Abstract

Dalam penulisan kali ini penulis membahas tentang perancangan pembuatan augmented reality berupa objek 3 dimensi dari perangkat keras komputer, yang dimana perangkat keras tersebut meliputi perangkat keras input, perangkat keras output, dan perangkat keras proses, tidak disitu saja perancangan di tambah dengan fitur lain seperti perakitan komputer, 12 masalah – masalah umum pada komputer ( Troubleshooting ), dan sistem operasi yang terdiri dari penjelasan tentang sistem operasi, cara kerja sistem operasi dan cara instalasi sistem operasi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini yaitu untuk membuat aplikasi augmented reality perangkat keras komputer berbasis android yang dimana ditujukan untuk media pembelajaran tentang perangkat keras komputer yang di harapakan dari inovasi ini para pengguna bisa lebih terbantu untuk mendapatkan pembelajaran tentang perangkat keras komputer. Perangkat keras yang digunakan yaitu Google sketchup untuk pembuatan objek – objek perangkat keras dan Unity 3D untuk proses implementasi Augmented reality, semua di instal pada sistem operasi Windows 10 Pro. Proses pembuatan Augmented Reality ini melalui beberapa tahap yaitu analisis objek perangkat keras, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian, perancangan di buat dengan storyboard. Analisis berkaitan dengan pencarian objek – objek perangkat keras serta fungsi – fungsinya, dan alat serta perangkat yang di butuhkan dalam pembuatan Augmented Reality. Implementasi terkait dengan perancangan hasil rancangan interface ke aplikasi Unity 3D. Pengujian terakit dengan proses pengujian aplikasi pada smartphone Android dengan metode Black Box. Semua berjalan dengan lancar sehinga tujuan dari penulisan ini telah tercapai.

Abstract

Distributor companies in carrying out activities require better employees. In determining the good employees, often meet obstacles, usually the assessment is still objective, especially in terms of contract extension. In accordance with these needs the writer will create a system that can determine the extension of the contract to be more objective and accurate. In planning the system, he development method used is the waterfall method and the development tools used are flowcharts, data flow diagrams and the method used for prediction is to use the fuzzy method, the writer chose fuzzy mamdani to help solve predictions in this system. The fuzzy mamdani method uses several criteria or variables including Absence, Achievement, Long Work, Cooperation, Graduates, Age. For the application of the application system supporting the decision of a contract extension is Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Abstract

XYZ company has used the information system to survive and develop to adjust the times and business direction that exists at this time, one of which is the online portal, the total role of portal online is large and there is no measurement of whether the information, systems, and services are sufficient quality, so the author is interested in evaluating the success of the online portal by using the DeLone and McLean model approach. To measure the influence between existing variables, in this study the author uses six variables in the DeLone model, namely information quality, quality system, quality of service, user satisfaction, usage, and net benefits, where processing of statistical data is processed using SmartPLS statistical data processing software, while the results of this study are quality of information does not affect user satisfaction but the quality of information affects the use variable, service quality affects user satisfaction but does not have an influence on the use of a system, system quality has an influence on usage and also user satisfaction variables, user satisfaction variables have no effect on benefits net benefits, user satisfaction does not affect usage, use does not affect netbenefits, usage has an effect on user satisfaction, net benefits have no effect on user use and satisfaction.

Abstract

Last three years the production of oil palm agriculture has been considered to have increased significantly. Indonesia is the largest contributor to palm oil with Malaysia, which is 85-90% of the total world palm oil yield. With so much information on Indonesian oil palm on Twitter so that it can be used to see public opinion about Indonesian oil palm. In this study managed to collect tweet data from 28 August 2019 to 21 June 2018 resulting in 1015 tweets. In order to see the tweets, the categories are categorized into positive, negative and neutral, then the tweets are classified using the naïve Bayes method and using the Orange tools. Meanwhile, to do data crawling using Twitter API facilities. Of the 1015 data tweets 70% is used for training data and 30% for testing data. In the application of calisification with the naïve bayes method it produces an average accuracy of 0.83337% for the average of all categories, for precision obtains 0.80303% for the average of all categories, and for recall produces 0.90853% for all average categories. With this level of accuracy the Naïve Bayes method works in line with expectations.

Abstract

The use of Twitter as a social networking media is currently growing rapidly not only used to convey feelings about themselves but can also convey opinions and feelings they feel related to problems that are happening. Twitter is currently considered social media that can be analyzed on the elements of social networking (social network analysis). One study that can be done is the analysis of user accounts (actors) on Twitter. In this research, an analysis has been carried out to find out who the influential actor is and how popular the actor is, on Twitter. The method used for the analysis of influential actors is degree centrality while the analysis of popular actors uses the follower rank method. Case studies were conducted on tweet data containing the hashtag "#gejayanmemanggil". The results showed that RyanResttu is the actor who has the highest influence value with the degree of centrality value of 0.108072 and the actor TirtoID is an actor who has high popularity with a follower rank value of 0.999880312. This research ignores the existence of buzzer accounts on Twitter. However, actors who have high influence value are not necessarily those who have high popularity values.

Abstract

Research using Quran in of computational linguistics is very interesting and useful from the importance of Quran for Muslims because it is holy book for them. Due to the current lack of language resources for Quran research, this research aims to build a synonym set of Quran that can be used as a prototype to build a Quranic Thesaurus. This study only uses nouns as a dataset, and approach using WordNet and English translations of the Quran. In grouping words to produce synonym sets, this study using the hierarchical clustering method. Finally, the evaluation of the results of the synset is done by the F-Measure method.

Abstract

Internet has become something that was needed by most people in Indonesia. Nowdays, Internet was used by people not only just as a tool to help their work, but also as a lifestyle such as accessing the news, using a social media, online shopping or even online transportation. There werw so many companies provide an online application-based services, which is one of many reason that causes competition between companies. To maintain customer loyalty, company have to ensure that the aplication services that provided were higher or at least met the customer perceptions. This study aims to determine whether the application services quality that provided by PT ABC and XYZ Pte. Ltd. is already met the customer expectations. Servqual method that consist of five dimensions of measurement such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy was used in this study with questions tailored to electronic services. The result of this study showed that the Application of PT ABC and XYZ Pte. Ltd. Was not provided a service quality that met the customer expectations yet. All dimensions of measurement show that customer expectations was higher than customer perceptions. The dimensions of Assurance in both researched application is the top second biggest gap on both of the data analized. This indicated that customers expect a better security from both applications which has not been fulfilled by the application provider company yet

Abstract

The Quran is the Muslim holy book that contains so many words in it. This makes it difficult for ordinary people to find connections between words in the Quran. For example like the word مَّعْرُوف which has a connection with the word عَفَا because in the Quran the two words are often in one verse and also the two words have a connection in the meaning of forgiving is one of the good deeds. At present, there is no dictionary, encyclopedia or thesaurus in the vocabulary of the Quran that explains the interrelationships of words in the Quran. Therefore this study will discuss a connection with the words in the Qur'an and to further assist in finding the interrelations between verses. The method used in this study is a method with a distribution-based equality approach based on Continuous Bag of Word (CBOW). The use of the CBOW method produces a precision value of 98% based on the results of the system output with the correction from linguists

Abstract

Road conditions in Indonesia specifically in the city of Semarang are more often damaged during the rainy season. If needed it will not be repaired users can increase fuel usage and vehicle maintenance until it passes through traffic safety. One of the solutions to these problems is to provide up-to-date information on the surface of the road so that the department can repair roads quickly. This study discusses the grouping of road data using the k-medoids method. Road condition data collection uses an accelerometer sensor that supports data according to mobile devices. From the data used, the number of 638 data was successfully grouped into 3 clusters which could indicate the level of frequency of roads that were good, lightly damaged and heavily damaged

Abstract

This study set out to investigate how institutional arrangements are intertwinned in the implementation of data analytics at the Directorate General of Taxation (DGT) as the Indonesian tax authority. Using an interpretive case study method, this study found a better understanding (verstehen) related to some institutional arrangements which, in this context, worked in three observable forms. These are: (1) the DGT ICT Blueprint has explicitly mentioned that data analytics is a pillar and strategic-application in the development of ICTs; (2) the DGT ICT Governance explicitly provides space for ICT development–i.e. applications or infrastructure, with an end-user computing approach so that ICT user units can fulfill their ICT development needs more flexibly in accordance with guidelines in governance; (3) the interaction of informal practices with various formal provisions needs to be formed so that a formal practice situation related to data analytics is a practice that is in accordance with the organization's ICT governance. This study proposes a conceptual framework that could be used to better understand how institutional arrangements play a key role in the process of implementing data analytics, particularly within a wider range of government organizations
