Abstract

Natural language translation is very helpful in understanding each word or sentence based on the intended meaning. Variety of languages that are not easy to understand, cause miscommunication. Natural Language Processing (NLP) is the choice to translate human language with computer naturally. As one method of parsing, the left corner parsing describes languages ranging from the largest to the smallest constituent, namely the word. The decomposition is followed by representing the meaning or known as contextual interpretation. This study aims to describe the language using the left corner parsing which is equipped with analysis to determine the purpose of sentence using. The test results showed that the Left Corner Parsing method succeeded in deciphering sentences in accordance with the initial language pattern specified and provided the true contextual analysis and easily understood translation results.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kecepatan internet selalu diikuti meningkatnya pula gangguan keamanan dalam jaringan komputer.Hal ini cukup mengganggu layanan yang terhubung ke jaringan LAN maupun internet. Gangguan keamanan ini dikenal dengan DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service). Serangan DoS slow HTTP adalah salah satu metode serangan DoS yang menargetkan server HTTP. Metode ini menghambat layanan dengan membanjiri sehingga menimbulkan kumpulan koneksi dengan permintaan yang lambat dan banyak menuju web server. Diketahui bahwa serangan slow HTTP DoS oleh satu penyerang dapat dicegah secara efektif dengan membatasi jumlah koneksi untuk setiap alamat IP. Di sisi lain, juga diketahui bahwa sulit untuk bertahan dari serangan slow HTTP DoS dari beberapa penyerang. Ancaman serangan DDoS semakin serius, jadi membutuhkan metode pertahanan yang efektif terhadap serangan DoS slow HTTP terdistribusi. Ketika web server berada di jaringan publik atau internet, maka melindungi komputer dan keamanan jaringan adalah masalah penting. Setelah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis cara kerja serangan slow HTTP, serta deteksi serangannya, tulisan ini menjelaskan sistem kerja, cara mendeteksi, dan cara mempertahankan diri terhadap serangan slow HTTP.

Abstract

E-Learning Vilep is a support system in the teaching and learning process that is in Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of user satisfaction in using Vilep e-learning at the Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang by using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) satisfaction model which consists of five factors, namely: content, accuracy, form (format), ease of use, and timeliness. The process of collecting data is done by conducting interviews, observations, and distributing questionnaires to Vilep e-learning users. The sampling technique uses a random sample using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 352 respondents. Data processing using SPSS and Excel. The results of the research indicate that the level of user satisfaction Vilep e-learning simultaneously shows all the variables are significant, and seen from the correlation analysis obtained R2 0,854 shows that the satisfaction variable can be explained by the content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness variables 85, 4%.

Abstract

In a higher education institution, it is certainly common for students to carry out various academic and non-academic activities using information technology. Awareness of information security is one of the substantial factors in the utilization of these technologies. With low level of awareness, information security incidents will be arising. This research measures the level of information security awareness of STMIK XYZ students. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of information security awareness of students so that actions can be determined that need to be taken to improve low awareness and maintain what is already good. This research using Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) method. The results showed that information security awareness's level of STMIK XYZ students is "average" (score:71%). From three dimensions that measured, there is only one dimension that at "poor” level(behavior dimension). From six measurement areas, three measurement areas; policies, mobile equipment, and consequences are at a poor level. These results indicate that some actions required to improve information security awareness's level of STMIK XYZ students.

Abstract

Logistics company engaged in shipping services that have the activities of sending and receiving goods. Usually there is a Logistics Department division that is responsible for handling logistics business development, logistics project management, including vendor selection, making a bill recapitulation report from the vendor and sending bills to customers. In this study business process observations were carried out at PT XYZ which has a freight forwarding business. Business processes that occur at this time, the vendors that have been registered at PT XYZ will provide transportation services for shipping goods owned by PT XYZ partners according to dimensions of type, volume, size and weight of goods. It takes a long time for the Logistics Department to select a new vendor, the billing recapitulation by the billing admin is also made in different formats and there is no proper data storage in the Logistic Department. Based on these needs, we need a trucking collaboration system application design at PT XYZ company that has the functional ability to manage vendor selection data, manage bill recapitulation, and protect data. The design of this application will be a guideline in implementing software in the next research.

Abstract

Dengan adanya kegiatan transaksi penjualan setiap hari, data semakin lama akan semakin bertambah banyak. Data tersebut tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai arsip bagi perusahaan, data tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan dan diolah menjadi informasi untuk meningkatan penjualan obat. Permasalahan yang sering timbul di Apotik Pusaka Arta yaitu sering sekali penjualan obat yang diinginkan konsumen tidak ada atau habis karena apotek tidak memperhatikan stok, apotek tidak memanfaatkan data transaksi penjualan yang ada dan biasanya data transaksi penjualan tersebut hanya menjadi arsip yang tidak dimanfaatkan. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut, maka dibuatlah aplikasi Data mining menggunakan Algoritma Apriori. Metode yang dipakai penulis dalam menerapkan penelitian ini adalah Association Rules. Asociation Rule merupakan suatu teknik dalam data mining untuk menentukan hubungan antar item dalam satu data set (sekumpulan data) yang telah ditentukan. Teknik ini mencari kemungkinan kombinasi yang sering muncul (frequenct) dari suatu itemset (sekumpulan item). Dalam penelitian ini Association Rule berfungsi untuk menganalisa beberapa sering suatu obat yang sering dijual secara bersamaan, analisis ini akan ditinjau dari data transaksi yang telah terjadi. Penerapan Algoritma Apriori dalam aplikasi ini berhasil mencari kombinasi item terbanyak berdasarkan data transaksi dan kemudian membentuk pola asosiasi dari kombinasi item tersebut. Hasil aplikasi ini dapat mengetahui apa saja obat yang sering dibeli oleh konsumen secara bersamaan sehingga dapat mengetahui pola penjualan obat.

AbstractThe application of Enterprise Architecture (EA) is an important concept required by large-scale tertiary institutions. Application of EA that helps. The importance of EA starts from structuring SI strategies that support lectures, Information Technology (IT) services, data, applications and future technology. The Strategic Plan and Master Plan for Pattimura University Development become a reference in the implementation of EAP, and also interviews for students, lecturers and employees of IT management become the author's research method, thus finding concrete data to be used by Pattimura University EA. TOGAF ADM is work or framework that supports the company's architecture and is also a method of developing a company's architecture used by researchers. Blueprints of business architecture, data, information systems applications and technology are the results of EA modelling that is applied to the Pattimura University distribution room. TOGAF ADM in the Preliminary Phase or the initial phase of a corporation, data, application and technology. In the Architecture Vision phase, it produces an architectural vision between business architecture, data, applications and other technologies. In the Business Architecture phase, it produces a business architecture blueprint. In the Information Systems Architecture phase, it produces a blueprint for the SI architecture, and in the Technology Architecture phase, it produces a blueprint for the IT architecture. The application of the EAP method at Pattimura University has a positive impact because it produces an alignment of business strategies and IT strategies is very important to be applied.

Abstract

Information technology is developing rapidly and the effect is every single organization will always collect data and information. The information collected is used as a basis for decision making. But not all information can be directly used for the decision making process. Method and weighting are needed in the process of getting information. One method that can be used to support the decision making process is Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). MOORA is included in the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) which makes it possible to provide the best choice of information from several choices by using criteria values. This research uses the MOORA method as determining strategic industrial locations by combining spatial data. In determining the strategic location of the industry, MOORA uses several criteria and different weights for each criteria. The MOORA with spatial data can be produce the right information related to the determination of strategic industry locations by finding the correlation between method results with industry location in Semarang city. The results obtained from this research are the formation of a decision support system modeling of industrial location determination using the MOORA method with spatial data. Correlation value generated by the Spearman Rank method is 0,9.

Abstract

The majority of farmers in Central Java, especially Sragen, grow rice. But many obstacles they face, especially the problem of diseases that attack rice plants. 5 types of rice diseases that are often found, namely leaf spot, blast, leaf blight, fronds, and tungro. Lack of understanding causes errors in handling, can cause harm. The purpose of this study is to improve accuracy in identifying diseases of rice plants affected by the disease. Identification of types of diseases in rice plants by combining the characteristics of shape and texture characteristics is important to improve the accuracy of the results. The method used influences the accuracy of each pattern in the image of rice plants. The data used are 70 training data and 30 test data with a size of 256 x 256 pixels. A combination of shape and texture characteristics is used to optimize accuracy. To get the characteristics of the segmentation process using Otsu and Morphology. The results are processed to obtain the shape characteristics using area and perimeter, and the characteristics of entropy, energy, homogeneity, correlation, and contrast texture, each of the 4 angles of GLCM, so that the features used are 22 features. This system uses a backpropagation method to classify types of diseases. The results obtained from 70 training data are 100% accuracy and 30 test data with an accuracy level of 93%

Abstract

This study aims to develop a patient registration system that provides online outpatient registration services. With an online system the patient registration process can be done quickly, anywhere and anytime by prospective patients. Research methodology or information system development carried out in this research is to apply the concept of full water. In developing the SIMPAS system, the initial step is to conduct a system analysis, analysis, design, code and testing, implementation and maintenance. Before the process of making an application, it is preceded by a system design using a design tool that is UML and the results of the database implemented in the application have been normalized, so that the database designed has been minimized due to duplication of data. The results of the study resulted in the SIMPAS application developed with PHP programming and processed data stored in a MySQL database. The SIMPAS application provides one solution in the process of providing services to patients. The SIMPAS application can reduce queuing in the patient registration process. The registration process can be standardized at home through the online system and from the online registration can be used as evidence in the inspection process that will be carried out.
