in Banjarmasin city government.

Abstract

Abstract, The research aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial behavior, human resources, operations, marketing, and government policies on the performance of MSMEs in the city of Surabaya. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale with forty-three statements and for financial literacy variables also uses the Guttman scale with five questions. The sample used in this study were 108 MSME respondents, registered as assisted by the Surabaya Office of Cooperatives and Micro Business in 2018. Data is collected using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS application. The results of the analysis showed that the financial behavior of business owners and marketing had an effect on the performance of MSMEs in Surabaya, meaning that the better financial behavior of business owners and the better marketing can improve business performance.

Abstract

Abstract, PT Rosan Permai is a family company initiated and founded in 1972 on street Keboan Sikep Gedangan, Sidoarjo. Engaged in the field of transportation services, both ankle and trailer truck rental and in sugar cane plantations. PT Rosan Permai is the only company in Sidoarjo regency which is officially registered as a company engaged in the delivery of goods and suppliers of sugar cane at sugar factories in the East Java area. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of psychological climate on employee performance through job satisfaction on employees of PT Rosan Permai Sidoarjo. This research is a causality study with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a total of 44 respondents to employees of PT Rosan Permai Sidoarjo. The statistical analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of smartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study explain that the Psychological Climate has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Psychological Climate has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction mediates the influence of Psychological Climate on Employee Performance, but the results found that the Psychological Climate has a direct influence that is greater than the indirect effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract, The research objective is to determine the competitive strategy adopted by PT Neo Global Era (Gojek) Banjarmasin. The research population was all drivers gojek, with a sample of 31 people with randomly simple. Data obtained from interviews, questionnaires and observations, then analyzed using descriptive approaches. The results of this research indicate that the competitive strategy adopted by PT Neo Global Era (Gojek) Banjarmasin in maintaining and increasing the number of drivers is to provide assistance in the appeal process (if affected by sanctions), provide tranning (service and socialization of regulations) the results are less satisfying. Promotion of social media (FB and WA) results are less satisfying drivers, invitations to join or partner the results are satisfactory, making conversation groups the results are less satisfactory, Direction for smart work results do not yet exist, solicitation to consumers to fill gopay balance results are not satisfactory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of free cash flow and share ownership structure on debt policy in automotive and component companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 until 2017. The research method used is quantitative method by collecting data and then reprocessing it with the 22 version of the SPSS program. The sample drawn by purposive sampling and fulfill sample selection criterion. The results of the study show that free cash flow and managerial ownership has negative and insignificant effect on debt policy, while institutional ownership has negative and significant effect on debt policy. Simultaneously shows that free cash flow, managerial ownership and institutional ownership affect debt policy.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research are: a) To analyze the factors that can cause dissatisfaction (Hygiene Factors) and the factors that cause satisfaction (Motivator Factors) for Lecturers and STIMI Banjarmasin employees. b) Comparing factors that can cause dissatisfaction (Hygiene Factors) and factors that cause satisfaction (Motivator Factors) Lecturers and STIMI Banjarmasin employees. The population in this study were 30 people consisting of 15 teaching staff (lecturers) and 15 teaching staff (employees) at Banjarmasin STIMI. Conclusion of the results of the research using factor analysis: Variables included in the hygiene factor of the largest sequence of results for lecturers are: 1) Salary, 2) Safety, 3) Relationship with subordinates, 4) Working conditions, 5) Status, 6) personal life and 7) Supervision, while the work itself is included in the motivating factor. Variables included in the hygiene factor of the largest order of outcomes for employees are: 1) Salary, 2) Relationship with subordinates, 3) Personal life, and 4) Supervision. Whereas 1) Relationship with coworkers and 2) Leadership policy is included in the motivator factor.

Abstract

Abstract, The main objective in this research is to review and analyze (1) How much influence the cost of promotion on the sales volume of Bangkal Sasirangan Bunga products. The targets in this study include (1) Increasing the sales volume of Batik Sasirangan Bordir through promotion in accordance with the cost or budget that is owned. (2) Making guidelines for craftsmen or home industry players of Batik Sasirangan Bordir to increase sales volume. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which will try to find out the relationship between the cost of promotion with the sales volume of Sasirangan Embroidery Batik "Bunga Bangkal Sasirangan". Regression analysis is a statistical method that aims to see the direction of the relationship and the magnitude of influence between 2 or more variables in a linear form. Based on the results of R Square in the first regression = 0.198, it means that the magnitude of the ability of variable X namely the Cost of Promotion in explaining the volume of Batik Sasasangan border sales "Bunga Bangkal Sasirangan" by 19.8%, while for 80.2% the level of sales volume of Batik Sasasangan border "Bunga Bangkal Sasirangan" is explained by other variables outside the X variable. Sales volume of Bangkal Sasirangan Flower Products also often changes. Changes in sales volume are influenced by several factors, namely: Internal factors, which affect the sales volume of Bangkal Sasirangan Flowers, namely sales activities, distribution activities, promotional activities, quality or fashion, and determining the selling price of products. External factors that affect the volume of sales of Bangkal Sasirangan Flowers, for example, the purchasing power of consumers and people's tastes.
