Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas layanan elektronik di Universitas XYZ berupa website perguruan tinggi dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) melalui pembentukan House of Quality yang berisi 14 Technical Response. Sebanyak 200 responden dari kalangan mahasiswa dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai tingkat kesenjangan atas kualitas layanan website di Universitas XYZ yang dijabarkan ke dalam 5 dimensi kualitas dengan 27 atribut pengukuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 dimensi kualitas semuanya bernilai negatif dengan kategori attractive terdiri dari 1 atribut, kategori one-dimensional terdiri dari 3 atribut, kategori must-be terdiri dari 12 atribut, dan untuk kategori indifferent terdiri dari 11 atribut. Dari 16 atribut yang bisa digunakan nilai Adjusted Importance-nya berada antara 1,32 – 11,52 dan dari 14 respon teknis yang diusulkan 10 respon arah pengembangannya bersifat naik dan 4 bersifat tetap. Hasil yang diperoleh menempatkan lima Technical Response yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari manajemen Universitas XYZ, yaitu untuk respon teknis terkait penambahan staff, upgrade teknologi, kapasitas server, tata ulang antarmuka dan sikronisasi database.

Abstract

The process of determining outstanding students at SMK Tunas Sinar Mandiri Cianjur is not only determined by academic scores, but considers several non-academic aspects such as gender, extracurricular activeness, presence, and personality. For academic scores, it is taken from the scores of productive subjects in class X and XI. To predict which student excel in class XII, data mining techniques can be applied using the k nearest neighbor (kNN) algorithm with k = 1. The stages of the data mining process follow the stages in Knowledge Discovery on Databases (KDD). This stage starts from selection, preprocessing, transformation, data mining, and evaluation / interpretation. The data transformation process uses the minimum method and the distance formula used is the euclidian distance. Making this data mining application follows the waterfall paradigm. From the results of the analysis and design using Unified Model Langunge (UML), several main pages were produced, namely managing student data, determining variables and variable weights. By applying this data mining techniqu it can make it easier for schools to prepare students who will get scholarships.

Abstract

The conventional job search and recruitment processes are considered less effective and efficient in terms of cost and time. To assist job seekers in getting the desired job and assist job providers in obtaining potential candidates, a recommendation system is needed. An ideal job recommendation system should be able to fulfill several objectives such as recommending the most relevant jobs to users. To solve these problems, a recommendation system method can be applied. One method that can be applied is the Click Through Rate (CTR) Estimate and Generalized Linear Mixed (GLMix) ranking model method. In this method, the concept of job boosting and penalization will be used to set the scoring value of each job. If a job is predicted to have a value smaller than the minimum target value, then the scoring value of the job will be carried out by a boosting process. The result of this research is a job recommendation website that applies the CTR Estimate and GLMix Ranking Model methods that are able to provide job vacancies recommendations to users based on the qualifications and majors of the user. The website also provides a facility to test the CTR Estimate and GLMix Ranking Model methods.

Abstract

Text classification can be applied by natural language processing. However, one of the problems found in text classification is sarcasm sentences. Sarcasm can change the meaning of a sentence into the opposite. To solve this problem, the researcher proposes a combination of Fasttext word embedding with the Deep Learning model, namely Bi-LSTM in the case of sarcasm detection in tweets. Fasttext can represent words by utilizing sub-word, so they can obtain information from a word that has never been found and can understand words that have affixes. While Bi-LSTM can study the semantics of words that affect classifying tweets. The experiments were conducted on the use of Fasttext hyperparameters, namely vector size, window, minimal number of word occurrences, epochs, and word2vec model architecture. Based on the experimental results, Fasttext hyperparameters have different effects where there are increasing and decreasing in the value of the evaluation results. Improved evaluation results are more visible by using epochs at a value of 100 and using CBOW architecture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe virtual reality as a tourism marketing strategy, analyze in-depth to understand the concept of virtual reality, its role, and potential that can be used as a tourism marketing strategy to increase tourist visits to Pagar Alam City. This paper systematically integrates relevant research in existing fields, builds a research framework, and conducts a situa-tional analysis of virtual reality technology as a tourism promotion strategy through SWOT analy-sis. Based on the SWOT analysis, we tried to connect the potential of virtual reality with market-ing theory, to find the advantages of using virtual reality as a tourism marketing strategy to in-crease the attractiveness of tourist visits in the city of Pagar Alam in particular. The city of Pagar Alam as a tourist destination with 24 natural attractions and 27 cultural attractions, has good strengths and opportunities to take advantage of VR-based tourism strategies, these various tour-ist objects can be visualized well and in detail through a virtual environment so that they can in-fluence the desire of tourists to visit Pagar Alam city. Although the opportunities offered by VR in the tourism sector, especially in the city of Pagar Alam, are quite significant, there are still many challenges and problems that must be solved. One of them is about infrastructure readiness and awareness of tourism industry players in utilizing VR technology. This research was only con-ducted based on literature review publications collected in recent years and analyzed tourism in the city of Pagar Alam from the aspect of using digital information technology, promotional strategies, and government policies.

Abstract

Edmodo is an online learning platform that is currently widely used in universities in Indonesia during the Covid19 pandemic one of them is at the National Dynamics University (UNAMA) Jambi. In this study, an evaluation of the quality of the Edmodo LMS success was carried out on the Edmodo platforms by adopting themodel Delone And Mclean with 6 variables, namely Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Statisfaction and Net Benefit. For data analysis using Structural Equation Mode (SEM). Respondents in this study were lecturers and students at UNAMA Jambi who were users of Edmodo. The purpose of this study is to prove the extent of the success of the implementation of Edmodo at the dynamics university of the Jambi nation. Respondents in this study were 166 respondents. Data was collected by means of a survey method. The results of this study indicate the value of R2 with the variables of information quality and system quality has a value of 0.339 categorized as moderate/moderate level. This means that the two dependent variables have a moderate/moderate effect on the dependent variable. For R2, the independent variables use and user satisfaction have substantial/strong values ​​with a value of 0.707, meaning that the two independent variables have an influence and substantial/strong level on the dependent variable

Abstract

Telkom University, is one of the many private universities in Indonesia. Telkom University was established on August 14, 2013. Telkom University consists of 7 Faculties, one of which is the Faculty of Industrial Engineering. The address of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering is located at Jl Telekomunikasi Terusan Buah Batu No. 1, Gedung Karang 40257, Bandung, Indonesia. This faculty has four study programs, namely S1 Information Systems, S1 Industrial Engineering, S2 Industrial Engineering and Logistics Engineering. This research is a research in the development of a website-based question collection monitoring system for the study of the module head program with the waterfall method. In the development of the application for monitoring the collection of exam questions, the waterfall method will be applied, in which the application is carried out from the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation and use and application with object modeling which is between admin and interacts with each other's information. From the results of the application of the waterfall method on the development of test collection applications with oriented modeling, it produces convenience and conciseness in exam activities and more effective and efficient sales data processing. Abstract

Lecture scheduling is an activity to determine the lecture time, the lecturer and the lecture room. Lecture scheduling in the study program of Computer Systems Engineering is still done manually resulting often scheduling conflicts that have been made. Genetic algorithm is an optimization method that can be used to solve it. The parameters used in the genetic algorithm for scheduling are the number of chromosomes, the number of genes, the crossover probability value and the mutation probability value. This scheduling application uses lecture data in odd and even semesters consisting of lecturer, subject, room, day, time, time allocation and time slot data. The fitness score is determined based on the number of clashing lecturers, the number of clashing rooms and the number of student clashes. If the number of clashes is zero, the optimal fitness value is one. Based on the research results, the optimal schedule are 10 chromosomes, 60 genes, 0.7 crossover probability and 0.2 mutation probability.

Abstract

In the current era of digital, the role of internet technology is felt to be even greater because almost all business activities in organizations can be carried out through cyberspace. Through the Internet, all the desired information can be obtained easily and quickly. This advantage is of course utilized by universities in improving the quality of education and services through website-based media or websites. As with the University of Amikom Purwokerto, applying for new student registration using a website service that makes the remote registration process easier. In the process of implementing the website in order to always increase user satisfaction, it is necessary to analyze what factors can affect the quality of the website on website services so that it can continue to be improved. The results of this research analysis are seen from the Usability Quality (WEB-U), Information Quality (WEB-IQ), Service Information Quality (WEB-SQ) variables that have a positive influence on the quality of website user services, in this case, User Satisfaction (SUM-US). ). The resulting regression equation is Y = 0.229 + 0.136 X1 + 0.212 X2 + 0.402 X3
