Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study is to discuss how the influence of profitability on tax avoidance by using leverage as a mediating variable in oil and gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2019 is an important target to be clear and precise. The population of this research is 7 oil and gas companies that have been listed on the IDX since the 2017-2019 period as the main focus in conducting research. Researchers conducted research through descriptive analysis and then processed it with software SPSS. Tax avoidance as the dependent variable (Y) and profitability as the independent variable with leverage as the mediating variable. This research was conducted using the F test, T test, and Determination Test (R2). The results of this study find that profitability has no effect which shows significant results on tax avoidance, while leverage is inversely related to profitability, leverage has a significant effect on tax avoidance, also profitability itself proves that there is an effect that shows significant results on tax avoidance with using leverage as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to analyze how the product pricing strategy towards consumer and analyzed the product quality strategy towards consumer satisfaction at Hj. Enong Bakery Company Martapura. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research design. Sampling used in this study was to use the snowball sampling method. Sampling and measurements using the Isaac and Michael formula are samples of Hj. Enong amounted to 32 samples from 35 people in the total population of Hj. Enong Bakery customers and data collection techniques using questionnaires individually. The results of this research indicate the price of the product is in the medium category, which means the price of the product has an impact on customer satisfaction degree. The product price implementation was implemented quite well, from the many responses stating that it agreed to prove that the price given by the Cake Company Hj. Enong Bakery provides satisfaction to consumers, Product quality is in the medium category, which means product prices have an impact on customer satisfaction degree. Product quality is maintained well, it can be proven from the many responses that state that it agrees to the quality of the product, this proves the quality of the products provided by the Cake Company Hj. Enong Bakery provides satisfaction to consumers.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to re-examine the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions for motorbikes with scoopy type in Banjarmasin. The factors used are product quality, price perception, and brand image which are hypothesized to influence the purchase decision of a scoopy scooter. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS for window version 22 statistical program and hypothesis testing which is guided by if the P value <0.05 then the conclusion is Ha accepted and if P value> 0.05 then Ha is rejected. The results show that there is an influence positive product quality, price perception and brand image on purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to examine the variable Direct Evidence (Tangibles), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Assurance), and Empathy (Empaty), simultaneously affect the satisfaction of STIMI Banjarmasin students and test which factors are more dominant influence on satisfaction STIMI Banjarmasin students. Population of 572 students enrolled in the 2020 Porlap Dikti, Simple Random Sampling was taken as many as 100 STIMI Banjarmasin students. The statistical method used is multiple regression. The results showed that the regression results through the F test, Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy variables simultaneously / jointly affected the satisfaction of STIMI Banjamasin students. This is evidenced by looking at F count greater than F table (Fcount 6.784> F table 2.311) or p <0.05, so that Hypothesis I states that the factor (X1) Direct Evidence (Tangibles), Reliability (Reliability), (X2) Responsiveness, (X3) Assurance (X4) and Empathy (Empaty), (X5) simultaneously have a significant effect on Student Satisfaction (Y) declared acceptable. The results of regression through t test (partially), as proof of Hypothesis II That among the factors studied, factor (X2) Responsiveness has a more dominant influence on student satisfaction (Y). From the regression results through the t test (partially), obtained tcount Direct Evidence (Tangibles) (X1) = 3,538, Reliability (X2) = 1,181, tcount (X3) Responsiveness = 0.855, tcount (X4) Guarantee (Assurance) = 2.455, and tcount (X5) Empathy (Empaty), = 2.597. From the results above it turns out that the variable (X1) Direct evidence (Tangibles) is the dominant variable affecting student satisfaction, therefore Hypothesis II is declared rejected.

Abstract

Abstract, One change to an established system or order will have a broad impact on the output and performance of the system, such as the era of the COVID-19 pandemic that has not yet ended. The purpose of this study is to find out how much telemarketing contribution to BFI Finance Banjarmasin in an effort to maintain the amount of distribution of funds (sales). This research uses a quantitative design with an exploratory approach, the company's customers are 2,800 people, and the customers who are willing to participate in this study are 100 people, with a simple random technique, and the data analysis uses analytic descriptive analytic. This research found that, BFI Finance does not yet have telemarketing special officers, marketing staff do all sales activities. Either long distance (telemarketing) or meet directly with prospective customers / customers. There are no special officers in the database of customers or prospective customers, all are still working concurrently. Telemarketers of BFI Finance Banjarmasin are already working in accordance with the tasks assigned in the job description with good performance. There was a decrease in disbursement of funds, most likely because competitors were more attractive and perhaps more intense in prospecting prospective customers.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study is to test empirically the effect of personal technical abilities and the participation of users of information systems on the performance of accounting information systems at ULP PLN Banjarmasin region. The method used is a survey method with a sample size of 67 employees who became respondents. The test tool used with the SPSS Version 22.00 for Windows program. The results showed that H1 was rejected with a significant value of 0.276, this is because the respondents still did not have the ability to use the system. The results of the research H2 were accepted with a significant value of 0.000, this is because the respondents felt that they participated in running the information system that was built. Meanwhile, the proposed H3 is accepted with a significant value of 0.000. This research concludes that H1 is accepted and H2 is accepted, which means that H2 affects the performance of the accounting information system at the ULP PLN in Banjarmasin, while simultaneously H3 is accepted, which means that all variables have an effect on the performance of the accounting information system.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to determine whether product quality and price have a simultaneous and partial effect, as well as to determine which of the variables of product quality and price have the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions for a Yamaha motorbike type NMax. The population of this research is consumers who buy a Yamaha motorbike type NMax. While the sample of consumers taken was 100 people. Types and sources of data in the form of primary data obtained by using a questionnaire distributed to consumers as respondents, complemented by secondary data obtained from various references. Multiple Linear Regression Method is used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the research on product quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, both simultaneously and partially with statistical results using SPSS version 22.0 as follows Y = - 0.734 + 0.441 X1 + 0.727 X2 + e, meaning that the test results for each variable consist of Product quality (X1) with a coefficient of 0.441 and price (X2) with a coefficient of 0.727 have a positive effect both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions (Y). Meanwhile, the value of R Square is 0.765, which means that the variable contribution of product quality and price is 76.5% affecting consumer purchasing decisions in choosing a Yamaha NMax type motorcycle, while the remaining 23.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to prove the effect of company size and audit opinion on audit delay in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. This research method is a quantitative method. This research sample selection method using purposive sampling method. The dependent variable in this research is audit delay, while the independent variables in this research are company size and audit opinion. The population in this research were food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2018 period, totaling 56 companies. The sample selection in this research using purposive sampling method. The research sample that was determined as many as 36 research samples. The analysis of this research uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that company size had no effect on audit delay, while audit opinion had an effect on audit delay.

Abstract

Abstract, The main objective of this research is to study and analyze the effect of implementing e-commerce strategies in increasing the sales volume made by Indomaret partner SMEs in the peat area of Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. This research was conducted with quantitative methods and using analysis methods with SPSS Windows For Data as a data analysis tool. The object of this research is the SME Partners Indomaret in the area of Peat District, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province with 123 outlets and 100 outlets were taken as samples. The conclusion of the research shows that the technical variable (technique) has a greater influence than other variables, namely the variable Interface (X1), Navigation (X2), Content (X3) and Reliability (X4). Technical variable (technique) obtained t count of 8.708 with a significance value of 0.000, because the significance value is smaller than 0.06 (0.000 <0.06), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.655.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to analyze the product quality strategy, location, service quality, and promotion of customer loyalty UPK Gondangrejo Karanganyar. The population in this study was 1500 customers of UPK Gondangrejo Karanganyar. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. With the random sampling method, a sample of 75 respondents was obtained. Questionnaire as an instrument for collecting data. Data analysis used the Classical Assumption Test, Linear Regression Test, t-test, f test, and R2 test. The classical assumption test results show the data can be justified. The regression test shows that product quality, service quality, and promotion have a positive effect while the location has a negative effect. The significance value of the t-test states that product quality, service quality, and promotion have a significant effect while the location has no significant effect. F test with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 shows that product quality, location, service quality, and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect. R2 test of 0.628 shows that product quality, location, service quality, and promotion have an effect on 62.8% of customer loyalty at UPK Gondangrejo Karanganyar. The results of this study are useful as a reference for future research. Keywords: Product and Service Quality, Promotions, Loyalty
