JATISI bekerja sama dengan IndoCEISS dalam pengelolaannya. IndoCEISS merupakan wadah bagi para ilmuwan, praktisi, pendidik, dan penggemar dalam bidang komputer, elektronika, dan instrumentasi yang menaruh minat untuk memajukan bidang tersebut di Indonesia.
JATISI diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun (September dan Maret), makalah yang diterbitkan JATISI minimal terdiri dari 60% dari luar Sumatera Selatan, dan 40% dari Sumatera Selatan. Makalah yang diterbitkan melalui tahap review oleh reviewer yang berpengalaman dan sudah memiliki makalah yang diterbitkan di jurnal internasional yang terindeks SCOPUS.

The purpose of this research is to design an automatic door using a PIR (Passive Infrared Receiver) Sensor during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This automatic door system is designed using automatic control combined with sensors and motors. The PIR sensor can detect a human coming to the door. This PIR sensor will send a signal to the controller. The controller will send processing information data to the motor so that it can open and close the door by itself. The door is a medium that is used as a way to enter or exit from one room to another. Generally, doors in public facilities are opened manually. During this pandemic, it is very vulnerable because the doorknob is touched by many people which allows the impact of Covid-19 transmission. The advantage of this innovation is that it can make it easier for people to open and close the door without physical contact with the door. The door will open automatically when there is a stimulus object (physical energy) that moves it. Regarding the current problems, the author proposes to make an automatic door design tool using a PIR sensor that can be implemented on the doors of public facilities in the hope of helping reduce the risk of transmission and prevent wider spread.

Majelis Rakyat Papua is an institution in the province of Papua, Indonesia consisting of indigenous Papuans who are equivalent to the DPRD. As the Papuan People's Assembly develops, it will affect the needs of information technology. Currently to create a peaceful Papua as an embodiment of the commitment of all components of society in the province, the duties and functions of the Papuan People's Assembly, information systems are needed to support organizational activities, services to stakeholders, especially to indigenous Papuans. However, so far the utilization of the information system to support the main task and its function has not been maximized because some of the processes are still done manually, so it is less effective and efficient. Therefore, research on Strategic Planning of Information Technology will be needed to ensure the success of the Papuan People's Assembly in meeting information technology needs using the Wetherbe methodology. Through good and appropriate information technology planning, the purpose of the MRP is that both short-term and long-term can be done optimally. The preparation of a strategic plan of information systems has resulted in a portfolio of information systems applications. Strategic planning of this information system can create a strategy that is aligned with the business strategy of the Sekretariat Majelis Rakyat Papua. The solution needs information systems based on the results of the analysis that has been done, resulting in twenty two information systems.

Indonesia ranks 88th under other ASEAN countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam as countries that implement an Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) or known as e-government. With the Covid 19 pandemic, the government service system was forced to switch to using the internet. However, Indonesia is not yet ready to implement e-government because several aspects include legal aspects of e-government. The legal aspects in question are document legality, personal data security in the use of e-government systems. Currently, Indonesia does not have a foundation to regulate these aspects, so that Indonesia has not been able to implement e-government as a government service, while with the COVID-19 pandemic, government services must switch to an electronic-based service system. Problems from various aspects can be overcome by conducting research with the target of a business model that can be used as a reference in the legality of documents, models and security of personal data. The research case study was conducted at the Tasikmalaya Government Office, West Java. The method used to build the model is the RACI chart to see the connectedness of stakeholders who play a role in the designed business model. Making a business model is made with a standard notation in making a business model, namely BPMN. The resulting model is a business model on document security and data privacy by utilizing the RSA algorithm and Qr-code scheme, and a business model for digital signatures.

Kualitas udara menjadi salah satu masalah utama di kota besar. Salah satu cara pengendalian kualitas udara adalah dengan cara memprediksi beberapa parameter utama dengan menggunakan algoritma deep learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda deep learning yang merupakan bagian dari Recurrent Neural network yaitu Long Short Term Memory, Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory, dan Gated Recurrent Unit yang diterapkan pada permasalahan memprediksi data time series kualitas udara dengan parameter suhu, kelembaban, particular matter PM10, dan Indeks Standar Pencemar Udara (ISPU). Dari hasil pengujian 3 jenis model prediksi terhadap 4 variabel berdasarkan kreteria penilain menggunakan RMSE dari data testing dan dibandingkan dengan standard deviasi, maka model LSTM dan LSTM Bidirectional telah menunjukan hasil yang bagus untuk permasalahan data yang bersifat time series kualitas udara, Sedangkan model Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) menampilkan hasil yang kurang bagus.

Information systems at this time will continue to grow from various aspects, to take advantage of the progress in this era of information systems into a need that must be owned by every agency.One of them is the filing information system, each agency needs to keep documents as important records of various activities.Therefore, the archive must be managed properly so that it is not difficult when searching for the required information.In addition, the archive system can be used in the long term so as to avoid some obstacles that often occur in the management of archives such as damaged, scattered or lost.This archive system was created to facilitate the filing process, because Kasda BKAD archiving is still manually.Therefore, in this study was carried out the design of a filing information system for Disbursement Warrants (SP2D) in Regional Cash (Kasda) in BKAD West Bandung Regency. The development of this system uses waterfall methods and functional design using UML (Unified Modelling Language), the results of black box system testing are obtained valid results..This research produces a web-based information system that is expected to make it easier to manage archives.

PT Mentari Prima Jayaabadi is a manufacturing company that produces tapioca flour in large quantities. To support the company's operations, an information system is needed to support production. One of the systems to support is the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) information system. Measurement and evaluation is necessary for the maturity level of the system, organization, management and all governance. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the ERP system using the COBIT Framework. The COBIT 5 framework is a framework for system and technology governance to get a better level of maturity and capability. It is hoped that this research will produce a method of system management and information technology at PT Mentari Primajayaabadi at level 3, namely Established Process, to level 4, namely Predictable. Where business processes can be measured and monitored to be good.

The research explain the quality of the women's savings and loan information system (SPP) at the V Koto Kampung Dalam office. The desktop-based analysis system provides some information to employees and customers about women's savings and loans (SPP). Analysis of the quality of this information system is carried out using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method which involves several variables including usability variables, information quality, service quality and overall variables. This variable will explain the condition of the system that is running at UPK V Koto Kampung Dalam. Each of these variables will be included in several questions about the current system to the respondent. The data processing process in this study used 50 respondents with 22 questions involving these variables. With the analysis process involving 50 respondents, it can be stated that the IPA method is able to provide assessment results in the form of new information in the form of recommendations for the system to be developed by the agency. From the measurement results, the impact on women's savings and loans is due to the community understanding and knowing the quality of system services based on the information system used. This study was built using descriptive quantitative methods that provide results in the form of information.

The development of technology presents challenges for non-profit organizations such as churches. Indirectly churches are required to be more organized and present accurate data and carry out an in-depth analysis of the condition of the church congregation. Church X has 40 local churches in regional areas spread across several East Java and Bali cities such as Surabaya, Malang, Kediri, Tuluagung, Sidoarjo, and Denpasar. In providing effective services to the local congregation, Church X needs to create an integrated information system for congregational data management and the information system used to see the current condition of the congregation in all local churches so that effective and targeted services can be carried out. In this study, an administrative information system model for integrated congregational data management in Church X will be designed, an information system designed to be web-based. It is easy to implement and does not require investment in expensive information and communication technology equipment. The integrated information system model will be built using microservices. Through this model, an Information System model will be obtained that can assist the process of collecting data on congregations in the regional church X while maintaining data privacy for each local church.

Covid-19 pandemic affects businesses around the world and the most impacted are small and medium event organizer business (SMB EO) that usually having social gathering event participated by a few hundred participants only. Digital transformation must be executed immediately to adapt to the conditions utilizing Industry 4.0 technology especially in recent pandemic era. This paper study the enterprise architecture design of SMB EO utilizing Industry 4.0 to survive in pandemic era and beyond. The enterprise architecture based on Togaf framework consists of business, application, information, and technology architecture is decribed in this paper. Small business doesn’t have the big capital on investing in technologies and during pandemic where certain technology is scarce may cause the business to be left behind. Choice of utilizing public social media and cloud providers according to the architecture is the key. Once the technology is adopted, business is digitalized then business can be ready to face future metaverse business model.

Logistics costs in Indonesia are still relatively expensive due to the lack of infrastructure, technology, human resource capabilities, government logistics policies, natural disasters, and frequent illegal levies. Customers have not received information in real time. This can have an impact on customer satisfaction and delays in the payment process from customers. To answer these challenges, trucking business actors are required to innovate and improve the performance and utilization of their vehicles, especially by utilizing internet of things technology (IoT). The implementation of IoT technology in trucking companies requires enterprise architecture planning, so that the technology implemented is in accordance with business needs. This journal will discuss how to use IoT technology to support business goals and operational processes in the core process of trucking companies in Indonesia, as well as provide recommendations for enterprise architecture according to TOGAF that can be implemented in the core process of trucking business in Indonesia. Enterprise architecture recommendations are visualized through Archimate, so they can be easily understood and adapted by trucking businesses or the government.
