Abstract

This research aims to increase the revenue sector of the creative industry by increasing the number of new entrepreneurs created, especially on the MSME scale, as well as to help prospective entrepreneurs when planning to open a business sector that has recommended by the circumstances of the surrounding environment. This research model is devoted to the creation of new entrepreneurs that need for allied governments and the community. The results of the research that has done that has obtained a model that consists of hardware and software requirements, system architecture using web technology, database models, and calculation models used in providing recommendations. These research models have been validated by stakeholders so that they can implement at a later stage of research.

Abstract

Determining the need of money for ATM is usually different, that is one of the problems in managing money allocation of ATM. Some seasonal factors such as holidays and the implementation of transition large-scale social restrictions related to the covid-19 pandemic that can affect fluctuations in cash transactions. In this paper aims to determine the frequency of cash withdrawals at ATM since the enactment of transition large-scale social restrictions in Jakarta using the naive bayes algorithm so it can be identified which ATM require more allocation money or not. Providing the right money allocation can improve the quality of service to customers and minimize unused money in ATM. Results of analysis using a Naive Bayes algorithm to predict cash withdrawals frequencies at ATM that show a prediction accuracy up to 81%

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi menghasilkan era digitalisasi. Permintaan pengembangan perangkat lunak dan insinyur perangkat lunak di berbagai sektor industri, bisnis, dan pendidikan sangat tinggi. Yogyakarta adalah kota pendidikan, dimana banyak perguruan tinggi dan universitas berdiri. Namun, calon programmer sering memiliki pemahaman yang kurang memadai tentang paradigma OOP dari perspektif praktisi industri IT. Oleh karena itu, survei berikut melibatkan praktisi programmer profesional dilakukan untuk menganalisis bagaimana mereka melihat Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) ketika mengembangkan perangkat lunak dan bagaimana pengalaman mereka, dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji aspek yang mempengaruhi preferensi programmer terhadap OOP. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa programmer yang lebih berpengalaman akan lebih memilih paradigma OOP untuk menyelesaikan proyek meskipun mengalami beberapa hambatan dalam implementasi OOP, tetapi mereka tidak yakin bahwa OOP akan tetap digunakan sebagai paradigma yang mumpuni di masa depan.

Abstract

Ambulance is an emergency transportation used by hospitals, health centers, or related agencies that serves to help people who need medical help. Ambulance is supported with medical devices and medical personnel and is used to carry patients from certain locations to other locations. The majority of Indonesians did not know how to call an ambulance when they were in an emergency situation and needed medical personnel. This ignorance can be fatal and can even cause a person to lose life. Based on these problems, this research creates an Android-based Ambulance Online application that equipped with  a Geographic Information Services (GIS) by utilizing the map feature that is integrated with the Google Maps API so that it can provide information of ambulance location, customer location and the route of the road between the two locations. This application is also integrated with the notification feature by utilizing FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so that users can find out information and status order in real time. This Ambulance Online application is expected to result an application that can be used by the society as a customer to order an ambulance quickly and efficiently. This application can provide convenience in emergency response services so that it expected to be able to help people in need

Abstract

There has been no research on border automation or the mechanism of autogate system at airports in Indonesia, including a comparative study on border technology of immigration control in several countries. This paper is to describe how the border technology of immigration control and autogate at airports in Indonesia work and to compare the adoption of border technology of immigration control at airports in four countries. It presents a discussion with a qualitative research method by applying a systematic procedure reviewing or evaluating documents or document analysis. This study finds Border technology in Indonesia has been established with an integrated information system called SIMKIM under the EDAS as a connecting system to every interoperable system at immigration offices, border controls, detention centers, and representative offices overseas. The DGI has deployed an automated border control for Indonesian passport holders at Jakarta International Airport and Bali International Airport, and foreign passport holders from twelve selected countries at the departure terminal of Bali International Airport. For further research, it is essential to evaluate the adoption of border technology of the immigration control process in Indonesia and the evaluation of the deployment of autogate at two airports in Indonesia.

Abstract

STMIK KHARISMA Makassar has graduated thousands of alumni since it was founded. However, the number of students registering is uncertain every year, although from 2016 to 2019 there has been an increase in the number of registrations. The problem is the percentage of the number of prospective students registering has actually decreased significantly. The purpose of this research is to implement the Naive Bayes theory in classification of STMIK KHARISMA Makassar prospective students. This research basically uses the Naive Bayes theory as a classifier, and is made using the Python programming language. At the classifier design stage, there were a total of 499 data collected from 2016 to 2019. The data was divided by a ratio of 80:20 for training data and test data. The result from the research indicate the level of accuracy of the classifier reaches 73%.

Abstract

Until now, the facial recognition method is still very difficult to do, especially when the facial confirmation process is accurate in real time. Facial recognition methods that have been tested, such as eigenface, Local Binary Pattern Histogram (LBPH), and fisherface, are feasible methods to be tested directly by applying these three methods to facial recognition-based surveillance systems. This study aims to compare the level of real-time accuracy in personal identification on the three methods through 4 parameters, namely accuracy, FAR (False Acceptance Rate), FRR (False Rejection Rate), and time condition, namely lighting conditions based on time, namely morning, noon, afternoon and evening. Based on the results of the tests that have been done, the average accuracy is obtained, namely the highest average with the eigenface method with an accuracy of 73.64%, FAR 0.11%, FRR 0.15%, the LBPH method obtains the highest average with an accuracy of 80, 91%, FAR 0.13%, FRR 0.07%, and finally fisherface got the highest average with 90.00% accuracy, 0.05% FAR, 0.05% FRR, in identifying personal. The results obtained by the Fisherface method tend to have the highest accuracy value based on the average both in terms of accuracy and the lighting conditions that have been tested.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an Academic Progress Information System (SIsKA) in the Computer Science Study Program, Postgraduate Program at Ganesha University of Education. The incremental development model is used in the development of SIsKA. The evaluation stage is carried out using the Focus Group Discussions technique to validate user input for the development stage. Evaluation was carried out on 20 respondents, who were selected using simple random sampling technique from active SIsKA users. Testing of the SIsKA development code is also carried out using White Box Testing. The results of the evaluation of phase 1 and phase 2 of development succeeded in providing recommendations for improvements according to user needs. The evaluation results from phase 3 of development show that SIsKA is in accordance with user needs. The results of the White Box test show that all lecturer page functions are at a simple level. Future development and evaluation can focus on improving the complexity of the 14 functions on the administrator and student pages, as well as analyzing data security related to SIsKA.

Abstract

Cayenne pepper fruit can be used for health because it is a source of antioxidants. Detection of quality fruit can use non-destructive methods as an alternative method. Visible short wavelength near infrared (Vis-SWNIR) spectroscopy is non-destructive measurement. This method can be used to discriminate fruit by using the principal component analysis (PCA). This research aimed to discriminate between Cayenne pepper with various maturity by using Vis-SWNIR spectroscopy with a wavelength of 300-1065 nm and principal component analysis (PCA). Cayenne pepper fruit was devided into three groups, namely green, orange and red. The spectrum used the absorbance spectrum data (original). The research was carried out from March to June 2020. The result showed that the use of Vis-SWNIR and PCA were able to discriminate various maturity of cayenne pepper with a 100% success rate.

Abstract

In determining the research topic as well as the title for the Thesis / TA, it is possible that there will be a similarity in the title between one student and another, whether intentionally or unintentionally. For this reason, the Study Program must check the titles submitted by students, so as to avoid indications of similar titles and indications of plagiarism. Efforts that can be made to make it easier to check the Thesis title are by performing string matching on the text on the title that will be submitted by students. One of the string matching algorithms is Boyer-Moore. Boyer-Moore, who made the match starting from the rightmost character then left based on the value of the occurrence heuristic (HO) and match heuristic (MH) in determining the shift. This research produces a system that is able to determine the similarity of the proposed Thesis titles based on the existing title repositories. From the results of testing the processing time by entering 100 and its multiples show that the Boyer-Moore algorithm is able to match quickly. The results also showed that the more data the more time it took, but the average increase in time only increased by 34%.
