Abstract

The system implementation within the company or organization is accompanied by the redesign of business processes and changes in organizational structure that are carried out to align system implementation with business strategies. In a mandatory environment,, the decision to adopt technology is determined by the management so that in the end employees will use the technology. However, there is a possibility that the employee may engage in destructive behavior so that failing to implement innovations or technology. Many studies have developed models that can be used to measure the success of mandatory system implementation and identified the factors that influence that success. The purpose of this literature review is to provide a comprehensive summary of research related to the success model of mandatory system implementation, provide insight into the critical success factors of mandatory system implementation, and identify research limitations in the literature to provide possible future. The research selected in this literature review is research from 2016 to 2021.

Abstract

Smart agriculture pada aplikasi monitoring penyiraman otomatis dibuat untuk perawatan tanaman untuk pengendalian terhadap suhu dan kelembaban, tanaman akan baik pada suhu dan kelembapn idela, penyiraman harus dilakukan untuk keberlangsungan hidup tanaman. Kurangnya pemeliharaan tanaman ketika pemilik tanaman berkendala untuk merawat tanaman, sehingga tanaman diperkebunan tidak terawat. Pada penelitian membuat rancangan sistem monitoring kelembapan udara, suhu dan kelembaban tanah berbasis IoT untuk penyiraman secara otomatis pada tanaman hias berdasarkan nilai suhu kelembaban udara disekitar dan kelembaban tanah. Sistem menggunakan sensor DHT22 dan Soil Moisture untuk mengukur kelembapan udara, suhu dan kelembaban tanah yang diolah dengan ESP8266 untuk dikirim ke platform thinger.io dan diterima perangkat aplikasi monitoring. Pengujian melakukan perbandingan keakuratan algoritma fuzzy inference untuk menentukan durasi penyiraman. Rancang sistem dengan aturan fuzzy inference tsukamoto memiliki akurasi yang baik dari hasil pergukuran 100% data yang sesuai, sedangkan aturan metode fuzzy inference mamdani mendapatkan data 45% yang sesuai dari minimal 20 detik dan penyiraman durasi lama maksimal 30 detik. Hasil pengujian seluruh sistem yaitu hasil kuantitatif yaitu rata-rata durasi penyiraman yang dihasilkan metode tsukamoto 25 detik dan rata – rata yang dihasilkan pada metode mamdani 12 detik dan selisih presentase 51,94% dari pengukuran.

Abstract

Sorting data is one of the techniques in data structures, and data structures certainly have various algorithms. In e-commerce applications, really need a good and efficient data sorting algorithm in terms of speed performance and also the accuracy of data sorting accuracy. In this study, the performance of the data sorting algorithm was tested, namely the Bubble Sort and Quick Sort algorithms where the supporting media for the test was an e-commerce application built with the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language. The dataset used was obtained from Optik Citra Abadi and Tokopedia's official store, namely Optik Melawai, Optik Kasoem, and Optik Seis. The test results of the two algorithms which have been divided into 5 iterations and 10 times of data retrieval from each iteration show that there is a difference in execution time for 250 data lengths, where the bubble sort algorithm takes 0.468421 seconds, while the quick sort algorithm only takes 0.008912 seconds. Both algorithms obtain 100% accuracy in the data sorting process.

Abstract

The global pandemic of Covid-19 in 2020 encourage a significant increase of online trading such as selling and buying around the world, especially in Indonesia. The dependency on goods delivery services to fulfill transaction process among sellers and buyers are essential as the government policy enforce a limitation of errands outside home. Since 2000, top brand awards have often conducted official surveys in terms of awarding and displaying comparisons of goods or services based on public opinion from several regions. One of the services that became the top brand survey is delivery service. However, it was found that the survey rankings were not quite accurate because the public and companies were still unable to find out in detail the success factors and drawbacks of their brands based on the ratings submitted. This research was conducted to analyze opinion sentiment of delivery service (JNE, J&T, TIKI, Pos Indonesia, and DHL Indonesia) and determine the aspect of timeliness and quality. The data is retrieved from Twitter “tweets” of delivery service official account of @JNE_ID, @shippexpressid, @PosIndonesia, and @IdTiki, and search keyword of “DHL Indonesia”. K-Nearest Neighbor with parameter K=3 is adopted as the main algorithm following some text processing method, feature extraction and feature selection. The result shows DHL Indonesia is in the first position at 55.6% of Twitter users who gave positive feedback for service aspect by timeliness and at 15% for service aspect by quality. This research system has accuracy at 94.56%, precision at 62.31%, recall at 45.26%, and F-measure at 62.32%. It can be concluded that the parameters used are quite optimal.

Abstract

Abstract The development of technology in every aspect of human life, encouraging the emergence of new innovations. One of the uses of technology in government agencies is a smart city. Smart city aims to maximize the utilization of technology that support the improvement of services to the community. Temanggung regency is one of regencies which was selected in the program of the Gerakan Menuju 100 Smart City. This study aims to determine the level of readiness of the government of Kabupaten Temanggung efforts in the construction of smart city. In this study, the researchers conducted data collection with qualitative methods. Secondary data sourced from the documents of the draft medium-term development (RPJMD), and documents the strategic plan (renstra) of the OPD. In addition, the researchers also conducted focus group discussion with the organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) in each dimension of the smart city. This research uses Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Smart Readiness Model in the analysis of readiness. Based on the results of data analysis that has been done, the result shows that in general Temanggung Regency has a fairly good readiness, however there are some aspects that need to be improved. So the need for evaluation and improvement to boost the construction of a better future. Keywords—Smart City, Smart Readiness, Analisis Kesiapan, Pemerintah Kabupaten Temanggung

Abstract

Health is a very important sector and gets great attention by the Government. This sector has the potential to be integrated with information technology. One of the health programs that have been established by the Government is the Maternal and Child Health Program (KIA). The program includes services and care for pregnant women, maternity mothers, breastfeeding mothers, infants and toddlers to preschoolers. However, in the implementation of the program there are several weaknesses, including the implementation process which is still manual using the MCH handbook which makes the process less effective and efficient. Whereas the implementation of the program can be maximized by the use of information technology, including the help of applications. There are many previous studies that try to overcome this problem by making applications. However, of all these applications only focus on aspects of infant growth and the provision of information about maternal and child health. In fact, there are other aspects that also need to be considered related to maternal and child health monitoring. These aspects include aspects of infant development. Infant development is an important factor in assessing deviations in child development. In addition, these various applications have not yet been combined with an intelligent system or Intelligence System to become a Healthcare Intelligence System, for example with an early warning feature related to maternal and child health in case of irregularities. So that the use of information technology can be optimally implemented for monitoring the health of mothers and children. However, in making the Healthcare Intelligence System, input data is needed which will later be processed using algorithms and the features in it. Therefore, it is important to first create an application that contains a data input module for data related to maternal and child health monitoring, from aspects of growth to development. In developing the application, the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle method is used. The focus of this research is to create a frontend application. The application prototype testing process is carried out using the Usability Testing method to ensure the resulting application is in accordance with the needs. The results obtained from this study are the Healthcare Intelligence System frontend application that has been carried out by Blackbox Testing. This frontend application has been adjusted to the data and parameters contained in the application prototype. This frontend application has also been integrated with the backend application with an API that has been created. With this system designed, both mothers and midwives can take notes to see the health conditions of mothers and children.

Abstract

The library is one of the facilities in schools, universities or in the office and in the development of an increasingly advanced technology era and also libraries must follow technological developments that have begun to use e-libraries by reading e-books. For research in the case of the Putra Bangsa High School library, it does not have a digital library. In this study, SMA Putra Bangsa wants to create an E-library website for online reading. This study aims to search for books by implementing the Sequential Search method on the e-library application used to search for book data based on book titles, book categories and publishers which are array data 1 dimensions. In addition, to classify Putra Bangsa SMA data to find books that are recommended to website visitors by using the apriori algorithm method, this method determines the item set of the most popular books. So that this application allows readers to read efficiently and even read digital books through various devices that support browsing facilities using the internet

Abstract

Video streaming is a medium that has many benefits, especially for education, online meetings, or just to watch movies. The development of the internet network over the years can make it easier to access video streaming. MPLS is one of the internet networks that is used because it is fast in transferring data so that accessing video streaming becomes easier and MPLS is also the basic network for the formation of a VPLS network. MPLS applies labeling to a data packet that can increase the speed in the process of sending data on the network. There is also something called VPLS in the internet network which has almost the same principle as MPLS. Of the two networks mentioned, a trial will be conducted using video streaming with QoS parameters including throughput, delay, and packet loss. The final result of this research is a comparison of the QoS performance of the MPLS network and the VPLS network.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze e-leadership in the implementation of e-government by Indonesian regional government as an effort to succeed the transformation to the new normal. The research was carried out using qualitative approach with research data in the form of secondary data. The Data were then analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques consisting of four stages, namely data review, data reduction, data categorization, and data interpretation. The results of the study indicate that the e-government in regional governments still not implemented effectively and efficiently. This can be seen from the lack of integration in the application of e-government between government agencies, both at the central and regional levels. This situation also illustrates that e-leadership in the local government is still not optimal. Methods for optimizing e-leadership in e-government consist of: 1) Increasing e-leader knowledge of IT used in regional governments; 2) Creating a work culture that is conducive to the implementation of e-government; 3) Implement SPBE literacy promotion; 4) Development of PNS functional positions; 5) Implementation of partnerships with non-government parties to improve the technical competence of ASN related to e-government; 6) Using the EMAC approach to select e-leader candidates; and 7) Improving e-leadership capability in various decision-making domains. The optimization of e-leadership in the implementation of e-government by the regional government is expected to succeed the transformation into the new normal era through the dissemination of information to the public about the new normal concept and the importance of compliance with health protocols.

Abstract

In carrying out their functions as forest managers and supervisors, UPT KPH KTT employees are required to always be active and have high mobility. However, this mobility will be disrupted when the management of employees and archives at UPT KPH KTT is still not running optimally. In addition, a manually recapitulated letter will make it difficult for the mail administration to search for the required letter archive. Based on these problems, this research proposes to develop SIM-KSM based on the MVC (model-view-controller) CodeIgniter framework for UPT KPH KTT. The design in making this application uses the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method and is tested by compatibility, black-box, and usability testing for several sample of respondents. The results of the compatibility test show that this application can be accessed on various types of web browsers on PC/Laptop/smartphone. The black-box test results show that the application workflow is valid for all designed business processes. The results of the usability test show that this application is in the range of grade B with a value of 81.2. These results indicate that the interface and business processes in this application can work well and can be used by users easily.
