Abstract

Currently a very large role of information technology in all areas of education is no exception, where the roles and appropriate management should be taken to ensure the availability of IT services that support business processes in the organization is on STIE MDP. This study aims to measure the level of maturity (maturity) of the process and information technology services applied to STIE MDP. This study uses a methodology developed COBIT framework for IT Governance Institute (ITGI) for control and auditing of IT with a focus on the domain "deliver and support (DS)". The results obtained maturity measurement of IT services at STIE MDP particular DS domain average - average - average 2.73 and was at 3-Define level while the level of maturity expected by the organization is at an average level of 3.9 is Managed and measurable. Recommendations increase the level of maturity with more emphasis on DS DS 5 and 11 who get the smallest maturity calculation domain than other processes.

Abstract

Information Technology in higher education are expected to be used to improve the quality of student in learning, such as facilitating student to access the Internet easily by making it easy to get the information from online sites. However, Internet is often misused by student, they are using it to access social media and gamesinstead of support their learning process. Based on this fact, we need to evaluate how Internet usage can affect students learning interest and behavior in Palembang by using the concept of Theory Reasoned Action (TRA) Model. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with software AMOS 22 is used to analyze this problem. The result of this study show that the subjective norm have no effect on student interest on learning while Internet Usage behavior has. Based on this result, it can provide an input for universities to maximize Internet usage to support student interest on learning

Abstract

Lecturer performance assessment is an activity carried out to evaluate the performance of lecturers with the aim of improving the performance of lecturers. On the process calculating assessment which is conducted by STMIK MDP it is still semi-computerized which causes the calculation of values take a long time, from lecture side there is no transparency information which explain source from calculating and the low aspect from that lecture. So it is need Lecturer performance assessment Systems that allows rapid calculation of values and provides information for monitoring lecture performance. . In making of this system, it using the Extreme Programming Methods because the assessment system of lecture performance is needed in a fast time while there are system requirements that are still changing, and for the system, we use an supporting application which is Atom and MySQL as an database. The result of design is an system that can processlecturer performance data quickly, provide performance information to lecturer and the vice director so that can help in decision-making related lecturer development.

Abstract

PT Tunas Auto Graha merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distribusi kendaraan bermotor besar (roda empat / mobil). PT Tunas Auto Graha mempunyai visi “Menjadi dealer otomotif terbaik dalam proses pelayanan terhadap pelanggan”. PT Tunas Auto Graha senantiasa menyediakan dan memberikan fasilitas pelayanan yang fleksibel. Diketahui masalah yang terjadi saat ini belum lengkapnya panduan yang ada, serta penilaian kapabilitas dan kesenjangan untuk keefektifan sistem dan operasional belum terlaksana dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk evaluasi operasional. Dalam penelitian ini kerangka kerja yang digunakan adalah COBIT 5 dengan tahapan Assessment Process Activities. Domain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini EDM01 (Ensure Government Framework Setting and Maintance), EDM02 (Ensure Benefits Delivery), DSS01 (Manage Operations), DSS02 (Manage Service Request and Incidents), DSS03 (Manage Problems), DSS04 (Manage Continuity), dan DSS06 (Manage Business Process Controls). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi ditemukan masih adanya gap pada DSS02, DSS03, DSS04, DSS06 yang berada pada level 3 (Established Process) sehingga disarankan beberapa rekomendasi untuk mencapai Expected Level yang diharapkan. Rekomendasi evaluasi pada sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi serta kegiatan operasional dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik agar tercapainya strategi dan tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) merupakan strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk menambah tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan yang diberikan oleh PT. ABC kepada pelanggan melalui media SMS Gateway. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membantu PT.ABC untuk membantu dalam mempertahankan dan melayani pelanggan   sehingga mereka lebih loyal serta dapat meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan. Metode RUP (Rational Unified Process) digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini  yang terdiri  dari fase Inception,  fase  Elaboration, fase  Construction dan  fase Transition. Hasil pengembangan sistem ini  dapat  membantu  PT.  ABC  menerapkan CRM  didalam kegiatan  bisnisnya dengan memanfaatkan SMS Gateway.Kata Kunci : CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SMS Gateway, Metode RUP (Rational Unified Process)

Abstract

Technological developments require Tour and Travel companies to take advantage of technology to make maximazing of utilize technology quality of service to customers  where customers now have the desire to get information and services quickly. Currently, many information systems have been developed by travel companies but are still only for one company, So that the development of information systems by adapting the concept of a marketplace that is devoted to a collection of travel tour company  can be  make a  good company and customers can take advantage of this information system as a bridge of communication, information and transactions related to tour and travel. As for the design of this system is a case study is some tour and travel companies in the city of Palembang by using the RUP method, the selection of this method is due to the iterative software development process so it is possible to make improvements if the previous stage that allows to make improvements if the previous stage still needs improvement. The design of travel information systems travel tour using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams and the design of interface system and will be implement by  php and mySQL. , The result of this design is an information system which is a gathering place from some travel tour company, and can become a system of information linking process of transaction, information and communication between company and customer that allows to make improvements if the previous stage still needs improvement

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to help distributors solve problems in monitoring operational activities for each tenant, which includes monitoring inventory and monitoring income for each tenant. This research will produce an android-based information system with a theme. Goods monitoring information system. The development method used is a prototype system and Java as a programming language. The development of this system uses Android Studio, MySQL as its database, and PHP as a language to build web services that connect applications with MySQL databases. The development of this system begins with the stages of literature study, needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and drawing conclusions. The purpose of this study is to produce a system that can be used to process data on goods and sales and can assist companies in minimizing obstacles that arise in the distribution and recording of sales. The system created can provide information for the owner of the distributor to find out the sales performance of each tenant, and stock availability, so that the owner does not need to wait for the tenant report which is recap once a week, and. The owner can monitor in real time the stock of goods and income for each tenant. This can also minimize the loss of availability of goods to tenants in the long term Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membantu distributor menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam pemantauan kinerja kegiatan oprasional pada tiap tenant, yang mencakup monitoring persediaan barang dan monitoring pendapatan tiap tenant. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi dalam berbasis android dengan tema. Sistem informasi monitoring barang. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan berupa sistem prototype dan Java sebagai bahasa pemrograman. Pengembangan sistem ini dibuat menggunakan Android Studio, MySQL sebagai database-nya, dan PHP sebagai bahasa untuk membangun web service yang menghubungkan antara aplikasi dengan database MySQL. Pengembangan sistem ini dimulai dengan tahapan studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Tujuan kajian ini untuk menghasilkan sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pengolahan data barang, dan penjualan serta dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meminimalisir kendala yang timbul dalam pendistribusian dan pencatatan penjualan. Sistem yang dibuat dapat memberikan informasi pemilik distributor untuk mengetahui performa penjualan setiap tenant, dan ketersediaan stok, sehingga pemilik tidak perlu menunggu laporan tenant yang di rekap 1(satu) Minggu sekali, dan. Pemilik dapat melakukan monitoring secara real time terhadap stok barang dan pemasukan pada tiap tenant. Hal ini juga dapat meminimalisir putusnya ketersediaan barang pada tenant dalam jangka waktu yang lama.

Abstract

Today, information technology has a very important role for companies to achieve their goals. Palembang University as an educational institution has a goal to be able to implement good higher education governance by utilizing information technology, especially in the field of academic services. Currently, the University of Palembang requires measurement of the implementation of information technology to support the institution's goals in providing effective and efficient academic services. In measuring the level of academic service capability, the Cobit 5 framework is used where the selected domain is Deliver, Service and Support (DSS), which is to ensure that services for supporting aspects are optimal or not. The results of measuring the level of academic service capability at the University of Palembang show that there is still a gap is the average value of the maturity level is 2.6.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) is a formal education unit that organizes vocational education where the orientation produces graduate students who are ready to work. One area of expertise that is in great demand by students is computer and network engineering (TKJ), where this area of expertise teaches how to make students skilled and competent in the field of computer and network engineering. In this era of digital transformation, computer networks are part of human needs so there are many job opportunities in this field. The purpose of this service and socialization is to increase the understanding and knowledge of SMK students in the field of TKJ in conducting education and preparing themselves to enter the world of work. The partners of this service activity are students of SMKN Suak Tapeh Banyuasin where this activity is carried out in the Computer Laboratory Computer and Network Engineering Study Program. While the method of activity used in this service is planning, directing, guiding and teaching network practicum and conducting competency exams that must be followed before completing education at school. Through this service activity occurs increasing understanding from SMK students majoring in TKJ regarding the areas of expertise they take so as to improve the quality of graduates of SMK N Suak Tapeh and also as a provision to face the world of work. In this era of digital transformation, computer networks are part of human needs so there are many job opportunities in this field. The purpose of this service and socialization is to increase the understanding and knowledge of SMK students in the field of TKJ in conducting education and preparing themselves to enter the world of work. Abstract

Sertifikasi Halal akan diwajibkan untuk semua produk makanan dan minuman di Indonesia pada Oktober 2024 , Konsumen muslim di Indonesia sangat membutuhkan label sertifikat halal pada produk yang akan dikonsumsi termasuk produk UMKM. Itulah mengapa percepatan sertifikasi halal harus dilakukan oleh BPJPH, salah satunya dengan cara membentuk tim pendamping proses produk halal bagi UMK. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mendampingin pelaku usaha dalam pembinaan UMK dalam pengajuan sertifikat halal di kota Plalembang . Metode yang yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis model interaktif, menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang bersumber dari observasi, wawancara dan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LP3H Jakarta Halal Center sudah banyak mendampingi UMK dalam hal pengajuan sertifikasi halal, namun masih ditemukan beberapa permasalahan dalam proses pengajuannya. Dengan adanya upaya ini, diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan kendala yang dihadapi sehingga pendampingan UMK dalam pengajuan sertifikat halal di Palembang bisa lebih baik.
