Abstract

Biro Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi (BTSI) is one of the service units tasked with developing and supporting the needs of the academic community regarding the needs of information technology. BTSI always maintains system security and carries out regular maintenance for the smooth running of service and development activities at BTSI. Research conducted at the Bureau of Technology and Information Systems regarding the analysis of risk management using the ISO 31000:2018 framework was compiled with several stages starting from the stages of identification, analysis, evaluation, to risk treatment. In order to achieve this goal, a governance risk management is needed so that BTSI can mitigate incidents that will occur in the future. However, threats and risks that may occur later are things that must be anticipated and are very likely to occur. The disruption of business processes until the cessation of all activities at BTSI is the impact of possible threats that will occur, but BTSI can face previous risks and re-launch existing business processes. Therefore, it is important to understand the risks that can affect BTSI's business processes.

Abstract

Salatiga Betta Genetic is a shop that sells betta fish products. This store is known to still use conventional sales methods, namely by coming to the place and promoting products through various social media because it does not yet have a sales system itself. Sales activities like this can cause problems in managing order data from customers on various social media. Therefore, a website-based betta fish sales information system was built. The sales system will be built with the Laravel framework and using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method in order to get maximum results but it doesn't take long. The result of the research is a betta fish sales website that can help Salatiga Betta Genetic in managing orders and can help reach a wider market

Abstract

This research the medical record activities which has an influence on the quality medical services in hospitals are data processing, especially in making disease indexes and actions. The disease index activity found in this study is the processing of inpatient disease index data that has been computerized and integrated at SIMRS, but inputting disease index data is still done by pulling patient disease diagnosis data one by one into Microsoft Excel from SIMRS. So that the data input takes a long time and the patient's disease index cannot be processed as a whole into a report. This research aims to produce design of a disease index information system for inpatients using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and interviews were conducted directly by researchers to officers as a research method, observation and equipped with a literature review. The result of this study is to develop an existing patient disease index information system into an integrated information system so that the preparation of patient disease index reports can be done quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

Currently the development of the world of technology is growing rapidly, especially in the world of IT (Informatic Technology). One aspect that is affected by the development of the IT world is the world of health, especially in the medical field. One of the uses of Information Technology in the medical field is the use of expert systems in facilitating the analysis of a disease. The author designed an expert system application that aims to be able to make a diagnosis of hypertension. This application is a web-based expert system application so that it can be accessed by users wherever and whenever they are. The inference process in this system using the Dempster Shafer method is a representation, combination and propagation of uncertainty, where this theory has several characteristics that are intuitively in accordance with the way of thinking of an expert, but have a strong mathematical basis. In this theory can distinguish uncertainty and ignorance. With this application a person can quickly find out the possibility of the disease he is suffering from, so that he can immediately take quick action. Abstract

Firewall merupakan bagian penting dalam suatu keamanan jaringan dimana akses lalu lintas internet banyak digunakan dalam dunia pendidikan maupun pekerjaan. Dalam hal ini firewall sangat diperlukan untuk mengatur akses lalu lintas internet agar melindungi system dari ancaman dan serangan dari luar. Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem keamanan jaringan menggunakan firewall dengan metode port blocking dan firewall filtering. Penelitian ini menggunakan router Mikrotik dan aplikasi Winbox meremote router untuk membuat rule firewall. Rule firewall berisi blocking port komunikasi yang rawan terhadap serangan virus dan malware, dan pembatasan akses lalu lintas internet menggunakan web proxy dengan memblock situs http dan https dalam suatu jaringan. Hasil penelitian ini diuji menggunakan aplikasi Nmap untuk melihat sisa port komunikasi yang terbuka dan menggunakan browser untuk mengakses web situs yang dialihkan dan di block. Dengan memaksimalkan dan mengoptimalkan kinerja firewall sebuah jaringan internet akan lebih aman dan meminimalisir ancaman serangan dari luar.

Abstract

Distribution to meet daily needs from distribution centers to large agents, shops, and large stalls to small stalls is required to be carried out quickly and responsively in the distribution process. As a distributor, you are also required to always be able to manage the amount of stock in the warehouse, so that there is no accumulation of stock or a shortage of product stock provided. To avoid miscommunication between the sales of the LEU Mart Karawang Distribution Center and the DC Leu Mart Karawang warehouse. In connection with the problems that occur in the distribution center, it is necessary to apply communication technology to speed up communication in the distribution center. The application or implementation of the LEU Mart Karawang Distribution Center retail transaction application using the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) method which is applied in this study. The application applied to DC LEU Mart Karawang can improve the distribution process and warehouse inventory control of DC LEU Mart Karawang. Apart from that, applying the EDI method can also provide information quickly directly without having to control directly to the distribution warehouse. Based on this study, it was found that the importance of the application of information technology to facilitate the ongoing distribution process.

Abstract

XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the distribution of pulp and paper where PT. XYZ itself has implemented IS/IT to support the achievement of the company's vision and mission, but in its implementation, the system used is often not effective and efficient, so a strategic and structured system design is needed. The expected result of this research is to plan an IS/IT strategy so that the implementation of the system when running the company's business processes can be more effective and efficient. The technique used in this study is the ward and Peppard method which consists of: SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, PEST analysis, Internal and External Environmental Analysis of IS/IT using the Mc Farlan Strategic Grid approach and Information System recommendations in the form of a framework. The final result expected from this research is a recommendation for the development of an existing system/application as well as a recommendation for a new framework if needed. Where this recommendation is expected to be an answer to the problems faced by companies related to IS/IT.

Abstract

PT.X is a nickel mining company. This company has utilized information technology to support its business processes, but there has been no implementation of adequate governance in achieving the company's goals. To achieve their goals, companies must synchronize the application of information technology with business goals. An information technology governance audit is needed in order to assist in evaluating the use of existing information technology in the company and to correct anything that deviates from the application of existing information technology. The framework used in this research is COBIT 2019, which was just released by ISACA, as well as analysis based on 11 design factors and with the help of the Design Toolkit. The result of this research is the design of the governance system at PT.X, which is an important process that is the main priority of PT.X. There are 8 processes generated after going through the interview and analysis stages, namely APO08 (Managed Relationships), APO12 (Managed Risk), BAI03 (Managed Solutions Identification & Build), BAI06 (Managed IT Changes), BAI07 (Managed IT Change Acceptance and Transitioning), DSS01 (Managed Operations), DSS04 (Managed Continuity), and DSS05 (Managed Security Services).

Abstract

In the era of digitalization, technological developments are very influential in the health sector, one of which is in the medical record section. In its service, the place of service for the sick or commonly known as the Hospital utilizes information and communication technology called the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) which processes and integrates the entire flow of the hospital service process from patient registration to reporting to obtain information in a timely manner. precise and accurate. One example of a facility that applies SIMRS is the Lung Hospital of West Java Province, Sidawangi, Cirebon Regency, but it is still considered to be developed because of the unavailability of a retention feature that functions to reduce the number of medical records by sorting out inactive medical records. The manual method results in the medical records on the storage rack being over capacity and time-consuming. So, it is necessary to design a retention information system that is expected to be integrated with SIMRS. The purpose of this research is to produce an application using a website that is able to help sort out inactive medical records quickly and accurately. The system design uses the Extreme Programming method, because it is suitable for making simple applications. Making this application using PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), database or database using MySQL which is a relational database management system, application for compiling text program text editor Visual Code Studio, and Bootstrap framework and web server source using XAMPP (Apache and MySQL). Abstract

Information technology is experiencing rapid development in various fields such as education, health, banking, government and other fields. The rapid development of information technology affects administrative procedures in government. Therefore, government administration procedures must be able to adapt by applying information technology in all aspects of government. One of the government administrative procedures is the management of documents. In dealing with letters such as cover letters, the community must bring a cover letter from the head of the RT and the local RW head then to the Kedunggede Village Office by bringing the requirements according to the provisions and waiting in line with other communities. If the required documents are incomplete, the community must return home to complete the file, then return to the Kedunggede Village Office. This is inefficient and will increase the queue at the Kedunggede Village Office. Especially in the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, the government urges people to keep their distance and not to gather together. So, a mobile-based e-Surat application was made at the Kedunggede Village Office to solve this problem. This study uses the waterfall method which has a systematic software lifeflow approach. With this e-Surat application, the people of Kedunggede Village can submit letters anytime, anywhere without having to leave the house and queue at the Village Office so as to reduce the possibility of crowds forming at the village office to reduce the risk of increasing Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19).
