Abstract

Accuracy in the selection or determination of human resources in an organization greatly affects the achievement of the company's final goals. Currently, it is not uncommon to determine a candidate for a leader or a position not based on the abilities or skills of the selected candidate, but because of the closeness or compatibility between policy makers. Although there have been many studies that have proven that the quality of Human Resources affects the achievement of the organization's vision, few have discussed this relationship by involving the initial selection or determination process using the advantages of systems and information technology. The purpose of this research is to create an electronic-based system that can be used by a company to determine prospective candidates who meet the criteria or requirements desired by the company or organization. The method used to make a decision on the selection of candidates adjusts to the algorithm contained in the Porfile Matching method by determining the percentage value criteria aspect. This method assumes that the ideal level of predictor variables must be met by candidate subjects by giving weight to each variable. The experimental results of a decision support system using a profile matching algorithm that is coded into the program to determine or select a supervisor who is in accordance with the title of a student's final project at a university shows the compatibility between the Education, Research and Support aspects required by the university. The results of this study can provide implications for HR management practitioners in determining the suitability between HR and position maps. For academics, this can increase understanding of the effect of a profile matching algorithm-based decision support system on the effectiveness and objectivity of determining candidates in an organization.

Abstract

Most people when they want to check for a disease come to an independent practice doctor because the treatment is faster, especially for diseases that are not too severe and the price is relatively cheap so that it is affordable for the lower middle class. One of them is dr. Ase Ardianto's independent practice, which currently only serves outpatient treatment. In providing health services to the community, this independent practice still applies a manual system, such as the process of collecting patient data and registering patients who will seek treatment. So it is considered less efficient and effective and affects the delivery or presentation of reports. Therefore, the independent practice of dr. Ase Ardianto wants to implement and utilize a website-based information system in managing patient data and patient registration. In improving and developing this information system, using research methods, analysis, and object-oriented design, the Framework For The Application Of System Thinking (FAST) model and using UML tools. By registering patients who will perform medical services online through the website, it is hoped that patients will find it easier to register without having to come to dr. Ase Ardianto's independent practice. An attractive website display can also make it easier for dr.Ase Ardianto in delivering information to patients and the public at large about the medical services offered by dr. Ase Ardianto's Independent Practice.

Abstract

Technology and information today are growing rapidly and have a major influence on human behavior and habits. Computers are very helpful and facilitate human work, effective and efficient computer work produces accurate information so that many companies use information technology to improve their quality in all aspects, namely to compete in the business world, therefore UD. Mebel Jaya needs to implement a Supply Chain Management Information System (Supply Chain Management) which aims to facilitate inventory management, starting from the process of ordering goods from suppliers, procurement of goods to managing goods to customers. UD.Mebel Jaya is a business engaged in the furniture manufacturing industry which focuses on the production of furniture / furniture such as tables, chairs, cabinets, and frames. The system is made using a web-based system design and uses supporting applications such as XAMPP and the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and DBMS (Database Management System) using MySQL, it is hoped that this application can help companies store all data that is still using a manual system, or not computerized system with the aim of maximizing performance and profit for the company, suppliers, including customers and can provide satisfaction to suppliers and companies so that carrying out business processes will be easy.

Abstract

One of the requirements for the distribution of village funds for the third phase is the results of the report on the convergence of stunting prevention at the village level for the previous fiscal year. The process of managing and reporting stunting prevention convergence data at the village level in the Kembaran District, Banyumas Regency is still carried out by means of written records which are then transferred into Microsoft Excel form. Constraints faced are the length of the recapitulation process and the preparation of a convergence report on stunting prevention because they have to work twice and have to manually adjust the number of service acceptance statuses. The purpose of this research is to produce an e-Stunting application, which is a website-based application for managing and reporting the convergence of stunting prevention. Researchers in data collection using observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The method for application development uses the Extreme Programming (XP) method. This research has succeeded in creating an e-Stunting application that can recapitulate and generate reports of stunting convergence automatically.

Abstract

Information technology used to improve hospital services, especially in patient registration services. This function is very useful during the new adaptation period to break down crowds in the registration queue and reduce the risk of transmission of covid 19, so many hospitals have developed an online registration system for outpatients. PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital has developed the SIPENDOL (Online Registration System) application which has been running since May 2020 and has never been evaluated. One of the basic instruments that can be used to evaluate technology acceptance is UTAUT (Unified Technology and Acceptance Use of Technology). UTAUT needs to be developed according to user requirements specifications regarding what technology will be evaluated. The development of the questionnaire needs to be tested for validity and reliability tests, aiming to determine the level of accuracy so that in the future the data will be widely used. The purpose of this study was to identify the validity and reliability of the questionnaire based on the UTAUT model on the dimensions of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions to evaluate the use of online registration in hospitals. Questionnaires were distributed to 30 online registration users at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the validity test using the Pearson product moment were declared to be 100% valid (r-count > r-table). The results of the reliability test were declared reliable because the value of the reliability coefficient (cronbach's alpha) was 0.905 > 0.361. Therefore, this questionnaire is recommended as an instrument to evaluate patient acceptance of online registration technology in hospitals based on the UTAUT model.

Abstract

Uniform is one of the driving factors to improve student discipline. The current problem is that checking uniforms and attendance to improve student discipline is still done manually. In previous studies, the attendance system only detected the face, which means that it was not able to detect the uniform color used by students and also the logo as the identity of student uniforms. Thus, they could freely use any uniform when entering the classroom. This study aims to update the manual attendance system to the computer by detecting facial parts and uniform colors and logos. Faces that have been previously recorded and stored in a database are then used to detect faces which are then compared with faces in the database and recognize uniform colors and logos. The method used for this research is the ViolaJones method which functions to detect facial parts. Meanwhile, the RGB color Thresholding method is used to detect a uniform color, and the Template Matching Algorithm is used to detect a uniform logo. The best results are obtained from testing with a distance parameter of 50 cm and an accuracy level of 92.9%. The time required is 2.2 seconds using a 2 MP camera.

Abstract

Plastic is one type of large molecule formed by the polymerization process. Many plastics circulate and are often found, such as High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Low-Density Polyethlene (LDPE), and Polystyrene (PS) plastic types. To classify HDPE, LDPE, and PS plastic types based on texture characteristic extraction, the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) methods can be used. This study uses a manually photographed HDPE, LDPE, and PS plastic types of images dataset, and there are 180 images consisting of 126 training data and 54 test data with percentage of training data is 70% and testing data is 30% size 450450 pixels. The image dataset is converted from an RGB image into a grayscale image for the LBP feature extraction process. After removing texture characteristics, the classification process uses the SVM method with RBF kernels, linear, polynomial. The performance of the LBP features and SVM methods gives the highest accuracy average value of 95,05%, precision of 92,78%, and recall of 92,58% with polynomial kernel.

Abstract

The Regional Tax Management Agency has the task of supervising taxpayers not to make deviations. The taxpayers must fulfill their tax obligations correctly and on time. To minimize fraud that occurs and make it easier to manage taxpayers. E-Tax can be used to simplify the online taxation process. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the acceptance of E-Tax with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The data collection process used the interview method, literature study, and questionnaires distributed to taxpayers registered with the Regional Tax Management Agency of Kemuning Palembang District, the sample amounting to 32. The data analysis technique used in this research is the quantitative data analysis method. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the analysis results show that taxpayers registered with the Palembang City Regional Tax Management Agency. The respondents in this study accept E-Tax, which facilitates the tax process in the restaurant, parking, entertainment, and hotel sectors. The acceptance of the results in five of the six hypotheses.

Abstract

Discounts are one of the marketing strategies used by Dunia Baru Store as a solution for decreasing sales for the last 3 years. Staff employees have difficulty in providing discounts to the right customer and difficulty knowing the amount of discount that is suitable for that customer. The Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) method is one of the decision-making methods for granting discounts where each alternative has criteria that have weights obtained from using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) weighting formula on each criterion and sub-criteria. There are 4 criteria used, namely the number of purchases, purchase intensity, buyer attitudes, and delivery methods. The number of purchases and purchase intensity are obtained from the sales application and material stock, while the buyer's attitude and delivery method are inputted directly by the staff. A decision-making feature that provides information about final grades, rankings, and discounts has helped the owners and staff of the Dunia Baru Store in providing discounted recommendations to the right customers.
