Makalah yang diterbitkan melalui tahap review oleh reviewer yang berpengalaman dan sudah memiliki makalah yang diterbitkan di jurnal internasional yang terindeks SCOPUS.

Abstract

PT Tunas Auto Graha merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distribusi kendaraan bermotor besar (roda empat / mobil). PT Tunas Auto Graha mempunyai visi “Menjadi dealer otomotif terbaik dalam proses pelayanan terhadap pelanggan”. PT Tunas Auto Graha senantiasa menyediakan dan memberikan fasilitas pelayanan yang fleksibel. Diketahui masalah yang terjadi saat ini belum lengkapnya panduan yang ada, serta penilaian kapabilitas dan kesenjangan untuk keefektifan sistem dan operasional belum terlaksana dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk evaluasi operasional. Dalam penelitian ini kerangka kerja yang digunakan adalah COBIT 5 dengan tahapan Assessment Process Activities. Domain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini EDM01 (Ensure Government Framework Setting and Maintance), EDM02 (Ensure Benefits Delivery), DSS01 (Manage Operations), DSS02 (Manage Service Request and Incidents), DSS03 (Manage Problems), DSS04 (Manage Continuity), dan DSS06 (Manage Business Process Controls). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi ditemukan masih adanya gap pada DSS02, DSS03, DSS04, DSS06 yang berada pada level 3 (Established Process) sehingga disarankan beberapa rekomendasi untuk mencapai Expected Level yang diharapkan. Rekomendasi evaluasi pada sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi serta kegiatan operasional dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik agar tercapainya strategi dan tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

Information technology is essential for educational institutions, especially at the university level. In addition to helping in doing work, technology can save time in entering data that is still using the manual method. At the Satya Wacana Christian University Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, lecturer archives still use a manual and less structured system. This research uses a case study research form. The research method uses Research and Development by creating applications and testing the effectiveness of the method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and internet access. This research implements Laravel Framework. The design results produce an online-based SIPA application that can facilitate information, coordination, and well-structured lecturer storage archives.

Abstract

Support Vector Machine (SVM) is a classification method that works by finding the hyperplane with the largest margin. Saturation Value (SV) is a digital image color model consisting of two elements, namely Saturation and Value. SV is taken from HSV, then only two elements are used. Segmentation is the process of separating an image that will be detected with a background image. Rice weevils are small pests that damage the quality of rice in rice storage. The quality and nutrition of rice will be reduced because of that bug. In this study, two methods have been used to detect the rice weevil that placed on a rice in an image. In the first method, feature extraction of the rice weevil texture is taken from RGB images and feature extraction of the SV brightness values ​​is taken from converting RGB images to HSV images. These two parameters are used as the SVM data training. In the second method, SV value in the HSV color model is used to separate between the rice weevil as the object detected and a rice as the background. The results showed that the first method provides an accuracy rate of 78.95% while the second method is 84.78%. Keywords—SVM, HSV, Segmentation, Rice Weevils, Accuracy

Abstract

Abstract ABC Bank is a company engaged in banking. Until now Bank ABC is still running. The company already has information technology or IT to support business activities within the company. Bank ABC uses the Mobile banking application, the function of the application is to provide convenience for customers in processing transactions in the form of bill payments, fund transfers, balance checks, making deposits anytime and anywhere via mobile phones or smartphones based on Android or IOS (iPhone Operating System. However, it is undeniable that there will be possible risks that can occur in m-Banking to disrupt existing business process activities. For this reason, it is very important to know the risks that can have an impact on the performance of m-Banking. Abstract

Gallery Group is a company that has several branch stores that sell various types of cellphones and accessories. The operational activities of this store already use IS/IT, but in use it is still not optimal because many business processes in this company have not implemented the use of IS/IT. Because of this, in the end there are many errors caused by human factors in every existing business process. Therefore, it takes the right IS/IT strategic planning for the company. This study uses the Ward and Peppard methodolgy which consists of several analyzes, namely SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, and McFarlan Strategic Grid. This research will produce outputs, namely recommendations that are useful for the company from the results of the analysis of the internal and external environment of IS/IT in the company. The IS/IT proposal will be mapped using McFarlan Strategic Grid analysis and can be implemented within the next two years.

Abstract

Seminar is one of the activities to get knowledge from someone who is an expert in his field, therefore many people who enthusiastically participate in seminar activities. The National University Biology Association is still conducting conventional transactions where participants come to the committee to buy tickets and also the committee recording seminar participants manually. The purpose of this study was to design a seminar ticket booking system using the User Centered Design (UCD) method so that it could easily make the seminar participants in ordering tickets and also facilitating the committee so they would no longer record data from the seminar participants manually. This website is designed using the programming language used in the design of the website for displays is PHP and MySQL as storage media. User Centered Design (UCD) focuses on user requirements. This research produces an easy-use system, where participants can register if they do not have an account, login, and can make a seminar ticket booking transaction. And from the admin side, the admin can delete event data, add event data and edit data events.

Abstract

The hoax information that has been spread so far is in the form of photos that have been edited and manipulated from actual photos, then the photos are spread widely on the internet. The development of increasingly advanced photos makes it have many advantages to be used as hoax news, such as easy to manipulate, easy to spread massively and widely and easy to make people believe quickly. Changes in photos that are easily manipulated can change the information submitted to be different and make them vulnerable to being used for crime. With many photos that are used as a means of crime, it is necessary to do a study that can be used as a guide to be able to see which photos are real and which are fake by using a method. There are so many circulating methods that can see the authenticity and fakeness of the photo. However, from many in circulation, it is not uncommon to have a level of testing that is not close to the truth, because the feasibility and level of truth of the method still cannot be trusted. For this reason, in this study, the results of the analysis of hoax photos are compared using the exif/metadata, reverse image and image forensics methods. These three methods will be used as examples of which one is closer to the truth which can then be used as a guide or reference by people to prove the authenticity of a photo or information that is being spread widely in the community.

Abstract

As one of the largest archipelagic countries in the world, Indonesia has more than 17,000 islands and by 2020 the population will reach 270.20 million people. Looking at the geographical conditions and population, the logistics industry is an industry that faces many challenges, especially for logistics companies to achieve efficiency, security and profit. For this reason, this research is focused on designing enterprise architecture for the logistics truck industry, in order to support the achievement of company targets. In this study, the business model is described in the business model canvas, from nine business aspects into a single entity with the company's goals. Anterprice architecture is visualized using elements from the Archimate Core Framework to get an integrated enterprise system result between business elements, data and application elements, as well as technology elements. Based on interviews with experts, this study focuses on 3 main sources of income, namely; revenue from regular delivery of goods, revenue from special delivery of goods (project) and income from transport of waste and chemicals. The results of this study are enterprise architecture in the logistics truck industry along with modeling in Archimate. This research is expected to provide input for logistics truck business players in developing and utilizing information technology in order to survive and increase competitiveness in global competition.

Abstract

Management of forest resources can generate income for individuals or companies including agroforestry and ecotourism. In times of a pandemic like recent times, the application of technology with the Industry 4.0 framework is needed the most and is no longer a privilege. However, the implementation of Industry 4.0 technology requires large investment or cost so that a collaborative ecosystem is required from several stakeholders such as forest planter, crop planters, livestock and ecotourism business actors with suppliers, customers and policy makers. In its application, even for Information Technology (IT) system in general, the use of Enterprise Architecture is a mediator between business language and IT language. With all of that background and a literature study approach, this research will propose an Enterprise Architecture design with an Industry 4.0 framework in the agroforestry industry and ecotourism that can be used together to form an integrated ecosystem from various stakeholders, both for companies of various scales and small farmers if supported by the government or a larger company for better efficiency and common interests.

Abstract

Institut Bisnis dan Informatika (IBI) Kosgoro 1957 menjadi salah satu bagian dari beberapa universitas swasta yang berlokasi di Jakarta Selatan. Sampai saat ini proses mahasiswa dan dosen yang ingin meminjam kelas masih manual. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya bentrok jam perkuliahan. Kartu identitas dosen dengan menggunakan teknologi berbasis RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) dalam bentuk tag card dapat menjadi solusi sebagai aplikasi dalam mengontrol reservasi yang sistemnya digunakan untuk membuka ruang kelas yang sudah di daftar kan. Diharapkan dengan adanya smart card ini dapat menjadi sistem akses ke ruang kelas agar lebih efektif. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan metode observasi. Rangkaian prototype smart class dibangun dengan beberapa komponen penting yaitu Board NodeMCU ESP32, Modul RFID RC522 + RFID Tags (13.56 MHz), Modul LCD + i2C, Motor Servo, Kabel + Micro USB Cable + Adaptor/Power supply, dan Wlan / Router. Sistem multi akses ruangan kelas dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta menggunakan database MySQL. Tahap pengembangan aplikasi terdiri dari analisis penelitian, system design, implementasi, serta pengujian. Sistem kontrol dan reservasi yang dibuat dapat digunakan untuk kontrol pengguna ruangan, setiap dosen mempunyai satu kartu yang dapat digunakan untuk mengakses ruangan. Kartu RFID yang sudah terdaftar dapat digunakan untuk membuka pintu dan me-record data kehadiran Mahasiswa. Sistem multi akses ruangan kelas juga dapat digunakan untuk mengawasi penggunaan ruangan melalui website. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian pada sistem yang telah berhasil dibangun ini menunjuukan bahwa sistem layak dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sistem multi akses ruangan kelas di IBI Kosgoro 1957.
