JATISI bekerja sama dengan IndoCEISS dalam pengelolaannya. IndoCEISS merupakan wadah bagi para ilmuwan, praktisi, pendidik, dan penggemar dalam bidang komputer, elektronika, dan instrumentasi yang menaruh minat untuk memajukan bidang tersebut di Indonesia.
JATISI diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun (September dan Maret), makalah yang diterbitkan JATISI minimal terdiri dari 60% dari luar Sumatera Selatan, dan 40% dari Sumatera Selatan. Makalah yang diterbitkan melalui tahap review oleh reviewer yang berpengalaman dan sudah memiliki makalah yang diterbitkan di jurnal internasional yang terindeks SCOPUS.

Sentiment Analysis is the process of analyzing a person's opinion or attitude. Sentiment analysis is used to get the results of an analysis of various opinions or judgments of someone in providing comments or opinions. In this study, the authors conducted a sentiment analysis of film reviews using the cornell edu dataset from pabo for film reviews with a classification process using the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) algorithm that performs fine tuning with some layer for classification. From this study, obtained the accuracy of the results calculated by the sparse categorical cross entropy of 73%.

The selection of the best Teachers on an ongoing basis is very important to determine active and accomplished teachers, as well as for evaluation materials and improving the quality of teachers. In the selection of the best teachers in SMK XYZ still manually and do not use standard reference criteria, resulting in a standard reference in providing an unclear assessment. In addition, in the absence of a standard ranking method or calculation the results are inconsistent. To make judgments that are consistent and objective, they must use reference criteria and methods for standard alternative ranking. Researchers in data collection through observation, interviews, documentation, literature studies and questionnaires. Researchers use the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE) for alternative calculation or ranking algorithms. Based on the results of the measurement of the level of Accuracy with the confusion metrix technique on the selection of the best teacher, a level of accuracy of 100% is obtained and based on the results of testing of the system that has been created using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model, a value of 91.76% is obtained. , so that the system that has been built is feasible to use. The system created can support speeding up in making decisions, can reduce human error and be objective with reference to criteria and standard weights.

For the application of effective and efficient concepts in learning using interactive augmented reality technology. Multimedia learning is a form of interactive learning. Learning can be done in class or in the form of assignments at home. The impact of interactive learning greatly affects the quality of understanding for users. Based on testing from augmented reality technology, research, analysis and analysis of interactive interface design, processes and principles are carried out through human and computer interaction as well as user experience. The interface design method uses the Object Oriented Programming method and the Speeded Up Robust Features algorithm. The results showed that interactive augmented reality can provide new methods in the learning process and update learning content in the classroom. In short, this method increases student participation and enthusiasm, and increases learning effectiveness.

The development of technology has increased rapidly in the past few years encourage the needed for rapid information delivery in service activity in many section. During this time, the entire process in ABC Hospital, starting from the process of registration of the new patients, registration for treatment to the clinic, examination, further examination in the laboratory, the payment of medicine and hospital service are still written on paper or card. As a result, Hospital employee have to take a long time to access the data. In addition, today ABC Hospital have to face operational costs such as printing cards and purchasing shelves for data storage, frequent data loss and redudancy, and inefficiency in reporting process for management of the ABC Hospital. Therefore, the purpose of ths study is to design a Clinical Information System(CIS) in a website based with the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database. This Information system is designed using a FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking) methodology. The result of this study is a Clinical Information System design complete with a user interface that is ready to be built to help ABC Hospital Employee in outpatient service so that patient can receive more quickly, precisely and accurately service.

Al Qur'an Education School (TPA) is a non-formal Islamic educational institution that aims to teach the Qur'an from an early age. One of them is Al HIjrah TPA which is located in Nanggalo District, Padang, Indonesia. So far, the academic process in TPA still collects data manually. This study used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and aimed to produce an information system that can manage data and present information about the TPA. Users can access it anywhere and anytime. PIECES framework is used to analyze system requirements, while the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method is used in the design stage. In developing the system, the Java programming language is used with Framework Spring. The resulting system has 3 types of access rights namely system administrators, teachers and students. The system can later be accessed online.

Hate speech is a form of crime in which the violator threatened with punishment by ITE law. But now netizens in Indonesia still use many of the words of Hate Speech in commenting on news in the online media. The impact of this situation is many netizens currently being sued by the police for those who feel disadvantaged. It happens because of the lack of information from netizens about hate speech. The research to be conducted is related to the detection of words that contain Hate Speech in the online news port. The approach used to detect Hate Speech words uses Neural Language Processing using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method. Several trial scenarios were carried out to measure the level of accuracy so that the level of accuracy was better. Comments on this study obtain on the most popular online news portal in Indonesia. SVM algorithm applied in analyzing comments related to political issues that contain Hate Speech with an accuracy value that can be as big as 53. 88% and Recall value is 49.69%, Precision is 48.77%, Classification error is 46.12%, and feature is 49.23%. With this research to be conducted, it can become a news portal reference for implementing a filtering system to reduce the possibility of Hate Speech cases.

The process of selecting the teaching assistant starts with announcements on the campus web. The requirement is to have an A and at least on 3rd semester. Because the selection of lecturer assistant lecturers is only based on the value of the student's courses, there are a number of lecturers and students in the class who feel the teaching assistant in the course does not have a positive impact on lectures. This is because the students who are teaching assistants are not active, it is difficult to communicate with juniors, and there is some material that they have not mastered so it is difficult to explain it to juniors. Therefore, we need a decision support system that can help academics make decisions about who students they will choose as teaching assistants and help the head of the informatics engineering study program to get information about students who have been teaching assistants. This decision support system applying Decission Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Making (FMADM) and Simple Additive weighting method (SAW). This decision support system design uses the Netbeans IDE 8.2 application and MySQL as the database.

IT Governance is a function organizations run by leaders, top management and IT management who jointly monitor the implementation of IT strategies to ensure harmony between businesses and IT [1]. This paper will answer the question - "How to find out the settings and performance of IT governance in an organization?”. To answer, it can be done by setting the IT governance matrix and measuring the performance of IT governance applied to an organization. This research was conducted by way of case studies on an organization and using the template IT Governance one page and Assess your IT governance Performance [2]. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the IT governance matrix and the value of IT governance performance at the Indonesian Post Company. The results of this study indicate that the arrangement of the IT governance matrix at Indonesian Post is Hybrid, which explains that IT Principle, IT Architecture, IT Infrastructure and IT are more spread to various divisions. Then the results of the performance evaluation of TI Indonesian Post governance show that the position is below average with a performance value of 65.6 (range 20 - 90, with an average value of 69) [2]. The contribution of the results of this study is to assist management in making decisions related to the sustainability of IT governance in the Indonesian Post Company.

This research builds the detection of php scripts using the Forward Taint data analysis method. Research has been carried out to test this attack. However, the accuracy that has been inferred is still very low. This is getting higher because of the false positive generated. So in solving this problem, the forward taint data analysis method performs double checks that will reduce the positive false value generated. Accuracy resulting from this research reached 90%. These results outperform other existing methods.

Factors of the rapid development of information technology, diversity of user needs, and the achievement of university learning goals are general considerations in the management and development of online learning methods (eLearning). In general, university leaders appoint certain units for the management and development of eLearning. In carrying out its functions, eLearning developer units often experience limitations and stagnation in dealing with the three factors above. How the development of university eLearning has the support of all university components and is in line with the goals and business processes of university learning is a challenge for the sustainability of university eLearning. This study collaborates the instructional process of Education Enterprise Architecture business architecture with the learning objectives of Universitas Gadjah Mada. By analyzing the business processes of eLisa Universitas Gadjah Mada and developing the concept of eLisa business processes, the study produced changes in the concept of eLisa business processes. The use of EEA instructional process items by 77.4% in eLisa business processes resulted in changes in the learning process scenarios with eLisa. These changes encourage more concrete involvement of internal units at UGM in developing the learning process at eLisa. The direction of the learning process at eLisa which is oriented towards meeting the learning needs of students independently and interdisciplinary is in line with the goals of the university learning process.
