Abstract

The development of information technology has an impact on changes in services in all sectors. Services that have been using concepts in paper form have changed to using information technology-based applications. The use of paper must be abandoned and replaced by application-based services. Likewise, the food menu list service in a restaurant no longer uses paper but can be developed using an application-based menu service. This research aims to create an information system application that can serve food menus in website-based restaurants. The application was developed using the flask Python framework and using the Mysql database management system. The research method uses the waterfall system development model. Model development begins with system analysis, system design, database design and coding and evaluation. The process of modeling the system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of the study resulted in a website-based food menu service application. The developed application is divided into two parts, namely the front end and the back end. The application on the front end is an application that will be used by customers who will choose the food menu and make the ordering process. This application can display a list of food menus and store data related to the food menu ordered by the user. Another application developed is a back end application. Applications on the back end perform data management by the administrator. In this section the application focuses more on data maintenance. With this application-based food menu service application, the service no longer uses paper menus and the ordering process can be done quickly. From the user's side, with this application service, they can directly select the menu in the application and immediately get information on the cost of ordering food.

Abstract

The website Amikom Purwokerto University has an important role in disseminating information, therefore it is necessary to evaluate the quality of the website. The evaluation uses the Webqual variables and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approaches. The respondent is lecturers and students of University Amikom Purwokerto. The level of conformity per indicator is only US4 (easy to use) getting a match rate of 100% and IQ1 (accurate information), IQ2 (trustworthy), IQ5 (easy to understand), SIQ3 (user's personal information), and SIQ4 (space for personalization for users) getting a match rate greater than 100%. Based on quadrant analysis, quadrant I only IQ6 (quite detailed information is provided). Quadrant II consists of US1 (easy to learn and operate), US2 (interaction with users is clear and easy to understand), US4 (easy to use), US6 (design according to the type of website), IQ1 (accurate information), IQ2 (trustworthy), IQ4 (relevant information), IQ5 (easy to understand), IQ7 (appropriate delivery format), and SIQ1 (good website reputation). In quadrant III there are US3 (easy to navigate), US5 (attractive appearance), US7 (good performance), US8 (providing a positive experience for users), IQ3 (up to date information), SIQ2 (feeling safe), SIQ4 (space for personalization for users), SIQ5 (gives a sense of community), SIQ6 (easy to communicate with other users), and SIQ7 (services as promised). Quadrant IV only contains SIQ3 (user's personal information).

Abstract

Batik is attached to Indonesian society as a national identity and recognized as Indonesia national outfits. Batik has been used, produced and found all over Indonesia even though mostly associated to Javanese society as its main origin. Ecoprint is a technique in which plants, leaves, and leaves leave a beautiful design in terms of shape, color on a fabric medium. Sentiment analysis is the process of understanding, extracting and processing textual data automatically to get sentiment information contained in a sentence. This article is concerned on made sentiment analysis to evaluating customer satisfaction of Ecoprint Batik. We also want to know how the customer review about Ecoprint Batik and want to evaluate what Ecoprint Batik that are satisfied enough and are that customer knows that Ecoprint Batik are environmentally friendly, using Naïve Bayes and KNN classifier. In accordance with the tweet data of 5,736 positive sentiments and 1,707 negative sentiments, we can see that ecoprint batik buyers are satisfied with ecoprint batik products. In addition, looking at the data train as 17,197 tweets, there are 39 tweets that know that ecoprint batik is environmentally friendly, for the rest consumers of batik ecoprint write more about the quality of ecoprint batik.

Abstract

Project-based learning is one of the learning models that is currently considered suitable for Engineering-based study programs, where in project-based learning it is expected that students can produce a product that can be prepared through a collaborative process. The resulting product certainly needs to be assessed at the end of the semester, in this learning model it is hoped that the assessment process will also be carried out collaboratively, so that the research process can be carried out properly and comprehensively, it is necessary to create an integrated information system model that can adopt these needs. The information system is also a solution during the COVID-19 pandemic, which causes not all lecturers to meet and gather in one place, with this information system assessment can be done online without the need to meet physically. This information system is built based on web and mobile applications, making it easier to access without any geographical and location restrictions. The result of this research is an Information System model for a collaborative assessment process for project-based learning that can be accessed from anywhere.

Abstract

Ren'z Hotel Pangkalpinang is a hotel that is strategically located in the middle of Pangkalpinang City. The reservation service or room reservation that he does is still conventional, that is, it is recorded in a book and entered into a computer using Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet). Guests who make room reservations to stay can only be done by telephone, or come in person. The existence of a human error factor in the process of recording room reservations causes frequent errors in recording room reservations, the length of information in checking the status of the room is filled or empty or has been ordered. The existence of these problems is the background of the author to conduct research at this Ren'z Hotel. The web-based hotel system will make it very easy for prospective guests who will make reservations or room reservations without having to come to the hotel first. It is hoped that with this system ordering can be faster, more precise, accurate and improve a quality performance and also provide information services to consumers. The research method carried out by the author is the method of collecting data in the form of observations, interviews and literature studies, while the system development method uses the waterfall by using tools in the form of UML (Unified Modeling Language) and making the application using the Laravel Framework.

Abstract

The housing business is currently growing rapidly because the house is one of the basic needs of humans. PT. Pesona Quatraz Lestari is one of the property companies that provide various types of housing. By the results of observations, the information media used is still in the form of 2D images that are not interactive. As the solution, a virtual reality-based system was designed that presents housing model information in 3D. The housing object modeling uses the polygonal modeling method with the extrude face technique. Polygonal modeling is object modeling using points that determine the area of a surface so that it can create planes from a 3D model. While the extrude face technique is a modeling technique in forming new polygons on it. The system runs on the Android platform and is equipped with a mobile stick controller as a navigation tool. This system can provide information in the form of housing models, building materials, housing loan costs (KPR), and housing location information packaged in the form of interactive multimedia elements. The system has gone through the stages of testing and implementation, it can be used as a housing promotion media as an effort to increase the company's competitiveness.

Abstract

Acceptance of prospective new members is an activity that must be carried out in an organization to get good quality prospective members from the acceptance of members in the Muhammadiyah Student Association. The more prospective members who want to enter an organization, the more difficult it is to make decisions in selecting new prospective members. There are several organizations, the recruitment of prospective members is still mostly done professionally. This problem is caused by the absence of a system to be selected in the selection of new members. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was chosen to conduct this research because this method can create a weight value after each one, then rank the attributes on each alternative from all alternatives, the alternative is a prospective new member based on the criteria that have been determined by the committee. This research will produce a system to simplify and speed up the selection of new members and the selection committee in making decisions for new members of the Muhammadiyah Student Association.

Abstract

The elderly who experience health complaints in 2020 reach half of the total elderly population in Indonesia. Decision support systems (SPKK) in medicine are used to diagnose diseases, but the problem that often occurs is that users have difficulty operating the system. This is because the information displayed is not in accordance with user needs and the lack of understanding of the principles of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) in building attractive dialogue designs. Based on this situation, the prototype design was carried out using the user centered design (UCD) method and the doctor as the target user. The design of the prototype is adjusted to the stages of the diagnosis process such as the history prototype, the physical examination prototype, the supporting examination prototype and the diagnostic result prototype. There are 4 stages in the UCD approach, namely understanding the user context, determining user needs, design and evaluation. The evaluation process was carried out in 3 stages by 2 doctors with a direct interview process to get the desired dialogue design. After a redesign process that adjusted the evaluation results, the doctor finally stated that the variety of dialogues had fulfilled the information and needs of doctors to detect disorders in the elderly. The proposed prototype can be immediately implemented into the application program. For further research, especially systems that require physical examinations and supporting examinations for health problems.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology at this time also has an impact on the use of information technology in the university environment. XYZ University as a university that has quite a lot of students also applies information technology to support their distance learning. The role of information technology is quite crucial and important. Unfortunately, the issue of information security which is an important part of information technology often gets less attention. Its undeniable that the emergence of threats or weaknesses in information technology can disrupt the course of service activities using information technology. Therefore, it is necessary to manage information technology and risk-based document standard procedures as outlined in governance to manage emerging threats or weaknesses. ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is an framework of information security management system that can be used as a basis for managing information security. This study identifies assets, threats, weaknesses, risk analysis, BIA, risk assessment, and risk mapping based on clauses to produce recommendations for policy documents, procedures, and work instructions to improve information security control based on ISO 27001:2013 clauses. Considering its high risk value, this study produced several recommendations for security documents, namely 5 policy documents, 6 procedure guidelines, 8 work instructions, and 12 forms.

Abstract

This paper discusses about the creation of a server for data storage using Freenas operating system, which accesses the server via internet or public IP using a VPN (Virtual Private Network). Data access from the user to the server uses Freenas user authentication and added with VPN user authentication to increase network security and overcome security problems in data transactions such as data theft. The result of the research from the created server, showed that the created VPN path can be used to overcome these security problems. From the data transaction experiments that have been carried out on the server, it shows that the data sent via internet network without a VPN is not encrypted and its contents can still be viewed, while the data using the VPN path has encrypted data and cannot be viewed directly.
