Abstract

Sign Language is alternative way to communication using sign. One of sign language is American Sign Language (ASL). Image from Dataset processed using feature extraction HOG then reduce using Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA). The reduced feature used to K-Nearest Neighbor classification. There are 3 distance used consist of euclidean, manhattan and chebyshev. The best accuracy obtain from manhattan distance using k=3 with 72,42% precision.

Abstract

Indonesia has a variety of intangible cultural heritage, one of which is songket. Songket has a lot of variety according to the characteristics of each region, especially Songket Palembang. Songket Palembang has more features compared to songket from other regions. Besides having historical value, Songket Palembang has a high motive, quality, and complexity in the manufacturing process. In this study, the Random Forest method was used to classify the Songket Palembang motif image by using Scale-Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) feature extraction. The process of feature formation using the SIFT method is through the stages of extrema detection scale space, keypoint localization, orientation assignment, and keypoint descriptor. The resulting feature is used for the Random Forest classification. Songket motif images used in this study were 115 images of each type of motif, namely Chinese Flowers, Beautiful Flowers, and Pulir. Image selection is taken from 5 colors of each Songket Palembang motif. Training data and test data used were 100 and 15 for each Songket Palembang motif, respectively. The test results show that the SIFT and Random Forest methods for the classification of Songket Palembang motifs can provide a pretty good accuracy, where the SIFT and Random Forest methods can produce an overall accuracy of 92.98%, per class accuracy of 94.07%, precision 92.98%, and recall 89.74%.

Abstract

ABC Bread Factory is a company engaged in the production of bread. In carrying out its business processes the company has difficulty in determining the production amount, does not record sales turnover, reports on purchases of raw materials and sales, and there is no recording of the distribution of bread produced, For this reason it is necessary to design a supply chain management information system that will provide control over the stock of raw materials and production results and produce reports needed by the company. The development process uses the Rational Unified Process method. In the initial stage for analysis of problems using PIECES, then for needs analysis using the Usecase Diagram. At the planning stage Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams are used. Development of the system uses Php and Mysql for its database. The supply chain management information system is expected to be able to help in overcoming problems that occur in ABC Bakeries in carrying out its operational activities.

Abstract

Background: “To err is human” stated by Institute of Medicine showing the abundance of medication prescription errors which compromises patient safety and exaggerates health care cost. These errors could be prevented by the introduction of health information technology such as Electronic Medical Records. Method: The researcher conducted the literatures study to confirm the choice of the keywords, then do a search in 4 databases (PubMed, ScienceDirect, EBSCO, dan ProQuest) from that databases, we screened it based on its title, then its abstract and then the full paper. At the end, we checked if it’s Scopus-Indexed, we included it in the analysis. Result: 40 journals that were stated to be included in this analysis, grouped by study site, whether one-center or multi-center. 26 journals are one-center. From 40 journals, only 2 types of CPOE that are shared by different hospitals and only 3 types of CDSS that are shared by different hospitals. Both CPOE and CDSS are mostly a commercial program. Conclusion: There is no sufficient explanation of the existence of the most trustful institution which controls the production and the development of CPOE and CDSS.

Abstract

Repose the Law Republic of Indonesia Number 37 of 2009 on Clause 8 states that a lecturer has a workload of at least 12 (twelve) credits and a maximum of 16 (sixteen) credits each semester in accordance with his academic qualifications. At this time STMIK Widuri has carried out a process of sharing knowledge between lecturers to help with academic levels. But in its implementation, problems were found. First, lecturers do not actively report Tri Dharma activities, so the number of lecturers who have academic positions is only 41.6%. This condition is due to the lack of information possessed by lecturers related to the procedures for managing academic levels, the lecturer does not understand what stages must be taken to take care of academic positions. Second, the unavailability of media that facilitates lecturers in terms of sharing knowledge and experience for the management of academic positions so that the process to improve academic levels is hampered and takes longer which means the process for advancing his career requires a longer period of time. This study aims to create a prototype knowledge management system (KMS) with the SECI method and data collection is obtained through interviews, observation and literature study. Software testing uses the User Acceptance Test (UAT). The results of this study produce a web-based KSM prototype with the test results getting a percentage of 76%, which means the system can be accepted and as expected.

Abstract

Pepper plants are agricultural commodities in need in everyday life today, because the plant has many uses. In addition, the chili plant is a plant that was a high economical value. Some of the problems in controlling diseases and pests, among others, are early symptoms that are not clearly visible so that farmers and communities find it difficult to detect the causes of damage that attacks the chilli plants, causing farmers to experience a decrease in crop production and even cause crop failure. The method used in solving this problem is the K-means Algorithm. This K-Means clustering algorithm is a method that attempts to classify existing data into several groups, where data in one group has the same characteristics with each other and has different characteristics from the data in other groups. Chilli data processed in this study was sourced from the working area of ​​the Horticulture and Plantation Food Crops Office of West Sumatra Province with a total of 11 pieces of data. Furthermore, the data is processed using rapidminer studio 7.6 software. The results of the testing of this method there are three grouping causes of damage to plants, namely C0 for chili species with moderate damage, C1 for heavy damage and C2 for mild damage. Then the results of each cluster, namely C0 there is one type of pest, namely Fruit Fly, C1 there are 3 types of pests which consist of Yellow Virus, Anthracnose and Thrips, while C2 there are 7 types of pests consisting of aphids, mites, Fusarium wilt, Layu Bakeri, Curly Virus, Mati Pucuk, Puru fruit. Abstract

Mencatat jadwal penggunaan lapangan bola basket di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana adalah penting mengingat banyaknya kegiatan siswa yang diadakan di pengadilan ini yang saat ini dilakukan dengan metode pencatatan manual dan offline yang membutuhkan waktu untuk mengkonfirmasi reservasi masuk dari penyelenggara pribadi atau acara. Melihat masalah ini dan untuk menyediakan aplikasi yang efisien dan efektif waktu, penulis merancang aplikasi manajemen jadwal lapangan basket di UKSW berdasarkan web. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan komunitas akademik UKSW untuk mengelola jadwal penggunaan lapangan basket. Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan Prototype Model sebagai dasar penelitian. Sedangkan bahasa pemrogramannya menggunakan PHP, HTML dan mySQL sebagai databased. Abstract

Wishnu Husada Banyumas Hospital has applied information technology in the service process, but the problems that arise in the application of information systems often occur such as human error, server problems and other risks. Lack of documentation in managing risks results in the same risks being repeated often in the future. The purpose of this study is to evaluate risk using the OCTAVE-S method and control standards referring to ISO 27001 in hospitals. This research is a qualitative research using a case study approach. The data collection method uses literature studies and field studies. The results achieved from this research are knowing critical information systems in the form of a database server and also SIMRS, knowing the threat to critical assets in the form of the absence of some standard procedures in the 6 parts of security practices. There are 6 security practices that get a red stoplight, 9 yellow stoplight security practices and 1 green stoplight security practice referring to the OCTAVE-S method. The risk mitigation plan refers to ISO 27001 to help the organization map according to the assessment of safety practices that have been carried out

Abstract

The level of competition and complexity of sales problems at retail companies, requires each retail company to be able to compete with other companies. One thing that can be done is through making decisions regarding sales that are more appropriate and effective. The amount of transactional data on retail company sales can be extracted useful information. The method that can be used to gather information is through the application of association rule mining. Association Rule Mining is a data mining method that focuses on transaction patterns by extracting associations or relationships of events. The market basket in a computerized retail company is the best way to provide scientific decision support support by determining the relationship between items purchased simultaneously in each transaction. FP-growth algorithm is used to determine the set of datasets that most often appear (frequent itemset) in a group of data. This research resulted in a minimum support value of 0.1% and a minimum value of 60% confidence in the number of rules produced amounted to 116457, a minimum value of 70% confidence in the number of rules produced amounted to 84086, and a minimum value of 80% confidence in the number of rules generated amounted to 48623 from the data processed in a number 22191. The results of this rule can be used for product marketing strategies. The minimum value of support is 0.1% where the greater the minimum value of confidence will result in fewer rules.

Abstract

The queuing system service at the hospital has a problem that the service queue is longer than the health service itself. Based on the problem, we need a model that is able to provide a queuing services that are right on the target. In this paper, 10 criteria are used to determine the priority of the queue, namely: Risk Factors for Disease, Cost of Care, Medical Personnel, Medical Equipment, Waiting Time, Distance of Patient Domicile, Age, Gender, Number of patients served in the intended unit and Chairperson’s Decision. These 10 criteria in order to obtain more objective results are combined with Group Decision Making Type 2 (GDM2) and entropy methods to evaluate the queue of the Multiple Channel Model (M / M / s). The number of service counters is very influential on the number of queues and service times. The conclusion is that by doubling the number of service counters will cut 1/2 of the number of people served per time unit on each queue, especially between 8.00 am and 10:00 a.m. Furthermore, based on the assessment of Decision Maker (DM) in the decision-making group, the cost criteria are the most important or critical factors when giving priority services, followed by the leadership decision criteria and disease risk factors. Adding dangerous disease categories in the queuing system can make this system better.
